Paid $180 for zoom sessions that were generic and then cut down to $100 a month for a cut and paste workout that was the same 3 workouts for a whole month. Completely ignored when I communicated with the owner 5x in the manner in which they told me to communicate. I'm really sad as I invested a lot of time and energy into this program. They have a men's sauna plus a lot of machines on the second floor and a good amount of leg exercises in Olympic weights on the first floor as well as places for classes . The only recommendation that I would make is on the second floor to have more plates because at times I find myself wandering the floor looking for a 45 or 25 of plates.
