You're greeted right away and honestly, that's so important when you take fitness classes in my opinion. It definitely made me feel welcome and comfortable. The cycle (or spinning?) class was taught by Candice (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and her playlist was *insert fire emoji here*! It was such a good mix of different genres that's great for everyone taking a class. The movements were challenging but doable! And it makes it a little easy when you're going with the music. The room was dark but it had some kind of colorful lights. I'm blanking out with how to call them but it definitely made the atmosphere feel more inviting and peaceful... if that makes sense lol I know they offer other fitness classes so definitely check them out!

I personally love all the cycling, HIIT, yoga and sculpt classes. I recently started attending the kickboxing classes. I find the kickboxing classes challenging and also a great cardio workout. The instructors and fellow class mates are very motivating and supportive. I definitely recommend Copas Crew to anyone looking for a new gym.

They have a number of different classes and you can cross train as much as you want! I have found joy in trying new apparatuses and challenging my body in different ways! Start with the 1 class package to see if you enjoy it - but once i did 1 class i was addicted! I easily do 3/4 classes a week! BE WARNED - you will get bruises and be sore, but its one of the most rewarding experiences ever! All the teachers are wonderful! Celeste is my go to lyra hoop teacher. Jen, Jenn, Christina, Amy are my go to pole teachers now that im more advanced! Mei is my favorite beginner pole teacher and now teaches mostly at the new SJ location. Lisa, Debbie and Jen also have amazing heels choreo classes! Andy is my chair/sensual heels teacher and always brings the heat! Cindy and Rissa will get you flexible in no time! And Luna is an amazing hammocks teacher and performer! Jen fosters a welcoming community and truly cares about each student that comes through the studio. She runs the studio more like a friend group that fosters encouragment and positivty throughout the business.

She and Sensei Robert had been god sent already before the pandemic. Since the pandemic they have become lifesavers to my 6-year old. They have a great outdoor set up for classes so they take place in person. There is also a zoom option. I owe the renewal in my child's COVID mental health and spirit to them (and I am not the only parent who feels that way). My motto: "Being in shape requires one thing: hard work. And working hard requires no talent" About 4 weeks ago I attended my first class. I was feeling nervous. I had heard crossfit is a hardcore fitness challenge. I walked in with butterflies in my stomach not knowing what to expect. I was first greeted by Meg which runs the gym and who also is a certified crossfit trainer & a has a black belt in Kempo Karate. I still did not know what to expect, and was feeling intimidated by the "WOD" aka work out of the day. I had never done a overhead, power push, jerk before. (scared) Once the class was instructed what we had to do, I was guided by Meg on body mechanics and BAM!! I fell into the swing of it. From my first day experience, it has me coming back four times a week. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. I remember someone telling me "we all been in your place before", and it only gets better =) Everyday is a new work out so never a dull moment. ***Shouts out to Meg, Alex, Jonathan, Vanessa, and Manolo they all have the drive to provide direction, supervision, encourage, dedication, and motivation enabling you to work safely at your full potential.
