We decided to check out this dance studio since we saw they were teaching a Kpop class. Luckily they were teaching 2.0 by BTS and we were excited. This was our first time at the studio. There's plenty of parking, and the studio is on the smaller side, but nice (there's two dance rooms--one larger one and one smaller one). Since the Kpop class was so popular, there were a lot of people, but we were in the smaller room, since it sounded like there was another group training for some sort of performance. Once they left, we switched over to the larger room. Isabel teaches the Kpop classes and she was so friendly and encouraging. She was patient and great at breaking down the dance moves, while moving the class at an appropriate pace. It is a 1.5 hour class, so we finished all the moves with 15 minutes to break into dance groups (not exactly my favorite part, because my brain can't usually learn all the moves in the same class). Of note, they do record the group dances, but you can probably sit out if you want (I just stick around because of peer pressure and low key want to remember how I looked from when I started until mastering the dance). It's also nice that she will be kinda doing the dance on the side to guide you. There's no level listed on the class, so I'm assuming it's all levels. Based on being at other dance studios, I think 2.0 was more of an intermediate level class, but it was very doable! Overall, I really enjoyed my class with Isabel! read more

Best dance studio ever. I joined the k-pop dance class and it's really fun. Isabel Jones is an amazing teacher who is kind and funny. She also lets you request whatever kpop song you want to warm up to and is just a great teacher and dancer overall. It is a stress free class where it's ok to make mistakes. Classes are Tuesday nights 8-9:30pm and Saturdays 3:30-5pm. The dance changes every week. You do learn the whole dance in 1.5 hours so it's fast pace, but you don't need to be perfect. I just have fun and don't worry about getting it perfect. She does record it at the end but you don't have to be in the recording if you don't want to. I recommend you bring a water bottle. If you have trouble finding it, it is near Vinnie's Pizza. read more

Went to 1 heels class here. The instructor/owner Izzy was kind, welcoming, and upbeat. She encouraged people to have fun, cheer each other on and say hi to each other. I've been to other dance classes where the instructor wasn't as intentional and had more of a serious and closed off, "get all the moves right" energy, which can be off putting when you're just joining a casual dance class, so this was refreshing! The class was Heels & Grooves and I would say it's beginner friendly! We started with stretching, then practicing walking, then learned the choreo. It was a fun class! Lots of parking available in the plaza. The space was open, bright, and clean. My GPS told me to go to the left when really they were located on the other side. It seems like they have a diverse range of class offerings. I'll def be coming back! read more

This is my one year review on VIBE since I take forever to write down my thoughts. I had been itching to take a dance class but also too timid to check any out on my own. About one year ago in July 2023, a mom posted in a local Facebook group about taking dance class as a moms night out event. I used to take dance classes a very long time ago so that intrigued me and prompted me to respond. It was about time that I started being active again after becoming a mom. I was honestly intimidated by the other students, but I stayed out of my comfort zone long enough to make friends with a group of inspiring women that are decades younger than me. This hobby has been the healing constant in my life that I needed to reclaim my identity. The owner, Izzy, is amazingly sweet and such a great instructor! She teaches heels & grooves, jazz technique, and kids jazz classes as well. The moment she learned my name, I became a permanent student. She encourages us to cheer each other on and to look at others for inspiration but not to compare because each body is unique and moves differently. I honestly feel as though Izzy and the ladies in heels class are my third family. She keeps in touch with students each week via personal text...it's not an automated system message! A previous instructor named Feliciano was excellent at teaching body isolations and twirk classes. I learned so much from him, and he helped me rekindle my passion for dance. His collaboration pieces with Izzy were advanced level but broken down so that even beginners could do the moves. I am sad that he moved away but can look forward to special workshops whenever he visits us at VIBE. A new instructor named Isabel started teaching Kpop dance classes twice a week. I have always wanted to take Kpop dance classes, but most studios that teach Kpop are too far from home. I cannot learn dances on my own from just watching music videos (over and over again, mirrored and at slow speed... I've tried). Isabel has a fun and upbeat teaching style that melts away learning frustrations. This is such a treat! Throughout the year, Izzy holds special events, such as a heels performance and party for Valentine's Day, a mommy & me jazz class for Mother's Day, drinks and snacks for each student's birthday class, and a holiday market supporting local businesses. Between heels and Kpop dance classes and the studio being so conveniently located (5 min drive for me) with ample free parking, I have no excuse but to get my dance workout on! We had a wedding coming up and wanted something unique and special as our first dance in front of friends and family. Neither and wife and I dance so we wanted to start early and not make fools out of ourselves. Johnny, our instructor, was definitely prepared. He had already listened to our song and had a vision before our first lesson. He gauged our dancing abilities on our first session then introduced more and more complex moves as the lessons went on. He is very patient in all the lessons and did a good job of getting me out of my shell. My wife and I work very irregular schedules so we don't always get to practice in between lessons, despite that we felt prepared on our big day as Johnny gave us plenty of practice at the studio. He also recorded our dance at the end of every lesson just so we can watch the videos at home. Johnny was also very understanding of our weird work times and was very flexible in terms of scheduling oncoming lessons. Overall my wife and I can't recommend Johnny enough. read more
