Kirsten is awesome! My son is out of the country and very picky about groomers. I have been tasked as Kosmo's "grandmother" and keeper for awhile to take charge. I looked at reviews and chose Vibes. Sometimes, like Forest Gump, you really never know what you're gonna get. I am pleased to report (through text pics to my son) "Mom, he looks great!! Kirsten is a miracle worker!" (See before and after pics of Kosmo and pics of her working on her masterpiece!). Kosmo loved her "vibe" and she even had great music playing to soothe him and get her in the groove while doing something dogs do not normally love having done to them. She went in looking like a sweet,but messy little mop and came out fresh as a daisy- looking like a happy puppy again.
