The cleaners lost my pants, and I've been trying to get this resolved since the end of April. They admitted they would pay me for the lost pants, yet here it is July 3, and I still haven't received a single penny. To make matters worse, I also paid them to dry clean the very pants they lost, and I haven't even been refunded that charge. For nearly three months I've been given nothing but delays and empty promises. A business that loses a customer's clothing should take responsibility and make it right promptly. Instead, I've had to repeatedly follow up with no resolution. Customer service means standing behind your work and treating customers with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Vicks Cleaners. If this is how they handle a simple mistake, I can't recommend trusting them with your clothing. I hope this review encourages them to finally do the right thing, but until they honor their promise and reimburse me, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Next step small claims ..

We were told they were independent and cleaned "in house". They are part of the same group that ruined our clothing last time. STAY AWAY!
