I was a customer of Spotless Cleaning Company in Nampa for over a year. At first, things were…read moregreat--the use of non-toxic products was a big plus for me. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency declined over time. On several occasions, I gave polite feedback about areas that needed more attention (for example, floors not fully cleaned or a toilet left dirty), but the owner brushed off my concerns instead of addressing them. There also seemed to be high staff turnover, which likely contributed to the inconsistency. It's unfortunate, because I really wanted to keep supporting a local business that used safer cleaning products. But after multiple tries to resolve these issues, it was clear the owner didn't care to improve the service.
