As a store with quality products, I would recommend Victoria's Secret. As a store front I would not recommend this location. I worked for Victoria Secret many years ago at a different location, so I'm familiar with the brand and customer service expectations. I walked into the Waters Creek location, no greeting or acknowledgement of walking in. There was an associate at the front entrance area. I proceeded to the back of the store, still no acknowledgement. Walked over to the sale section of the store and started looking at products, no acknowledgement, no shopping bag offer. Waited in line behind another customer with products in my hands and on my arms. An associate came over to let us in. No check-up in the dressing room. Finally, greeted at check-out by the cashier. Although, I didn't want one, but here is where I was trained to ask customers if they would be interested in applying for the Victoria Secret credit to help save on their purchase, earn rewards, etc. Nothing was offered to me or the customer next to me. Upon leaving no thank you for coming in by the associates by the door. Associate floor training needs to happen. Employees should have been actively walking around offering a bra fitting, inquiring if I needed a shopping bag, what brings me in, etc. read more

I consort with a lot of horny religious men, so I know a certain... Vicar's Secret. OK fine, the Vicar had VD. I'd rather have VS than VD, but I do think these clothes promote the transfer of VD and such, because they are so damn sexy. This VS is in Allen, not to be confused with the one in Alien, which is located on Mars, and only Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and occasionally George Clooney go there. Am I missing anyone? No I didn't mean am I missing anyone with my jokes. This is a cute little location of VS located at Watter's Creek, and it has a decent amount of stuff and is sometimes busy and sometimes a little quiet. It was close to closing time when we were here so they were not very happy with anybody being in the store at all, and were a little bit pissy with us. That's the only reason for the slightly lower rating. So it's more like Ignoreya's Secret. Because the employees will ignore you while you wait in line and 27 hours later you might just get out of here. Maybe. Possibly. But Barbie is a bad ass b**ch, so she ignored them, and got a couple of cool things from here. All in all, she likes this location and the fancy outdoor mall is really really nice and Posh as well, but not as much as Victoria Beckham. Bae says: VS stands for Very Sexy, obviously! VS has great collections, like Pink and VSX and beauty. The Pink clothes are super cute. VSX has really stylish durable workout leggings and tops. VS makes awesome body sprays and lip glosses and bags. My favorite is their free tote bags. I always find something nice here. Good times and a good store even if it is very expensive, much like hiring a lawyer for when Barbie divorces me. read more

Store Manager told employee to not let anyone in after 8:35, although store wasn't closing till 9. All dressing rooms were closed and manager went around store telling everyone in store that they were closing and to hurry and get finished. So unprofessional. read more

Please change your hours for Sunday to reflect 12:00 instead of 11:00. This is annoying when you drive for 45 minutes away to find the store closed. Plus work with your staff about faster check out times. Poorly managed store. read more

Always a bad experience for me at this location. It's conveniently close to my house, however, I will be driving to Frisco next time. I attempted to return a bra that was gifted to me. Never worn with tags on it. $68 dollar bra, too. Cashier IMMEDIATELY told me with a despicable attitude that if it was an online purchased item she could not process a return, WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT. She decided to start looking into it once I told her I was an "Angel Card" holder myself and that was the first time I heard that - And I do 95% of my shopping online-. She then proceeded to find the month and year it was fabricated and showed me with a smirk on her face. I was fine with the item not being returnable. I was not very pleased with the cocky attitude. I was going to treat myself and restock my bra collection, bathing suits, and a couple of PJs sets for a trip, but honestly, why would I want to give the sales to this type of store ran by little bit***s??? Today is Saturday December 15th, 2018 and my 2 daughters and I went into The Victoria Secret Watters Creek in Allen, TX and needed to be measured for bras and purchase them! The sales girl working the fitting room was excellent and helped 1 daughter and myself greatly; but my 19 year old was needing further assistance! The manger proceeded to help us and was so patient, professional, organized and extremely thorough! I love Victoria's Secret! Cute styles for bras and underwear. However, they don't carry much over a DDD and the styles are very limited in this size. This happens to be my size and I understand that it may not be a popular size so they don't carry much of them. It's still disappointing though. I had a question about how I was sized and I asked what 32, 34, 36, or 38 meant on the size. I was just curious and asked an associate and she said: "I don't know what the numbers mean I just know how to do the sizing" Ummm... Seriously? I work in retail so I didn't think much of it. I thought maybe she was a new employee. So I asked a different associate. She too didn't know and even said "I'm not really an expert on bras. " I'm not asking a super difficult question! I just wanted to know what the numbers on the sizing meant. I wanted to know where that number came from. But obviously none of the associates knew. So I just looked it up online. Because they had very little selection in my size I was told I could order a different style and have it shipped to my house for free. That was probably the only good part about this visit. The store was clean and all that... but I really wasn't impressed with the selection of bras and that the associates didn't know anything about bras... But that's what Victoria's Secret sells! I just don't understand how they didn't know what the numbers on a bra size meant. I probably won't be returning. The Northpark or Town East locations are much more helpful. read more

This is my favorite store with Victoria Secret. I never have any problem finding things because the drawers are always organized as they should be. I don't always find my size but that's okay I can at least look in the drawer and I don't have to pull 25 things out because it's organized by size, color, atyle, etc. Also, I find that the staff here is much friendlier and more knowledgeable about what they sell and whether or not a particular item comes in a specific size. Rachel helped me today and she's fantastic at her job and she knows her store. In contrast, I wish that the other local VS stores would follow suit and use them as an example to be honest and learn what to do and what not to do. The absolute worst VS store I've ever been in is the Willowbend mall location it's completely unorganized, the drawers for everything they carry seemed to be a complete disaster most of the time the stuff is never folded is not put in the drawer by size or by color, they don't write anything down they don't keep track of items that are on hold it's also kind of weird when you see staff like extremely overweight wearing a bra that looks like it's for a teenager and no shirt at all. I guess it's the new thing now. So glad I found the store at Watters Creek nice to shop and not deal with frustration while you're shopping in order to find what you want. read more

I arrived at Victoria Secret at Watters Creek on 7/4 a few minutes before 6pm to do a return. i entered a unlocked door and there were several women just sitting talking. One of them said they were closed. I said it was not quite 6pm and one of the girls said it was 6:01pm. I told her i just had a quick return. The manager chimed in and said in a rude tone that it was a holiday and she wanted to get her crew home. She could have easily taken care of it herself if that were the case. Her registers were still open because people were leaving as I opened the door. i left but won't be returning to purchase anything else there. There are a lot of other lingerie companies to shop at now. Lots of companies will go out of business during this COVID-19 cycle. Hopefully it won't be the companies that have always practiced good customer service. read more

I usually get a new swim suit every summer just to spice things up and because who doesn't like shopping for swimsuits! I was walking around Watters Creek and decided to check out the store, it happened to be that there was a sale going on where swimsuits were 50% off!! The store was clean and nothing was out of place! The service and quality was great! I was able to ask the saleswoman multiple questions about how each swimsuit I tried on fit! The whole staff was nice and i didn't feel awkward or ignored! I will certainly come back again for more swimsuits and other apparel! Went to this location and had such a bad experience. I was shopping for a few new bras, Went to the fitting room, and felt really un welcomed by the sales associate Ruby. She was helpful with bras, but very rude. Ruined my mood for sure. I'm asking for help, not for rude responses and a bad attitude. As a manager myself, the customer service of the sales associates at this location is totally awful. Went to check out, and once again the sales associate was rude. Love the store and the setting, and that's about it- tried to return a garment that had shrunk after one wash in cold and the "manager" straight up said no and rudely told me to contact customer service. This was after dealing with the clerk who had no idea what she was doing and had to get help multiple times for an easy return. Ridiculous.
