Went yesterday and it was packed to the brim. Yes, all the COVID regulations were kept but it was more of a scene than necessary. Went for the sunday brunch buffet for one of our friends birthdays. First of all, the food was awful. "Brunch" was a stretch, it was a hotel breakfast plus french fries and chicken fingers. Definitely NOT worth $25 per person. There was only five of us and they charged an automatic gratuity of 20%. For what? Our waitress only came to our table two times. She was nice don't get me wrong. But to have the audacity to charge 20% automatically for only 5 people? Absolutely insane. Between that, and the food being a total disappointment, I will never be going there again. Loved the decorations of this new place and the vibe in here. But we didn't love the food too much. I was excited to try this Ruben pizza and it was just okay, wish it had a little bit more of the corn beef on it. My boyfriend got a burger which was over cooked and dry on the inside. Now you'd think a drink on the rocks would be strong like normal instead I got Juice over ice and no taste of alcohol whatsoever. Once i ordered and the waiter asked me if i wanted a single or double for a drink on the rocks I should've known i was in trouble. A rocks pour is almost a double, if you worked in a restaurant or bar before you'd know that ‍ I said just say $&#%# on the rocks, splash of %#&$€% they should know what that means if they're a bartender. My family and I came to have a family meal to celebrate a graduation. I've been here before and have always had a great experience. The food is always amazing but unfortunately, this time around we were left very disappointed and honestly annoyed due to the service. We had extremely poor service from our server, Kenzie. She seemed to be wandering and unaware that her tables had been waiting for longer than they should have. We were seated around 3:50 pm and didn't end up getting food until around 5:00 pm. We noticed some of our food sitting and waiting to be served for over 20 minutes. A different waitress ended up serving us the first few dishes and then we had to wait even longer for the rest. I genuinely feel that she didn't deserve the 20% gratitude tip that is automatically added to the bill. The food was good as always but the customer service really let us down. read more

Actually, the cocktails were on the negative scale, except for the names (Adios Pantalones just had to be ordered, but only the name was worth it). The martinis were so stingy we sent them back. I've been working in a a restaurant for 8 years and I've never heard of auto gratuity on a 2 person table. Our server was incredibly slow to bring drinks as well as food and was not attentive at all. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. There was one other table in the place and it took 35 mins for 2 sandwiches to come out. Food was alright and it could be a great spot for whisky but with atrocious service and included gratuity I don't see myself returning. read more

My fiancé and I went for a late meal at Vice on a Thursday and it was a very nice meal. Right away we were acknowledged and seated by our hostess. We started out with quite a few drinks that we wanted to try since they had a holiday menu. Their cranberry mule, and sugar cookie Russian were amazing and talked about highly by our server Hannine( who was amazing). We had the well done Ny Strip steak with garlic potato purée which was cooked perfectly and the chicken Milanese which was also cooked perfectly. The staff was very attentive and kind they kept checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was great and we were trying not to stay too late because we knew they closed at 12am but despite that the staff did not make us feel rushed or like we were being timed. It was a great dining experience and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall It was a very pleasant dining experience and we will definitely be returning . I hope they do consider expanding to their menu what we had was delicious I would love to try more options. read more

Our server was heather and she was amazing. The food was good. I had some truffle fries i would say it was missing some parsley and the cheese but it was okay. I went on a Saturday night so it was definitely a little busy but we had a great table and were able to be comfortable and have a good view of where they make the pizza and watch some tv while eating our food. Absolutely wonderful food and I loved their cocktails, variety of liquors, & they even modified a cocktail for me, which wasn't something that would've happened in my usual places even, so that's pretty flipping cool!!! The menu had many different choices but we went with a wood fire pizza that was AMAZING!!!! We chose the Prosciutto and Sweet Pear and I wasn't trusting of it but my husband saw it on a table close by and was promised it was amazing and it WAS!! But I was starving before so I got the French Onion Soup and I am sad that I couldn't have bought a bigger bowl and that my husband thought I wanted to share. It was amazing! The reason why I gave it 4 stars was bc getting waited on initially took a long time, but finally a young woman saw us and came over and realized we had been missed by everyone but her. Her name was Vanessa and she made sure we felt like her only customer and being from texas, we had heard people weren't as nice and we were used too, and she proved that sooooo wrong, she would've even made our customer service look bad!!
