Adan was great! He helped me got into load center and found the pallets that I want. They have good pallets but you have to know what you are doing and hunt for the good ones. Probably too overwhelming for beginning reselling but good for experienced resellers. First & Foremost!! VIA TRADING. Is a scam. I bought a pallet for $1500. 90% of the items had a receipt from the store that says item doesn't work. But those receipts are placed strategically so you can't see them until you buy the pallet. The only thing you are buying is boxes. read more

I am extremely disappointed and offended by the service and how was treated today while shopping. I have been purchasing at this location for over a year now and I have never been treated so poorly. I was looking over the pallet inventory available today and while looking at 2 pallets I was accused by a worker there of trying to steal. I hadn't decided if I was going to purchase anything when one of the workers there came up and told me that I was trying to steal because I moved some of the product from one pallet to another. I've been reselling for a LONG time and I'm very disappointed with a "high end department store" women's box that I paid $243+ shipping for. I will not make anywhere near what I paid for this junk. The box had 50 items all of which were low selling brands, and Three of the items were damaged. The value of these items are goodwill level and that's exactly where I'm going to have to take them. It's truly not even worth my time to even list this junk. $303 down the drain. We told him the type of merchandise we were interested in (quantities, categories, etc.) and he was able to find us a truckload of "damaged box" and overstock merchandise from a big-box retailer and he arranged the shipping and the whole deal was completed within a few days. I never been so disappointed. I ordered two pallets close to $720. The first pallet was wrapped very good I couldn't really see what was inside but I did see a couple items I could resell. The second pallet had two griddles that looked fairly new but said returns on the box. Most of the items from the first pallet had to be thrown out. The second pallet I opened some of the boxes just to check out what I was selling before hand and to my surprise both griddles were broke and still had food on the inside I couldn't sell them. So my 720 went down the drain. I sold a desk from the pallet and made 60. So I didn't make a profit at all.I was referred by a a seller who gets pallets by the truck loads and they were even surprised. I tried to contact someone there and I always get transferred and sent to voicemail. read more

Great variety for reseller's, exporters and discount stores. When I check the 1 star reviews, they mostly complain about the condition of the merchandise. You just need to educate yourself better before you purchase because they sell products in different conditions which is stated in advance and some conditions like customer returns involves higher risk. I called my customer service Rep "Cecile" , which i thought she would do something to help me with this issue and her answer was " well you made money on other pallets" one sour pallet should not be so bad". I have checked the prices they have listed on the manifest for THF (Harbor Freight) , The price that is listed as Retail is Higher than the price at the HF Store is some cases 100.00 higher, your suppose to be getting a price that is discounted off retail, 80 percent off retail, well if the retail price is being quoted to high then your going to pay 50 percent inplace of the advertised 20 percent. Check the prices for your self, you can cut and paste the description off the Manifest right into the HF search bar to compare prices. I have sent an email to my Salesperson have not received a response to this, but will post the response. Check to see for your self, take a look at the pallets your purchasing before, then check the pricing to see if you can sell. From what Ive seen I would have trouble selling for a profit at the swap meet. No profit no reason to purchase. read more

I had few pallets from them. My manager is David, but I think I saw him only once. Usually somebody else helps me. I sold pretty much everything I got from them, but I have never got big pallets from them. So, I can just say about small pallets I bought from them. From my experience for couple years, I'm giving to them 4 starts because I feel like lately their prices is getting too high, and last pallet I bought where supposed to be new merchandise, it was used. I had beats ear buds. They were in new boxes (boxes was open, and a bit damaged). So when I opened them I could see how dirty earbuds was (and it was so nasty to clean it). Also, one most expensive buds was damage and not working. So, my previous experiences was better, than the last one. I hope it will never happened again. read more

Mike from Via Trading took the time to follow-up with me regarding my review and we were able to come to an agreement regarding my complaints. My husband and I were both pleased with the fact that they cared enough to reach out to us considering we are a small business. Nowadays, alot of companies don't want to deal with small businesses let alone address their complaints. Via Trading proved to be the exception. Would we buy another lot of customer returns? Probably not but we would definitely entertain purchasing new items or shelf pulls. We have done so in the past and were pleased with the quality and selection of items. I recently bought two of their "ebay" pallets that were recommended to me by a sales agent. Let me tell you about how BIG of a mistake this was!! Not only was the pallet at a cost of $900, almost 50% of the item were broken!!! Two TVS, broken. Vacuums, broken. CD stereo system, BROKEN!! I spent $1820 on two pallets, it was such a rip off, I have only made about $500 on it so far. I only have about $1000 left in inventory so I know I am not going to make my money back. I was at the store. Adan Sanchez was my SA. It took so long to get any service. I told them i needed a lot that didn't have nail polish cause I was checking it on a plane they said they had one and would make sure I got one that didn't have nail polish. I checked the box on the plane and got stopped! I had to ship it to myself which was so expensive! I counted the Loreal box I bought and it was only 248 instead of 250. So unprofessional here, the service is all over the place and the products were not counted well. I paid for these premium items because of the quality and knowing that the number of items are right. I have purchased freight from MANY companies but Via trading i always come back to because they stand behind their product. I personally work with David Seyhun who is like the freight wizard!!! He somehow finds these amazing pallets for us and doesn't hesitate to FaceTime us since we're not local to come see in person. Now don't get me wrong not EVERY pallet will be a home run, BUT as of this moment I've only had one which i would say wasn't. even with that we made money just not as much as normal. First let me start out by saying they assign you to one person and whenever you have an issue you have to deal with that one person you can't call their main line and give your invoice or order number and speak with anyone the only person that can help you is the person that's assigned to your account and this person never answers the phone and doesn't respond to my messages... Go figure! I called this morning the receptionist was very rude and act like she didn't care about my issue. I was assigned to Victor Menchaca I paid extra shipping for a case that I purchased almost $40 I paid over and they shipped it the longest way possible and I've messaged him and called him he's just ignoring me. Received a call from Via Trading rep today on a purchase of a near $1K jewellry lot. They were concerned with if I had received they items and was I pleased with the quality. I think the prying into the quality and was I pleased with the lot is very telling, and it would appear to me to indicate that they may have an idea that I might not be pleased. Via rep continued to say that they are liquidating for a client and that they only write what their client tells them. They were accepting no responsibility for the inaccuracies in their listing, bit pushing it off on their client. Which brings me to this point. Make no mistake, you are not the client. Their clients, and the ones they seem to owe their allegiance are the large retailers who routinely rely on them to get the most for them of their unsellable goods. Their client is the big box stores - not you. Just know that going in. One and done. It is my belief that you will overpay here.I feel that I paid full retail and not the 17% of retail or whatever they claim. Don't believe that line! read more
