Floor Store returned to adjust carpet at the bath threshold where slanted floors left things looking odd. No excuses, no delays, no extra charges. Paul Carroll at The Tile Shop patiently helped us pick out several types of tile that we needed for multiple projects: backsplash, flooring, fireplace. Both his knowledge of tiling technique and sense of artistry gently steered us in the right direction. His expertise was particularly invaluable because we largely finalized our choices while still in California. When we encountered availability issues with our initial choices, he got creative and recommended terrific alternatives.
