Being a maximizer who has to see everything out there, I eventually learned not to waste my time going anywhere else. Their service is also heads and shoulders above the rest. Paul Carroll at The Tile Shop patiently helped us pick out several types of tile that we needed for multiple projects: backsplash, flooring, fireplace. Both his knowledge of tiling technique and sense of artistry gently steered us in the right direction. His expertise was particularly invaluable because we largely finalized our choices while still in California. When we encountered availability issues with our initial choices, he got creative and recommended terrific alternatives. Because of Paul, we landed with selections that tied well with our color schemes--some of which we would never have thought of on our own.
