Though Glow Bungalow offers cutting-edge services, in a boutique environment in an upscale neighborhood, the services are priced very reasonably. (It really is a great find!) The Web site lets you check availability over several months, and make a booking. There's no front-office as in some of the more expensive spas in the same neighborhood. You feel comfortable right away. The facial can of course be customized - the duration, as well as the choice of treatments. Kelly is very knowledgeable and able to effect treatments from around the world, and is adept at explaining the benefits of each treatment. She's careful not to combine treatments that cancel each either out. She also makes sure to check with you about how each treatment feels on the face, and what you would like. We were a month away from our wedding at San Francisco City Hall when we reached out to Kelly for her makeup services. From the very beginning, she was super accommodating and wanted to make sure that we were happy during every step of the process. A day before the wedding, we did a trial run with her to make sure our makeup was headed in the right direction. The following morning, we arrived at her salon where she got straight to work, making sure to keep us on-schedule. She even let us get dressed at her salon and accommodated our friends who came to help us get ready.
