    Frustrating experience similar to other review. We had a good first cut and we're told our dog did well. This last time our dog had several small nicks on her belly and another rather large one near her right ear. We didn't notice until later that day and weren't informed that this had happened. I'm not a dog groomer but I can understand that this could potentially happen on rare occasion if the dog moves suddenly/etc. I find it hard to believe that some of the abrasions/nicks weren't noticed during the grooming and even more upset we weren't made aware that it had happened. The response from the owner was also very lackluster.

    They did an amazing job on our Pomeranian and we'll be using them from now on!! Dino has been through many groomers and honestly this is the best he's looked. Finding a groomer in town that's available during these crazy times was very challenging. Wynot was able to get us in within a few days of calling. Can't recommend them enough! You won't regret it.

    Wynot Mobile Grooming came on short notice and did an amazing job with our four mixed breed rescue dogs!! These dogs had never been professionally bathed or groomed so it was a new experience for them, and they all seemed to enjoy the attention and the results!! It was obvious they felt great afterwards!! Payton our groomer was very patient with them and did an excellent job - only 1 dog (Sam) needed a haircut and de-matting, and Payton spent 2 hours with him - the results were outstanding!! Payton arrived on time, was very professional and knowlegeable, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Wynot Mobile Grooming and will definitely use them again!

    I kept seeing the Whynot Mobile van parked around my neighborhood and I decided to give them a try. I sent a message thru the Facebook page and I was quickly provided the contact information to set up an appointment, I got my appointment within 10 days. The grooming tech showed up on time (Patty) and she took my Golden Doodle Sandy to the Van, she made sure she got Sandy's trust first by taking a few minutes to get to know her. She took about 2 and a half hours grooming Sandy, then brought her out and Sandy looked amazing! The price was fair and the servicer was fantastic! I would most definitely use them again.

    I just wanted a bath and brush for my Pug, I was quoted $70, you got to be kidding me, you talk about gouging people during this pandemic.

    I was hesitant to leave an honest review due to the unprofessional responses the owner is leaving,…read morehowever I've determined that my dogs safety and awareness is more important. When making an appointment I made it clear that I only wanted a bath, brush, de-shed, and nail trim. I wanted nothing cut or trimmed at all. The gentleman on the phone assured me that they wouldn't do anything but that (as I do the rest myself at home). When I picked up my dog the groomer I was told that I would have a $15 additional charge since my dog was "difficult to handle" (this had never been an issue at any of the groomers he has been to so I was shocked but none the less complied). She then informed me that she scratched my dogs nose with the brush. I wasn't worried about it at first because I figured it was an honest mistake, it didn't look noticeable at the time, and I appreciated her telling me upfront. I paid and went home. Once I got home his nose was bleeding and he kept licking his private. I took a closer look and saw that not only did they cut around his stomach, they cut the tip of his private and it was also red bleeding. I know that it is customary to do a hygienic clip during a groom but I specifically asked for nothing but the bath and NO CUT AT ALL. My poor dog is now having to wear a cone to prevent him from getting an infection where they cut his private. His nose is starting to heal thankfully but I'm still very concerned about his other injury. I'm disappointed and heart broken that my baby is suffering from something that never should have happened.

And she even added cute pigtails with bows. This business is busy (I'm glad- hope they remain around for a long time) so they book sometimes 2-3 months out, but don't let that deter you, just plan ahead or ask if they can place you on the waitlist. To their credit, they actually remember to call you when they have openings! (I was able to get in today instead of waiting for an appointment in March.) Thank you Tori and the entire staff!

Their staff, across the board, greeted us with only compassion and kindness. Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

    Here is the good - The place is super clean, bright, and great concept…read more Here is the bad - The staff probably has some inconsistent training. I noticed on a couple visits that they probably should have some basic dog behavior training when approaching dogs in general. The high pitch cheerleader, spirt team leader, doesn't always go over well with dogs. Also the person in so called charge probably could tone it down on the "karen" talk down to customers. Not pleasant. This is the ugly - The "sales pitch" is shady. It's not clear nor cheap. I witness them explain an option for grooming, then add in the "extras" on a basic - which was coming out to over 150.00. Small dog mind you. The guy then backed up..literally and was now doing math. He pushed back and went with just the basic and left his best friend for a wash. I also watched the staff try to rebook for an appointment and the customer flat out said. "yeah we cancelled our membership. we are done" Mind you, his dog looked great from the front..not so much from the back. It's only hair right? I experienced the shady sales pitch and also was told 3 different options with trying to confirm pricing with extras. It didn't go well. The young lady was pleasant but it seems there is a lot of pressure to upsell and get a membership sold. I saw some dogs come out of the place and granted some looked good and some looked like my haircut job on my sister's bangs. We were in grade school. And even as in human, dog are not going to sit still. Finding a groomer you trust your best friend with is hard and not easy. I only tried this place because I love the vet next door and why not? My groomer was on vacation. Well I am back to my groomer and for half the price I can get EVERYTHING for the spa day for my bestie.
