Very nice jewel hidden in this town the food was fresh awesome portions with unique flavor I ordered a steak Baleada it looks more like quesadilla delicious and I got pupusas they were awesome I love it - price was excellent for the amount of food you get it's right on the money service was great and clean bathrooms. Saw this little hide away on YELP close to the hotel. It was wonderful. Not a lot of English going on but if you know what to order I.e. burrito, enchilada, plantains then order your favorite. The carne asada was stupendous served with rice and beans and sweet plantains and some tasty salad. The beef was tender and tasty. I would order it again. The other guys in our group loved the enchiladas and burrito. This is not TEXMEX. It's a simple place with great food. We walked in at 7 pm on a Thursday and no one was there. Why not? I could eat the baleada's here EVERYDAY. I've been all over NOLA eating baleada's and this place is legit the one. SUPER fresh ingredients, not greasy, fluffy, tasty, and HUGE for $6. Beats fast food anyday. I pair that with the platanos maduros and got breakfast for 2 days. Everything else here is amazingly fresh and seasoned perfectly. They have a food bar on certain times/days. And a BALEADA specials day. Also, seriously try her homemade juices. Like DROOL. Its onl a 10 minute ride from Kenner, so I grab my pooch and go for a little cruise...bc I tell ya this place is so worth it!! Real deal Honduran food! read more

Love the Honduran enchiladas and baleadas. Have also had the beef soup (sopa de res) and fajitas but I wasn't a fan. Food is made fresh so it usually takes between 20-30 minutes but you can call ahead. My go-to place for Latin cuisine in St. Rose. The ambience looks good, clean. Menu is in Spanish. read more

This is a great family owned/operated restaurant. We've tried several things on the menu and can't go wrong, but highly recommend the tacos and guacamole (with FRESH homemade chips). Don't come here if you are in a hurry, unless you call in your order, because everything appears to be made fresh. Been going here a couple times a week since we first tried it. They also have daily specials, including $1 taco Tuesday. Please support this place (they are close to my house and want them to be successful and stay open). read more
