A friend of mine used them for her honeymoon and couldn't stop raving about how they had their flights/hotels booked to hop from city to city in Greece, at a great price, with top notch hotels and sight recommendations, and weren't forced to do any sort of tours! They can obviously do that for you, I just prefer to have a loose itinerary and discover things at my own pace. So on to my personal experience... I used them for 2 recent trips in the past couple months and I highly recommend Jack and Zara! The most recent was a 4 day snow trip to Mammoth for a group of 12. They really went above and beyond. I couldn't find anything decent or large enough when looking online and they gave me multiple options so fast. I booked right then and there for my group and also added on lift tickets and snow gear rentals with them. Top notch customer service. They get unbelievably good deals frequently too, like round trip flights to Paris for under $500, so I'm keeping my eye out for the next one.

Throughout the appointment, whenever we asked a question, her responses were often, "I don't know," or "You should know." As clients completing legal paperwork, we were simply looking for guidance on the notarization process. While we did not expect legal advice, we did expect professionalism, patience, and clear communication. My mother in law completed the exact same notarization process at this office and had a smooth, helpful experience. Unfortunately, our visit was the complete opposite. Candance came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We left feeling frustrated and unsupported during what should have been a straightforward appointment. Customer service and professionalism are important, especially when people are signing important legal documents. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and a more respectful experience for future clients.

The first trip was a bachelor party in New Orleans for my brother consisting of twelve guys flying in from four locations across the east and west coast. They coordinated all of our flights and accommodated all of our schedules and still managed to get us great bulk rates. They locked down six conjoining rooms right in the French quarter during Mardi Gras!!!! Furthermore they got us awesome rates on those as well. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel had lost one of the reservations but with a quick call Diana and handing my cell phone over to the hotel receptionist we were all taken care of within 15 minutes! She made the day and saved the day! The second trip was another bachelor party in Cabo (see photos) where Diana set up an awesome house for us on a cliff overlooking the whole pedregal coast, inside of a gated guarded community - with a private chef!!! We were greater and treated like kings. Flying colors on this trip as well. Everything from the rates to the transportation to the location was perfect!
