I wish I could give them more stars! The customer service was really great here, this is why I gave them three stars. Their job on my nails though, a little rough. The man who did my nails put on nail tips that were too big for my hands, and therefore it led to a very odd shape of a nail on 10 of my fingers. So I called to see if there's availability and they said there was right away. I was in the parking lot nearby, so I walked right in and got seen right away with Kenny. This was on a Thursday around 1:30 PM. I went in for an acrylic but changed my mind as I saw a sign that said it was nontoxic and better for you- the dip. I have had dips before and have had an allergic reaction to them. They make me itchy and I get bumps on my skin. This one seemed different. I inquired about it and he said no they've never had anyone with any complaint or issue with this. Of course everyone's different. So I opted for the dip powder color cotton candy 111 with acrylic tips. I typically choose dip powder because less drilling in my experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, this required a lot of drilling for some reason. I did let him know ahead of time that I have sensitive cuticles, and you can't twist my fingers certain ways as they usually do because it hurts. I let him know a few times when he was hurting me. He didn't seem to like this. He told me to relax. Kinda hard to relax when you're getting hurt. And then I told him that the drill was hurting near my cuticle multiple times. This ended up bleeding after the fact and hurting for several days. In an awkward area where a Band-Aid wouldn't stay on. Also noticed while he was doing it that he wasn't brushing the product to the edge on the sides of my fingers. I pointed this out before it would be too late as I was short on time, and he replied shortly 'can you just let me finish? Because I have to go fast, can you just let me finish?! it will be OK you'll see.' It was not OK. As you will see in the pictures. Also, I was quoted a time of 30 minutes and it took about 40 to 45 minutes. Not a huge deal. The length was good, what I requested. Unfortunately several nails are crooked and filed unevenly. For $55 plus tip this is too much for a low quality job. His attitude and demeanor was very short, abrupt and borderline rude. He tried to be nice it seemed, but it was beyond him. For this, I will not be returning to Kenny. I may return to this spa and request someone else. It is very pretty inside. Kenny told me that they have been doing this 25 years and here at this location 16 years. I did want to try it and was scared to try it honestly because of the other reviews. I have heard from others that the wife is better, so perhaps I'll try her next time. I like to give people chances & the benefit of the doubt. Everyone can have a bad day sometimes. But again this is a service, not a cheap one at that. So I do expect quality for my nails to be done proper. Regarding the dip powder and allergies - I have had extremely itchy and bumps forming on my skin since this powder. So this will not be for me. To each his own. Everyone is different. Hopefully others can use this as its a beautiful color! read more

This was such a fun experience! I was visiting from out of state and wanted to get my nails and feet done for something to do. We called all over looking for a good place and this was the jackpot! They only take appointments but get you in day of. The older man was so sweet and we had such a sweet conversation. The lady doing my nails showed me a picture of her daughters too! They made the experience so special and weren't afraid to laugh with us. When I come back definitely going again. Good prices too! read more

I don't know where to begin. They do not honor appointments so don't be in a hurry. They rushed through my pedicure so much so I left with bleeding toes. When I spoke up I was completely ignored and she continued to go at the same bleeding toe. I'm hoping today's injury will heal so I can wear proper shoes to my son's graduation. I have been to this place a few times, but after my last visit I don't think I'll be coming back again. I was charged over $40 for a no chip manicure that wasn't even done correctly, specifically on my thumbs. I left the salon in a hurry to get to my baby shower, and didn't realize until after I left that the technician who did my nails didn't spread the gel polish all the way to the sides (I actually think the man who did my manicure is the owner). As a result, my brand new manicure was peeling. This should never happen with a no-chip. I tried calling the salon to come back in and have it redone but never got through. The few times I went to this salon previously I had different technicians do pedicures and I was pretty happy with them, so I think it just depends which person you have taking care of you. read more

This was my 3rd visit, Wonderful owners & staff, great mani/pedi for $40. Very friendly & clean. They take appts but not necessary.

Made an appointment 1.5 hours before closing. Apparently a huge mistake. The lady doing my nails was rushing to get my nails done (it was only a fill) they were big, not buffed whatsoever and bumpy. This location is literally 5 mins away from me. I will rather drive further were i know i will get good quality work instead of coming here again. read more

If I could leave NO stars I would! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! First I called and asked I they had the SNS powder for my nails and they said yes, so I ventured to try them since the salon I normally go to is all the way in Sanford near where I work. It wasn't until I got there and they literally started working on my nails that I saw that they use a different brand, still no big deal. Then I notice as the guy is doing my nails and I asked for him to shorten them I noticed they were all different lengths, he said not to worry he was still going to file them, ok. Then after he does the dip portion to apply the powder i notice that because he obviously didn't know what he was doing, that some nails look very misshapen and rounded on the side and are coming over the side of my nail to cover actual skin. Still I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and figure he'll use the sander to reshape them. NOPE! He barely snaps them, very hesitantly I might add which leads me to believe he really didn't know what he was doing, and then goes to put the top coat on like nothing is wrong. So I tell him they are ALL different sizes and shapes, some square and some he's filed the edge completely away and they are now crooked looking. And he barely touched them again and proceeds to ask if he can put the top coat on now? I asked for someone else to please help me because he obviously couldn't see that they were crooked and misshapen. So I have to wait another 15 mins, mind you I have already been there for an hour and a half, for a service that normally only takes an hour! So a woman comes over to help me, I show her what's wrong, she proceeds to try and fix some of the problems. But at this point they're so gone there's nothing she can do, so she asked me what I want her to do and I told her so come off I want them redone. He proceeds to hear me get angry and come over and tell me that I still have to pay because he spent an hour and a half on my nails! The GALL of this shocks me to my core, being in a service industry myself (a hair stylist) I would 1) Never tell a guest to pay for a service hey we're unhappy with or 2) have the balls to not only refuse to Redo the service properly AND expect the guest to pay! Now I not only had to pay for the ABSOLUTE WORST nails I have ever had done, but now I have to pay again to have another nail salon fix them!! Oh and I forgot to add that when I pointed out the nails that were STILL misshapen to the woman, she had the audacity to tell me that nails are never all the same shape and size!! DUH! I took my elderly friend (88 years old) here to get a pedicure. We were the first ones to walk through the door and then about 3 other woman came in after us, all stating they also wanted pedicures. I believe it was the manager or owner who asked me to pick a color for my friend and I stated we did not want a color on her toenails, just a pedi , because of some issues she has with her toenails. He acted so rude to us, he took another woman before her, along with another woman tech who also took another woman before my elderly friend, and we had arrived before them all. She was seated and the manager/owner started the water in the pedi tub,my friend stated it was little hot, he did nothing then a woman tech came over and adjusted it and walked away without bothering to see if my friend was comfortable with the water temp, which was still to hot for her. I have never seen such rudeness to an elderly person, never smiling not even looking at us really. There was a young man who came over to my friend ( I wish I would have gotten his name now) who was with a client there and kindly adjusted her water and stayed until it was just right for her. He said he would be giving her her pedi as soon as he finished up with his client. He was the only one there who treated her with respect and did an excellent job taking such care with my friend's pedicure and always asking her if she was ok. I made sure he got an excellent tip, and told him how much we appreciated him for his kindness to her and for giving her an excellent pedicure. Needless to say not a smile or a thank you from the manager/owner when we left. I see here that other reviewers were not so happy with this place either. The girl was really nice that did my pedicure but the water was too cold and I asked to have it warmer and it never happened. Throughout the entire pedicure I was freezing!
