I was really impressed with my first visit here. The store is clean and well organized. Staff are plentiful and friendly. The bargains here are phenomenal! You will find a well-stocked store with a logical layout. There are times staff are in the aisles with large pallets stocking shelves, but that's okay with me. There are exceptional deals to be had, especially if you know your prices. The food items I saw were not expired but were close to their end date. Depending on the size of the item, how likely will use it and how discounted the item is dictated my purchase in that section, while other parts of the store like cleaning supplies, health and beauty products and clothes were easier decisions for me. There is parking but it can be tight at times. I definitely will return bc I like the overall vibe and their emphasis on creating a positive customer experience. read more

Cost Less was an unplanned stop I made after seeing it on Main Street and deciding to check it out. First off, the parking is so tight and congested. The cars literally driving in circles waiting for spaces to open. I just parked on the residential street and walked 400 feet -- and stress free. Cost Less is located in an older plaza shared with a dozen other businesses, including a hip coffee cafe. Cost Less is more or less discount store, taking surpluses from Walmart, Target and Costco, that offers a variety of products at lower prices. It's an odd-end store but fun browsing through. The store has a range of items, including groceries, household goods, and other essentials, often at a more affordable prices than traditional retailers but inventories are not consistent (e.g., cycling based on inventory from the bigger chains). It's different...but worth checking out. I got a bag of dry dog food and dog treats! Compared to what I would've spent major pet store, I probably saved $11, for the two boxes of Milk Bones. read more

I love this place, most everyone has been wonderful. The cashiers, security, others. I come here often and spend hundreds of dollars on items for home, gifts, raffles for my job etc. unfortunately, one bad egg will spoil the bunch. I'd be happy to give 5stars if the music from the middle of the room wasn't so loud and fluctuating. Today I couldn't take it. So I walked over to turn it down. There was a guy standing in the middle of the open area around the couches that obviously was upset that I did that- so he approach me and my son telling me I "could have asked him." I replied that I didn't even know he worked here and that no one was near the machine making all the noise- it was so loud I couldn't hear myself taking to my son, who was next to me. My son was very upset by the way he spoke to me. I am surprised this is allowed to happen and actually being done by an employee and not some silly kid who thinks it's a joke. Please for the sake of your great business, do something about this. It is the only negative interaction or experience I have ever had here! read more

I've been coming here since it opened. Located right off Main Street, it's easy to find. Plenty of parking in their private lot. Store is clean and filled with so many deals. You have to go weekly as they have new deals every week. Today I purchased the large paper bottles of Kirkland (Costco's brand) coconut water. At Costco, it sells for $21. Today, they were priced at $14.99 ($1.66 each). I bought 4 boxes as they don't expire until 2026. I also bought 4 boxes of couscous for $1. Staff is also so friendly and helpful. I frequently the Orange location. Whenever I need help with heavy pet products such as kitty litter or multiple containers of pet food, MIKE is Always happy to help me. As a matter of fact, whenever I ask any of the other guys on the floor, busy or not, they refer me to Mike. Keep in mind that Mike is the Security Person at the front door. Mike is always ready, willing and happy to help me with no complaints. I run an Animal Rescue so am in there several times a month. The other guys don't seem to want to help the customers, but Mike is always "Johnny on the spot"leaving his post . Thank you Mike. The other guys could take a lesson from you!! read more

They have a third party delivery company that was super affordable, this helped a lot since we don't have the cargo space for our items. They're even delivering the rugs for us at no extra charge.
