They said that was fine but then hit me with a $200 diagnostic fee--something they never mentioned upfront. If they had told me from the beginning, I could have made an informed choice, but instead, I was blindsided by the charge. Just a heads-up for anyone considering taking their car here--make sure to ask about hidden fees before agreeing to anything. Transparency matters, and unfortunately, I didn't get that experience here.

Later when I was there, I heard the guy telling some other customer that he ordered the same part. A couple of days after I took my car, the transmission was leaking. They fixed it fine, but a few months later, the transmission started failing. They told me: you warranty is over. Another week to refix for close to $1000 and they didn't want payment by check (only cash). This place is a disaster. To fix your transmission, my advice: don't go to affordable transmission. They are not professional, and not qualified to work on transmissions.
