Vicky is not only very sweet, she is incredibly safe, sanitary, and an all-around perfectionist. Not to mention VERY reasonably priced ($75 for first time and $35 for fills? You for real??? Mind you, these ARE individuals, not clusters). Basically, she's everything you could ever want in an aesthetician. This was my first time getting lash extensions, though I did quite a bit of research beforehand. Vicky did everything spot on, and actually was quicker than I expected (only about an hour for my first time). I am so, so thrilled (you can see my before and after above, it's pretty incredible). Vicky suggested the medium longs for a more natural look, which was perfect while still being a little dramatic. I can't wait to go back (she also does eyebrow waxing, I'm gonna give it a try next time). I highly, HIGHLY recommend her! Note: She is located in Top Nails, which is Suite B, NOT F.

I always ask for full long lashes that won't get in the way of my glasses! Love it!

I've been looking for someone to do my eyelash extensions, and after trying so many different places, NO ONE compares to Vicky!!! I love her so much, her work is amazing. She is extremely careful and gentle when she applies the individual lashes. The ending results are amazing, you get beautiful full rich lashes (she adjusts to whatever you want) no need for mascara after this! I've actually stopped wearing makeup on a daily basis cause I feel so pretty with these on. Best part is, people actually think they're real.. Shhh! Lol I've recommended so many people to her and they've all been satisfied. She charges a reasonable amount, but the quality of her work is above and beyond it. Definitely the best deal I've found so far... and I've gone all over LA. Most places charged me double and they did crappy work and weren't gentle. She is located in a big and nice room at "Top Nails." It's extremely clean, smells good, and extremely sanitary. (One of my priorities when picking a personal service business, if you ask me) She's also located in Irvine which is too far from where I live, but I've gone there before and it's just as nice. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone!!! I honestly have nothing bad to say and I'm always honest on Yelp (I make life decisions based on others' reviews lol) You get more than what you pay for and Vicky treats everyone with such respect!! Love it all!!

Vicky is the TRUTH! I honestly cannot believe how perfect this woman and her skill set is! She is truly AMAZING! She definitely knows what she is doing, because I have never gotten eyelash extensions and the FULL set took only 45 minutes! The lashes are great quality, I barely felt that "stinging" sensation you normally feel from the glue, because she was very gentle and careful when applying, her hands are just quick! She was highly knowledgeable as well, informing me of what to do, what not to do when taking care of my lashes. She played spa music the entire time, it really felt like the whole process was 10 minutes. Time flies when you are actually relaxing! Last but not least, when she told me how much I owed her, I totally did the "happy" dance. Thank you so much Vicky, you are truly gifted. I can't wait to re-visit!

I found Vicky through yelp when looking to get eyelash extensions before getting married. She had great reviews and pretty good prices in relation to others! $75 for the first time, and $30 for refill. I have now been her client for almost two months - I go twice a month (4th time tomorrow). She is such a sweet lady, very calm and pleasant. She has calming music inside and it is always warm and nice there, which helps me relax. She fit me in on short notice even if it was just before xmas, and I have noticed when I've been there that she tries hard to accommodate clients. She also waxes my eyebrows for $10, and she said she does threading too. The extensions look great, I am blonde with very light and hardly visible lashes. She put size medium on me and I am very happy!!! I dont have to put any mascara on in the morning anymore (in fact you can't!). Saves some time ;) I highly recommend her services!!!! She is there on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, I think from around 7 to 7(?)... Call her to get an appointment! She is located inside topnails, at the back, down the stairs.

Vicky just became my new go-to girl for eyelashes! I found Vicky through yelp and judging by her pictures it looked to me that she's very talented at what she does. And boy, I was not disappointed! Naturally, when it comes to your face and hair you should be a perfectionist and want everything to be done right. Vicky took her sweet time to get every lash perfect and made me feel comfortable in the process. To those new, you'll arrive at a nail salon. Parking is available in front and then the front desk will direct you downstairs to a waiting room and to Vicky's space. I waited for Vicky to finish up with a client and got to see her results before I got mine done. The girl was so enthusiastic about Vicky's work, which made me trust her more! Haha so now it was my turn. The whole process took about 45 minutes, but it wasn't that bad since you get to listen to spa music during the procedure. Immediately after you open your eyes you'll get this minor stinging sensation and she'll give you a fan to cool down your eyes. Overall, the sting didn't bother me that much and I was super happy with her work, which I will post pictures of. Thanks so much Vicky!

I worked with a girl whose eyes I couldn't stop staring at. It helped that they were a beautiful shade of green, but it was mostly her eyelashes. I couldn't stand how amazing her eyes looked with them even when she was dead tired and had no makeup on. I'd always judged eyelash extensions since they couldn't be as dramatic as I wanted with the makeup I do, or as the mascara I put on. Duh. I was wrong. She sent me to Vicky. She's just the best. She is very reasonably priced, but also does such as an amazing job on my lashes. They're full and graduated and exactly what I'd hoped for. I didn't realize prior to getting eyelashes with her that my watering eyes every SINGLE time I went to the gym was likely because of my mascara. Because it's never happened since I got my extensions. They go with every single makeup look I do - and I like experimenting. A lot. Everything from grungy smoky to red carpet ready. And they're amazing with everything - totally holds up to the fake-lash look. I drive 30 minutes each way to go to Vicky. I guess you'll just have to trust me that that means she's great and totally worth it. Little tip from me to you - don't have any caffeine before you appointment. It will relieve jumpy eyelids and make her job much easier. I go when I'm sure to be tired so I'm super relaxed.

It's rare that I ever encounter anything worthy of a Yelp post, so when I decided to write this, it was a big deal. My experience with Vicky was nothing short of amazing and I have to share how fantastically wonderful she is. She was so kind to do the makeup and eye lash extension for my wedding and wedding party. vicky is professional, meticulous, warm, so welcoming and just a total peach. Her work is by far the best I've experienced. It's now my new obsession and now go to her to get my eyelashes done every month or so. She really is quite amazing. Vicky is the best at eyelash extension. I had eyelash extension done before by a different aesthetician, although I loved the way it looked, I didn't like the feel of the extension on my lashes. It felt heavy. I was hesitant on getting it again. I looked to yelp and read the reviews in the local area and decided to give it another try. The reviews for Vicky far exceeds the other aesthetician in the area. So I booked an appointment with Vicky. She was prompt with keeping the appointment time. The facility and her space was clean. Went to Vicky about two weeks ago. This was my first time getting lashes and I love them. She was super sweet and she worked pretty quickly too, which was nice. Her pricing is amazing so I am definitely going to keep going to her. I'll post a picture when I get a fill. Vicky is amazing!! I've gotten my lashes done about 5 or 6 times, Vicky has been my favorite by far. She knows what will look good on your eye form, and listens to you and gives you exactly what you want ") Not to mention she is incredibly fast, I was shocked she was done so quickly. The fact is Vicky does the best, most consistent lashes in the entire area. Anyone who says differently on this site did not carefully follow the instructions Vicky gives you to maintain them. Her skills are undoubtedly the best in LA. I have been using her for over 3 years and she has never disappointed me. She has the best prices in Los Angeles as well! Reunited and it feels SOOOOOO good!!! I was looking for a new place to get my lashes done and was very happy when I made an appointment and learned it was my old lash lady Vicky!! Had to update this review after I went somewhere else and had something to compare it to. The results were drastically different- vickys eyelashes were thick, heavy, irritating after a few days whereas the other place I went to in koreatown gave me light feathery lashes. I do have some gaps in my natural lashes so I wasn't expecting it to be perfectly even but the difference was just too dramatic not to mention. Even as the tech was removing my old lashes she noticed a lot of them were glued in clumps. I think Vickys lashes are not ideal for short thin Asian lashes like mine. read more

I love Vickys. I tested out several different options before deciding on Vicky. I like to get the best bang for my buck. I also don't like wait. She is by far my fav. She is quick and does a great job. It is so relaxing sometimes I fall asleep while she is fixing my lashes. I have been going to her for a couple of years now. Was a little skeptical at first because I've never had my eyelashes done before but after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give it a try. Vicky was able to accommodate me right on the spot and once I got there, she plea dentist greeted me and asked me to give her 5min more to finish up on her client....and of course that wasn't a problem seeing as tho she was so flexible with my schedule. The room where she does your lashes and brows is so clean and relaxing and she has soft soothing music on to relax you. It took about a good 45min to do everything plus she cleaned up my brows for me which took about 5min or so. I was so impressed with how natural and beautiful my lashes turned out. I plan to see her every 2-3wks for a touch-up!! I absolutely love my lashes and will never wear mascara ever again!! She takes her time with you and is a perfectionist...totally worth the $75 it costs for the first initial visit, then $30 to maintain it. I highly recommend that you go to her if you need your lashes/or brows hooked up for a wedding, party, or just for the hell of it like me lol! read more

I have been coming to Vicky for about 5 months now & she is awesome! I love her and will never go anywhere else. She's great at what she does. She's fast and efficient. Make your follow up appointment and don't cancel your appointment, she's great so she gets booked up quick but as long as you have your spot you're perfectly fine. Love love love her! Vicky is truly amazing. I get so many compliments on how my lashes look so natural and the best part is that they last. I have been too so many places in the past and my lashes won't last more then three days but with Vicky I have never had a problem. I will never go anywhere else again. If you are someone who loves lashes but is scared to try someone new please give this a try you defiantly won't regret it. Bonus, she also used brown lash dye which is a game changer. I am fair skinned and my lashes are really fair, most places only have blue/black dye which I don't mind but they don't look natural. Chinh had brown dye and fully supported me requesting she use it. Believe it or not, I have been to places before that would not use brown dye on my lashes. I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. They looked amazing, but we both agreed that the lash lift would be the better fit for what I needed. However, I want to go back next week to get some lash extensions lol. The whole process too less than an hour and a half. I parked in the TJ Maxx/TJ lot as they have 90 min free parking. My advice is if you call Chinh and don't get an answer, keep calling and following up. She is a busy woman, but will answer eventually.

Was hesitant at first to get eyelash extensions, but now it's difficult for me to go around without them. Vicki does an amazing job, and the lashes last long if you do not toy or rub them. I took them off for a short time, and noticed how insecure I suddenly felt without them. They're so easy, and instantly boost your confidence. Waking up in the morning is great, because you already look like you're ready to take on the day. I'm so glad I found Vicky again! We originally met when she was working for Paris Nails. She then decided to start her own business, which was great for her. She is the best when it comes down to eyelash extensions. She is careful, meticulous and makes sure you are completely satisfied and feel beautiful when you walk out of her salon.
