Hunter coached me through this process. I can't say enough good things about her. She is professional, kind, and a fantastic listener. She really listens to everything I'm saying and is able to understand and get at the core of what it is I am saying, sometimes before I even know what it really is I'm trying to communicate. Since she was able to understand me so well, she was able to provide me with good takeaways. She also asks great questions that help reveal more insights. I started going through this process with hardly a guess on what I may want to do next. The Inner Compass Process helped me get very clear on what my values are and what talents I want to be utilizing in my next job. Hunter and I talked together about some jobs that involve these values and talents and now I know which job I want to pursue. I even said I'd prefer to not go back to school and we found a job role with no extra education required. Thank you Hunter!

I've…read morebeen working in the same industry for over 20 years and knew I needed out, but honestly has NO CLUE what I wanted to do with my life. I remember during my initial free phone consult, just feeling so completely defeated with no direction... and after only 20 minutes of talking with Hunter, I felt hope for the first time in years. She has such a calmness and kind heart that made me feel at ease opening up to her, yet an indescribable passion and fire that made me believe that at the end of this, I was going to be able to achieve greatness! Even when I didn't believe in myself, I truly felt that she did, and that kept me going. The way this program works is really magical. Danielle did a great job of putting this together, because I honestly do not think I would have finished with the same outcome, using another method. It takes you back to your childhood and forces you to dig deep into distant memories, both happy and sad, and really has you dissect the reasons behind the feelings of these memories and why they had the impact they did. It continues to move on throughout your life, thinking of situations and stories that left both good and bad tastes in your mouth, and then goes back and compares these to the childhood memories. It's amazing the patterns and similarities that I discovered along the way. As fascinating as this all was, at the halfway point of the program, I still had absolutely no idea where this was leading and if I'd ever be able to find something that was right for me. I started to worry that I was not going to be a success story, like all those I read about in the Yelp and Google reviews, and I may have just wasted my money. I expressed these concerns to Hunter and she reassured me that this was NOT going to be the case. She said that she believed in me and my journey and that she knew we would find the perfect career path that was meant for me, so I had no other choice but to trust her. I always left my zoom meetings with Hunter, feeling so hopeful and truly inspired! I remember telling her on one of our first sessions, that I always felt so good after talking with her, that I wanted to do what she did! I told her that I wanted to be someone's Hunter; the reason someone smiled again, found their confidence and felt hopeful for a better future, after coming from a place of negativity and defeat. Even though I said this early on, it didn't hit me until much later in the game, that I my true passion was in coaching. I have decided to leave my long time career aviation and go into wellness coaching, focusing on fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. Never in a million years, would I have come into this program thinking I'd have a skills or bravery to leave the corporate world and start my own coaching business, but that is exactly what I am in the process of doing! I owe Hunter more thanks and appreciation than I will ever be able to express, for this truly insane and much needed career transformation!

There are several "experts" who advise and recommend different techniques and methods - and some make sense and are probably worth doing. However, while most of these "experts" say to take time to work on yourself, they don't tell you how. They don't tell you why. Clayton's videos on YouTube go into detail and explain the "cause and effect" of our actions in relationship - how we hurt each other and why. We've all heard "hurt people hurt people," right? One session with Clayton brought so much understanding to my situation in my relationship and provided the clarity I sought. Clayton's insight is amazing. While I have been in therapy on and off for years, it's been several years since I've learned so much in a 75-minute session. I realized somewhat that my actions came from unhealed childhood wounds being projected onto the woman I love, but I knew nothing about attachment theory as it was explained to me. Attachment theory opened my eyes to the type of partner I am dating and how best to change in order to have the magical relationship I want and deserve. I'm very grateful to Clayton for his help and recommend him highly.

He appeared on our final day of the conference. Interesting guy, was a comedian and a magician in the past. Now he does motivational speaking... I will say he is pretty funny. His main focus was on how we should motivate others and be positive if we want to be leaders and successful... but beyond organizations we should be that way in all facets of our life. He wanted us to remember how it felt when someone we trusted, we admired built us up... and how we should in turn do that for others. He said, and I will paraphrase: when we nourish others, we improve our satisfaction, our happiness, our sense of worth. We make others better, our relationships better, our organizations better. Very positive message. He believe it was important especially to cherish people in our lives and remind them they are important to you. He challenged/forced us to send a text message telling someone we care about how important they are and how great they are. I, of course did that. While I was waiting a response, he showed previous funny responses from others to those text messages at prior conferences.. hilarious... especially when my dear friend sent me a similar one. Lol I remember one moment Brad had me in stitches when he said: "Women are better at giving support. You won't see two guys walking out of this room and one guy Turing to the other and say: 'oh wow dude, you look great in that shirt! The color just makes your eyes sparkle'". Lol. I decided that I will try to remind those important in my life how much they mean to me an build them up. So, for all those I talk to, share moments and memories with, are friends or dear family members: thank you. You are awesome and important! Since this is still me, I want to add an addendum. To everyone I don't talk to anymore: you suck! you missed out! you failed! Hah! In all seriousness, it was a great talk and I will be using what I learned here to make those I care about feel amazing and also to help my organization and build up people I work with as well as those who will work for me as I continue to grow as a leader.
