    This is the only grooming service we will use in Denver. Perfect for dogs who are anxious and don't like to be crated at a facility for hours. The team is professional and efficient, the service is quick and convenient. We've been very pleased with every single cut. When we used to take our dog to a facility, he would come home visibly upset and it would take him some time to shake the nervousness. When he finishes a groom with Suzie SoftPaws, he comes back happy, tail wagging. This shows us they are gentle and patient with him. They know how to handle nervous pups. Absolutely worth every penny.

    My pets mean everything to me, including being well taken care of while groomed. These amazing ladies showed up...in the cutest grooming mobile...I could see my pets being groomed... You really sense they LOVE grooming dogs!!! My pups look amazing!! Great experience. My go to grooming place now!!

    I would not trust anyone but Suzy to groom our dogs. She is the "dog whisperer." Suzy managed to quickly gain the trust of our rescue dog, which was quite a feat considering the dog doesn't trust anyone. Our dogs always look and smell wonderful when Suzy is done with them.

    Simply outstanding. This by far is the best grooming Chanel has ever received. Amy was very professional. She educated me on all the different tools she uses and how it plays an impact on the stress of our fur babies. You can absolutely tell Amy has such a strong passion and understanding for our fur babies. She is the definition of EXPERT. You know you have chosen the right groomer when the first thing she tells me is that she will do what's absolutely best for Chanel depending on their own individual stress level. That's how i instantly knew Chanel is in loving hands. Chanel will be 12 years old in December. It's important that she is in good hands. Thank you so much Amy for the incredible experience.     Kyle is the best! Our dog always comes back to us looking pristine, well taken care of, and smelling great! Most of all, our dog is generally very hesitant around new people but she warmed up to Kyle immediately! We've switched to mobile grooming because of our schedules and it has been a life changer! I love that the staff is responsive and I love the schedule ahead!! We will continue to use Kyle for all of our grooming needs!

    Amy just finished up with Stella and we are very happy with the service. We just recently moved to Denver and Stella has been loving the outdoors. With all of her play, she for sure needed a good cleaning and Amy came to the rescue doing a great job grooming our little girl. Amy was on time, very communicative and was very kind to Stella. She recognized that Stella might not have liked the air dryer or her nails clipped and took an extra ten minutes to just let Stella relax a little. Great to know she wanted Stella to not be overwhelmed. Stella also got this fun spooky bandana! Also, they did a great job reminding me of the appointments, they are pretty busy so you have to book them up sooner than later.

    Love the care and comfort they give my dog at every cut! Kyle is our favorite groomer and always makes Teddy looks and smell wonderful.

    SO DISAPPOINTED and NEGLECTED! The first two times we went…read moreour 9 yr. old German Shepherd was with Lauren and this time also. The First 2 groomings were great. Then--------- I had always taken and picked her up. This time, my husband dropped her off. Normally, Lauren took the leash from me and to the grooming table they went. Yesterday, my husband was told by Lauren that she was 2 hours behind. She took the leash and he left. Jacki was our rescue 6 years ago. She was kept in a kennel all day and night for a very, very long time. I had given her history to the groomer and was told she wouldn't need to be kenneled. After my husband told me, I rushed out the door to get her. I walked in, and found Jacki in the kennel **** with her collar and leash wrapped around her leg and chest, still on!!! Her ears were flat like she was scared. No water in the kennel either. I was appalled. Who puts a dog in a kennel and leaves them like that? This establishment does. I opened the kennel door and Jacki shyly came out acting unsure and frightened. Lauren walked a bit towards me from the opposite side of the room, but never came close. No apology. She repeated that she was 2 hours behind as if she had no idea that Jacki was neglected and mistreated. I had to speak louder than normal since she never came over to me. I told her that she should have called me and asked if I could bring her later or reschedule. She said she would next time. I will not be going back. There won't be a next time, not ever. When we got outside, Jacki returned to her loving self. She gave me kisses and pulled me to the car. No apology or follow-up call from them. No recognition of how Jacki was treated so badly. Never again. I have since spoken with several dog people and knowledgeable in training. They would never leave a dog with a collar and leash on in the kennel. Everyone was appalled at Jacki's treatment.

Yeah, really…read more Here's our experience: To start, I called and left a message for a grooming appointment during business hours. I received a call back about 15 minutes later, and scheduled an appointment for our new puppy. We were "lucky" and got a cancellation for two weeks later at 2:00. About a half hour later I received another phone call, returning my voicemail. I explained I already spoke with someone and they said "so and so must have forgot to delete the voicemail, but let's make sure you're all set". Well, we were not all set. Somehow that appointment was not in her system. So we went through the process again, and got booked for 2:00. I reconfirmed what I put in our calendar and moved on, remembering my thinking of "I can take our son to his haircut at 2:20 right down the street after I drop off Cali". I received a confirmation text, which I confirmed, but admittedly was remiss in looking at the information as I was certain in my mind the time, I had done it twice after all. So grooming day arrived and we walked in at 1:52. Noting the wonderful inclusivity sign as we did so. That is where the warm and fuzzies stopped. An employee yelled at my husband from across the room that we were late, missed our appointment and how rude we were for not calling. Meanwhile two other families were in the lobby as well. My husband said " no, we have a 2:00 appointment, we are early". She said "no, your appointment was at 1:30, you're late, thanks for not showing up" and put her headphones back on and turned her back on him. After he came back to the car, we checked my confirmation text and it was for 1:00. So it seems, no one was right that day, but what I do know is we won't be back. Our sincerest apologies to the groomer who missed out on a groom today, that was not our intention. Forget about the awful customer service aspect, if you can't uphold the signage you display, you should remove it. That was one of the least welcoming environments I've been a part of recently, which says a lot for "these current times". If the owner or manager wants feedback on this experience, I'm sure they can find me in the computer, if the employee hasn't deleted our contact.
