There aren't a lot of places in my neighborhood that take my insurance. My primary doctor didn't know anyone to refer me to and suggested I call around then to let her know who I found so she could get a referral sent on and approved. That process didn't sit well with me because I would rather be asking what kind of care they can provide for me and if they can help me with my shoulder vs if they take my insurance. That said, thank goodness my orthopedic surgeon knew who to refer me to. VibrantCare!! James is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been seeing him for over 2 months and have seen excellent progress with my frozen shoulder. I have seen a few PTs in my life but James is my favorite thus far. He doesn't just give you exercises then walk away. He talks to you about your progress, answers questions, and spends quality time with you. I wish there were 2 of James in that office. The exercises are totally doable. He shows you what to do and how many times you do them for. They use an app for your phone to make t easy for to refer to the exercises, and it comes with videos so you are guided along throughout your care. Ana at the front desk is also awesome! She assists with the exercises to get you started while James is with a client. She is also knowledgeable and professional. What I like about Ana is she will advocate for you to receive care. There was a hiccup with my insurance as far as extending the number of visits to continue my progress, but Ana stayed on top it to get my authorization approved and get me back on track with my appointments so as not to have a lapse in treatment. Their service is not about how many people they can fit in an hour and the PT bounces around to different patients. Nope. That is not VibrantCare. They spend personal time with each client during their entire appointment tine. That's care quality! I only wish there were more Jameses at this office. Thank you VibrantCare! read more

I've been working with Hannah at Vibrant Care. She brings an incredible sense of calm and compassion to every session. Her thoughtful, patient-centered approach immediately puts you at ease. Hannah's therapy methods are well-balanced and progressive. She doesn't overload you with too many exercises but focuses on a few key ones that address the problem thoroughly. Her ability to mix and match exercises keeps each session effective and engaging. It's clear she truly understands how to tailor therapy to each individual's needs. Honestly, Hannah feels like the backbone of this place -- her professionalism, empathy, and consistency make a real difference in recovery. That said, the clinic itself could further improve by expanding the therapy options. A holistic physical therapy experience should ideally include a combination of muscle massage therapy, cupping, electrical stimulation, and targeted muscle work in addition to exercises. very disappointed in this place the day of my appointment for 11 am, they called at 9 am to cancel my appointment and preceded to tell me to contact my insurance because they did not receive an authorization for approval, but they received my referral from my PC. this was 2 months in the making, so instead of them calling the insurance THEY TOLD ME TO DO IT. THE LADY WHO CALLED ME WAS VERY RUDE and hung up on me. her name was MEGAN; I called back to speak to her supervisor she hung up again. I quit trying, instead i chose to yelp this business, as of 3/5/26 i got a call from them saying that everything was good with my insurance and they received another referral from my PC. i will not be using this place ever!!! read more

Terrible place. They told me they can see my mom and accommodate her 8 outpt PT visits after her knee sx. They saw my mom first visit and then say they are too full and don't have any opening for another 2 months. I was like this very unprofessional. I would give no start if I can. read more

Horrible scheduling experience here at this rehab center. I called them to make an appt for 2 weeks out from my extensive shoulder and rotator cuff surgery. They called 2 days prior to the appt and relayed they could not keep that first appt. Now they want me to travel to Tracy next week. This is absolutely ridiculous and it will affect my complete rehab. OK, they called me back and are effectively going to keep same day appt. I've had lower back issues for a decade, now. Finally got around to addressing it by getting an MRI and working with a Physical Therapist. James has been a lifesaver. He's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, plans a specific exercise regimen, monitors progression, adds new movements and stretches as you progress, even incorporates a mobile app to help with your exercises at home. He's also hands on, and will treat any lingering pain or soreness with massaging, even electrical stimulation. The staff is super friendly, everyone is keeping an eye on you to see if you need anything. Overall, it's a fantastic experience. I came to Vibrantcare after surgery for my broken leg. My visits have really helped in my recovery as I've basically had to relearn to walk. Very friendly and professional, and they will treat you right here. Karla and Zachary were my therapists, and Ali keeps the office running and laughing while also scheduling, greeting patients, and helping with treatments. I have a screw in my hip from 30 years ago that's causing arthritis in my hip that's been progressively getting worse. I was recommended to visit VibrantCare 3 years ago and the physio help I received there completely eliminated my pain. I went on to do many 5 and 10k walks over the pandemic. Unfortunately, I stopped going for physio over the pandemic and slowly stopped my exercises (which was my own fault!) and my pain returned. The arthritis progression can't be stopped and had considerably worsened since 3 years ago. Only the pain could be managed through physio. My orthopedic doctor recommended hip replacement. But I requested if I could try physiotherapy again. I returned to VibrantCare 6 weeks ago and I've had just 4 sessions. I can't believe how much better I'm already feeling. The main physio therapist, James is amazing. They also use an app called MedBridge GO, which guides you through the exercises at home and helps you with pacing and such. But what I really liked is the amount of attention that was paid to my very detailed descriptions of where the pain was and how it was evolving. James would listen very closely to what I had to say, then evaluate my situation with that in mind and either tweak or recommend new exercises, with each visit. So the healing and changes were implemented real-time and very efficiently. Another thing I loved was the hands-on physio. I am a lady and my injury is in the hip/groin area. Some traction and compression massages were recommended. I would ordinarily favor a lady doctor or therapist. But I was 100% comfortable at VibrantCare. The whole care was very gentle and respectful and most importantly, very healing and effective. I don't know if I can indefinitely avoid the hip replacement since my condition is caused by the screw in my hip. But thanks to VibrantCare, I'll at least be able to decide when I get my surgery and not have to do it based on how much longer I can bear it. And I'm getting more and more of my daily functionality back! Another important point to note in the era of Covid-19. They take tremendous care to wipe all surfaces as patients rotate. They also provide you with disinfected pens while filling out paperwork. The therapist and staff were also consistently (and correctly!) masked. Since so many of their clientele are elderly, this was much appreciated. I would 100% recommend VibrantCare to anyone seeking physiotherapy. read more

After my ACL replacement surgery, I was referred to VibrantCare Livermore for physical therapy. My physical therapist, Karla Trotta, and her staff (Andrea, etc) have been fantastic. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and their progress. The atmosphere is very relaxing and Karla has a great way of gentle encouragement when exercises get tougher to do. Had ACL knee surgery 5 ago and I have never been the same. Haven't had the range motion since. Because of that I have had incredible lower back pain due to my gate change. I have gone to several PT over the years but never got relief. I moved to Livermore a few years ago, so I thought I'd try PT again.. Karla and Team @ Vibrant Care have been great! My pain level has gone down so much. This is the first time since surgery that I have been able to straighten my knee an the back pain has gotten better. A plus everyone is so nice and friendly. I had a good experience here. My knee that was so painful, I couldn't run any longer healed in 3 weeks with the exercises prescribed and the pain is gone completely. I needed pelvic floor physical therapy after the birth of my second child. There are very few PTs that have knowledge in this specialty, but Karla is amazing! She has a great knowledge of how all the muscles connected to the hips work together and takes a wholistic approach - treating not only the muscles in question, but also muscles in my legs and core that were contributing to the problem. My sessions with Karla included manual stretching of the pelvic floor muscles (this part is completely up to the patient, of course), leg stretches, and core/pelvic floor strengthening exercises. She gave me at-home instructions with reminders on how to do the exercises/stretches. I saw noticeable improvement in about 3 weeks and significant improvement in about 6 weeks. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend Karla! read more

Another update: I "graduated" today! I will miss coming to therapy (strange but true)!!! Karla and staff have made this process of rehab so enjoyable and rewarding. Starting back in December with a shoulder impingement - no MRI, no prior tests but I knew I had to try PT first and I was right. Through Karla and staff's expertise I've come back 100%. I cannot say it enough - the facility is small but that makes it very personal, they have any and all equipment you would need, not to mention their expertise and encouragement. My doctor recommended that I start physical therapy for my shoulder. I was having a difficult time lifting my arm and it became numb at times. I had never done physical therapy before and I was hesitant because I am not a fan of working out, it took me 3 months to book the appointment. I was able to book and start my therapy right away. From the first telephone call to make an appointment, I felt a sense of professionalism and caring. At my first appointment, Karla introduced herself and stated this was a teaching facility and would it be ok if a student sat in on the evaluation. I am a huge advocate for on the job training and was thrilled to be involved in the education process of a student. Karla throughly asked questions to determine the proper exercises to assign to me. Then those exercises were explained and shown how to be done as well as I was given additional descriptions of those exercises to be done at home. As I am not one to work out on a regular basis I was afraid I would not enjoy my time. The exercises were not at all as I thought that they would be, they were not the "stop till you drop" kind but go at my own pace and try to strengthen my muscles. The staff was always attentive to my posture and corrected me if I was incorrect without making me feel defeated. I highly recommend this facility, the positive, happy environment and the professionalism in addition to the knowledgable staff has made me feel very comfortable coming out of this new experience very pleased. read more
