She put me on hold a few times and then said I'd get it in 4-6 weeks. I asked for the billing phone number. It's a 3rd party billing company. Spoke to them and was told there has not been any request from CoasTherapy for my refund. If I had just trusted this woman and waited yet another 4-6 weeks, I'd never have received it. This place is shady shady shady. I had to do their job by contacting this 3rd party billing company and put in the request myself since they would not do it. Now I wait another 4-6 weeks to get MY money back. Money they should have never taken in the first place. Jeannine claims she "just doesn't know how things work". Wow. Maybe they should hire some competent people to work on things like this? Update 11/26/2024: Still no contact from this place. All insurance claims have been paid to them. I called yesterday and the person was conveniently not there. Left message. Still no call back. They are still keeping my 225.00. Regardless of how great their PT's are. Do you want them stealing your money?? Let me start off by saying the physical therapists here are fantastic! I loved them all. I loved coming here. Everyone talks to each other (patients/staff) in this group setting. They really care for their patients and I was seeing definite results. Why am I giving it only two stars? I had 30 approved visits from my insurance. No copay. The front desk woman, Kim, argued on my first day that I DID have a $25 coppay. I wanted to get treated so I paid. I was going three days a week and after 9 visits in, my explanation of benefits started rolling in from my insurance. It clearly showed no copay was due. I paid at this point a total of $225 in copays. My insurance company called them and and said I should get my incorrectly charged copays refunded. They said no. Can you believe it? They said I had to finish treatment. Why? They took the copays in error yet refuse to refund them. Then they said my insurance hasn't paid the claims. I then provided the payment numbers and dates paid for the first 7 claims they have submitted, so that statement was a LIE The other are in process. I quit. It's now been over a week and no contact. No one has called. No one has followed up. No money refunded. They owe me $225.00. What a shady way to run a business and it sucks because the PT's are the best. And if anyone there wants to contact me about the money you owe me, I'm waiting!!

During training I injured my upper left leg and went to Core only one month before the hike. Nate was able to identify the specific issue immediately and within two weeks I was pain free and completed my training. I celebrated my 66th birthday on the hike and did the entire hike pain free except the expected foot pain from such a long journey. What I loved most is that almost every single time I was in there waiting for my daughter, I saw an employee learning something new. They are all so passionate about educating everybody to be the best and all worked together perfectly as a team. It's not easy working with a teenage girl, but Nate knew exactly how to light that fire that kept her working hard and invested in her recovery. Honestly, sometimes my daughter was laughing or having so much fun, that she forgot for a moment that she was working so hard! After 10 months of intensive physical therapy, my daughter has completed her PT and I know she is armed with the tools necessary to be successful in her tumbling again, while preventing more injuries.
