I've only ever gotten European facials here, so I can't speak for other services they offer. For me, I get a cleanse, steam, gentle extraction, gentle exfoliation with rubbing clay (instead of acids), serum, a fantastic and relaxing face massage, and mask. They always offer eyebrow tweezing, which I decline. Tip #1: Remember to pay for parking, and pay 2h if you have 1.5h appts, in case things run over. I got a ticket once and it suuuucked!!! I do not recommend getting a Gel-X mani here. First, the recommendation I was given didn't make sense. My natural nails had grown out pretty long, so I asked for hard gel. Multiple staff members recommended Gel-X extensions instead for the design I wanted. My natural nails were only slightly shorter than my reference image, but I wanted to trust their expertise. I was wrong. I chose the shorter extension length and it ended up being the same length of my natural nail before the tech cut them, so the extensions added nothing and I unnecessarily had my nails cut. Second, the application quality doesn't match the price. There are ill-fitting corners throughout. Rather than sizing up to an extension that fit my nail bed, the tech filed down my side walls to force the smaller one to fit, which hurt. One extension on my index finger is visibly crooked. I pointed it out and was told it looked straight - looking at it again and in photos, it's clearly off-center. There's also still cured gel on my skin, which is a contact dermatitis risk. Third, the pricing was not transparent. I paid $115 for a Gel-X removal and Gel-X manicure. The pricing on the website and at check-in is confusing, and when I showed my inspiration photo up front, no one quoted me. The tech told me the price, $155, only after she had already started the design. I got it down to $115 by dropping the star flakes, which were $40 on their own. I want to pay techs fairly for their work, but $40 for star flakes isn't worth it. To be fair, there were genuine positives. I called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late and the staff were completely understanding about it. And when I asked for a swirl cat eye design, my tech told me upfront that it was above her skill level rather than overpromising. She still gave it a shot, and I really appreciated that honesty. Overall, I can't recommend this place. The quality of work and service don't match the price, and what frustrates me more is that the staff didn't listen to my questions and were quick to shut me down instead of working with me. Given the reviews here, I'll assume this isn't the standard, and that it's fixable.

She knows exactly what is required for my skin type and produces amazing results. She uses the best products available (organic, too!). I also follow a maintenance routine prescribed by my dermatologist and usually get facials periodically, so I came in specifically for a facial. Roxanne is a very pleasant woman and looks great, which naturally builds trust. We agreed on a deluxe facial. The experience itself was honestly fantastic. At one point, while I had a mask on and steam over my face, she was also massaging my hands and feet, which made the whole experience deeply relaxing. Physically, it was exactly what I needed. However, there were two important things that didn't sit right with me and are the reason I wouldn't come back. First, regarding the treatment itself: I expected the facial to include extractions, but it ended up being only chemical and ultrasonic cleansing, without manual extractions. This is important for me since I had some closed comedones. Maybe that was just a mismatch in expectations, which I can understand. What affected me much more was the second part. After the 1.5-hour treatment, when I was very relaxed, Roxanne offered me water, stepped out so I could get dressed, and then came back in to discuss "next steps." She asked about my current skincare, and I mentioned dermatologist-prescribed products (Differin and azelaic acid). She responded somewhat dismissively, saying something along the lines of "that's from the pharmacy, right? It's not as good as these..." and then started pulling out products she recommended instead. She then calculated everything on her phone and showed me a total of around $550, including the facial (about $215) and three products, each around $100. She mentioned there was a discount available right now and said there was "no pressure," but it definitely felt like a strong sales push. I'm not someone who makes quick purchasing decisions, especially not impulsively and not at that price point. In the past, I've appreciated when specialists recommend options in different price ranges or explain alternatives with similar active ingredients, so I can make an informed decision based on my budget. That didn't happen here, and the situation felt like aggressive upselling, especially right after such a relaxing treatment. I told her I wasn't planning on that kind of budget and needed time to think, and asked if I could take photos to research the products. She said she would send me links and asked that I purchase through her if I decide to go ahead, since she spent time explaining everything. I left feeling very mixed. Physically, I felt great, but emotionally I felt a bit drained. I understand everyone needs to make a living, but I really don't like aggressive sales tactics, especially during a first visit and when it comes with dismissing what already works for me. I don't have any negative feelings toward Roxanne personally, but I wouldn't choose to repeat this experience.
