It abruptly closed with no announcement or explanation a year or less later. This is Tucson where if you have a good product, your restaurant will do well. Blaze needs a new CEO, CFO, and marketing department. There is no reason why there shouldn't be more Blaze restaurants in the country thriving like MOD Pizza. It's just bad management at the top. And reading the 1 star reviews here, the bad management at the top definitely affects the local management. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. We also thought they screwed up our order as we got a green pepper, linguica and pepperoni pizza...with the pepperonis nowhere to be found. We then discovered the pepperonis were UNDER the cheese while the other two toppings were on top of the cheese. Pepperoni is 10x better when the perimeter gets a little crispy and the pepperoni cups up...instead it was flat soggy pepperoni under the cheese. None of us particularly liked the pizza that much and we had to make an impromptu decision to make up for the disappointment next door at the ice cream parlor.
