Gosh....we so wanted to love this place but gave them two chances and just aren't satisfied with the job done. Our lab went once for a bath which did a good job of loosening a TON of hair and then back two weeks later to work solely on removing as much as hair as possible work special shampoo and de shedding techniques. The dog comes back smelling amazing but not too strong of a smell. Looked everywhere and absolutely tried all doggy salons in Parker and I have never found one that actually did a proper miniature schnauzer cut. This place was awesome. They were able to help me and get me in same day because I desperately needed help for my pup. Not only did they spend time checking him out, asking me questions, I got PICTURES DURING THE service. The business in no way solicited this or requested a review, and this is completely of my own volition because we were so pleased with the service. We have a bernadoodle and many groomers prefer not to do them or just shave them bald. The man that ran the front desk was kind and welcoming, and the women who groomed him did a full consultation to make sure we got what we wanted. Had such a great experience at Well Groomed. My little Pomeranian got fantastic treatment and care. I think it's cool that they do a mini wellness check prior to the grooming session. They found a small lump near his neck and indicated that they'll monitor it and check again for any growth at his next visit. I'm glad they informed me so I can take him to the vet and get it checked. Also, loved the feature that I get text notifications and some pictures of how his grooming session is progressing. Mixed reviews about this groomer, but overall won't go back. They did a decent job grooming, our two golden doodles and they had a nice brand new facility. However, it took them six hours to complete. The groomer was rude and told us that our dogs were too hyper and that she didn't want to groom them again. She even called and left me a voicemail, apologizing for her "irate" behavior. We were also quoted $120 per dog and upon confirming our appointment they tried to raise the price up to $165 per dog. This was way too much and was getting ready to cancel my appointment when they said they would honor it due to their mistake but kept bringing it up causing unnecessary drama. read more
