Really horrible experience, Fred miller was my agent he works for arrow Reality, April 9, 2019 I…read moresigned a cancellation contract electronically which fred Miller never went over and read to me, when canceling my home I asked Fred Miller do I owe anything he told me don't worry about it, two years eight mouths later I get a call from Fred Miller which start off friendly until I told him I'm not selling my house and why would you be contacting me almost three years later, Fred trying to pressure me to sell my house, he then got aggressive arguing with me very rudely, says pay me for my marketing, I then reminded him about the conversation we had on April 9, 2019 when Mr Miller Stated verbally don't worry about it, For two years eight months Fred did not communicate or even contact me calls, letters, emails, about my home until August 2021, he's trying to take me too small claims court he's trying to get the full Commission amount from me,the house has been off the market for almost three years. It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I would do research when looking for a real estate company to sell your home. From personal experience dealing with them I would not hire this company to sell your house.

We went on a Saturday so we could get face painting, fun balloons, petting animals and Snowie King! However......we found out after waiting around that the face painting wasn't coming, the petting animals never showed and Snowie King wasn't open. Big bummer! My little was sad....but we did get a fun balloon! They do have a large variety of pumpkins. All sizes and colors go pick from! And lots of photo ops.

This was an unsuccessful use of time…read more It took me three weeks to find time to come stop by as my family has bought furniture from them many times. I came in before 4:30pm with plenty of time to shop- except at 4:50pm I was told they were closing at 5. I mentioned that I made a special trip to come by and online it says 6pm? I was told I would probably have to come back. The more frustrating part is that I mentioned my family had shopped with them before. As I was leaving she asked how I heard about them? Initially I mentioned I would be interested in green/blue/purple colors or neutrals like black/grey/brown/camel. She asked 15 minutes later what colors I would be interested in. I left with photos of two leathers in colors that would be an option. Crickets. No follow up call or e-mail with other options or suggestions. I need other furniture for other rooms and will go elsewhere for everything. FYI you cannot take delivery of items at the Rocklin store. You can pay for delivery or go to West Sac for pickup.

As a Realtor I would 100% recommend Jillian to my clients or friends who need a new kitchen! My only other comment is that delivery is rather expensive, but that's not her charge it's the moving company she uses and gas is so expensive I get it. So if you don't want to pay a high delivery fee (at least it would have been for our very small kitchen and only 6 miles from her store) then I would suggest figuring out your own way to get it to your house. I am very very happy and cannot wait for them to be installed!
