Walked in with hubs around 1:30pm. We were the only folks in the place. Lunch crowd left already? As you walk in, there's a display case with all different types of pizza. Hubs & I each ordered 2 slices. The slices go into the pizza oven to get warmed up. I know this is supposed to be "NY style" pizza, but for a person who lived in NY and lived above a pizza restaurant, in my opinion, it's not quite 100% NY pizza. I mean it's good pizza, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. Lovely people, nice and clean, serves Coke. Would I go back, probably not. I'm still in search of the "perfect" slice.

This has become a regular spot for pizza. We love the Grandma's slice. The tomato sauce on it is fantastic and different from the regular sauce. We tried a sub and salad as well as our pizza. All of it was really good but the star for me is still that Grandma's pizza.

None of us wanted to cook dinner after spending the day taking down Christmas trees and decorations (ugh), so we checked out what could be delivered by UberEats. We decided to give Sergio's a try, and what a great choice! The pizzas and garlic knots were absolutely delicious, so it's safe to say we're now fans. The pizzas are good sized, with delicious, thick cheese - well worth the price - and we highly recommend. Can't wait to try other offerings, especially given the extensive dessert menu!

Amazing NY style pizza! We ate at their food truck. One of the best slices of Margherita I've had! The service was SO friendly and kind, and it was quick too. We each got one slice and then liked it so much we got another. Delicious! Can't wait to come back here!

I've thought about trying this place for about a year because I think that New York pizza is the best pizza and that Utah really struggles to make decent New York pizza. The poor reviews have kept me away until today and I really wish I had just stayed away. This is not New York style pizza. Maybe their locations in NY make the pizza differently. Maybe there's better quality control there. Maybe the person who made my pizza tonight was training? Idk, but I paid $23.63 for a pepperoni and seriously considered returning and asking for a refund. It was just a soggy terribly disaster loaded with way too much cheese and drowned in grease. I had to eat my "NY style" pizza with a fork lol. Look at my photos.

This is the only pizza place we come to since we discovered it several months ago. Prompt friendly service, and you get perfect pizzas every time. I cannot over emphasize how happy I am (as a native New Yorker) to have found real quality pizza in South Jordan, at reasonable price. Simple tables and chairs are available to eat in, and the lobby and bathrooms are always clean. I only recommend this restaurant for all your Italian pizza and calzone needs.

Stopped in around 12:30 on Monday. The guy behind the counter never said a word to me. He was way to busy watching a video on his phone. Left me standing there between 5-10 minutes before a girl emerged from the kitchen or back room. I was close to walking out. Tip for the restaurant: Greet your customers and if they can't assist train them to at least let the customer know someone will eventually help them. I won't be back.

My friend is from NY and recommended Sergio's! I've been to NY about 5 years ago and will never forget the amazing NY pizza I had there. I was craving pizza and decided to finally give Sergio's a try. I'm not sure what was going on with the workers that day, but when we walked in we weren't greeted they just stared at us. We were looking at the different pizza by the slices until a couple of minutes later when one of the workers finally acknowledged us. We got 2 slices of the meat lovers pizza and garlic knots. They heated everything up for us so it was fresh and warm. Meat lovers pizza - BIG slices a little bigger than costco pizza slices. I love that they didn't cheap out on the toppings. The pizza is really thin and crispy, not the same NY style pizza I had in NY. ( was expecting the crust to be a bit more chewier/soft but it was really crunchy. Overall still a good pizza, but not exactly NY Garlic knots - ABSOLUTELY GET THIS!!! TO DIE FOR!!! I had low expectations for the garlic knots and these blew me away. They heated it up in foil with fresh minced garlic and it was so fragrant and tasty. The knots were soft and fluffy, not hard like other places.

Very solid, pizza. One of the better NY pizza places in the valley. Not life changing but very good, satisfying pizza.

Great NY style pizza. We love the white and the BBQ chicken. I recommend ordering the whole pizza rather than by the slice.

As a teacher, the first day of May felt like the perfect excuse to treat myself, so I DoorDashed…read morepizza from this place that I've been wanting to try for a while. The menu had super creative, unique pizza names (which I love), but I still played it safe and ordered my go-to: pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple....yes, pineapple . I also got cheesy bread and BBQ boneless chicken. My partner customized his pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and brisket, his version of a meat lovers. I'll start with the downside: my jalapeños were missing, which was a little disappointing. I get it though, mistakes happen, especially if they were busy. What really threw me off was the grease. When I opened the box, the pizza was dripping.....like, soaking-through-the-box dripping. I later noticed our boxes were missing that little white cardboard liner you usually get underneath, which might explain it. I had to use multiple paper towels just to blot two slices, and they were completely saturated. But here's the twist... despite all that, this was hands-down some of the best pizza I've ever had. The flavor was unreal. Every bite was rich, bold, and perfectly balanced! you could actually taste each ingredient. The hot honey drizzle on top completely elevated it and honestly made me forget about the missing jalapeños. The cheesy bread was good. nothing super standout flavor-wise, but still enjoyable (again, just very greasy). My partner's pizza, though? Absolutely divine. The bacon tasted like real smoked, chopped bacon, and the brisket gave it this smoky, almost campfire BBQ vibe. It felt like something you'd eat fresh out of a smokehouse. So flavorful and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. And the BBQ boneless chicken... I was not prepared. I expected something basic, but that ranch.........oh ...my ....god.... It was creamy, rich, and addictive. If that ranch isn't homemade, I need to know where to buy it immediately. The combo of that chicken with the ranch was next-level--like a full-on flavor explosion. I will say, I couldn't finish everything. The grease eventually caught up with me and gave me a bit of a headache. Overall: I will be ordering again. Next time, I'll probably ask if they can go a little lighter on the grease. It's definitely not a "light" meal by any means lol but the flavor? Totally worth it.

I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of their offerings, but I'm partial to anything with hot honey or smoked meats - they have several of either. My fave was the "Queen Bee" I think?? Which you can just do as a create-your-own, it had both. This time I got the Brisket Bee Bee Q - it's SWEET, SMOKEY, and SPICY (don't underestimate the spice!). The perfect pizza. the price is super fair and well worth it - considering what you'd pay for a dine-in pizza down the road. Inside is a cute, clean pickup area - minimal seating. Folks there are super nice. Parking is plenty, getting out of the parking lot is weird. I can't say enough good things about this spot - I'm rooting for them and hope they stick around for a long time!!
