To be clear Robin puts together plans for any specific fitness goal. But here's my story as someone who needed muscle mass and aesthetic shape. Rob and I started together at the beginning of my fitness journey in 2017 starting with 1 on 1 training to help me develop the basic movements necessary to put together a competition-ready physique over the "off season" phase of my training.
