First off, love when H&Ms have DJs at their grand openings. However, I felt like I was at a club and I was sweating - hard. Looked like I popped a Molly. 5 stars BC I got 7 polos for $5 each! AND white girl (WG) cashier totally stood up for herself to the other black girl (BG) cashier when WG took 50% off of a blazer I bought for my gf. BG told her it wasn't 50% off, but WG told her no and remained adamant. Regardless if WG was wrong, the 50% was already taken off the dress and it would've made me feel bad afterwards if she put back the 50%. So kudos to the WG for not only not backing down, but remaining confident in her knowledge and understanding how the customer would not feel good after you took off 50% then put it back on the bill. You go girl! And BG, even if WG was wrong, don't argue in front of customers please, it's poor form. But 5 stars BC I love H&M and I'm glad there's one closeby so I don't have to always go to Willow Bend. I will be back frequently. read more

Their "same-day" Pickup rarely happens. I've done it four times and it's always been about 24-36 hours. It's quicker to overnight online than it is to pick up in their store within four hours. When I called and talk to what I was told was a manager, she said that they prioritize, whoever has the most items in their order. That's ridiculous, they either need to change their website to say 1-2 days pickup, or make sure they get it within four hours. Also Customer service is terrible. The employees seem to always be grumpy. I go to the Allen store instead when I can. read more

Your employee "mumbled" to my daughter and I when we walked by the fitting room area "dressing room closed." She had several rolling racks blocking off the entrance to the dressing room. I should've waited around as there were SEVERAL people walking around with items to try on. I would've loved to see their reaction when they realized they were out of luck. What crappy service. So I bought this nice pair. Wore it twice. this was a faulty pair, notice how torn and worn out the leather looks. Customer service told me they would give me a new one immediately, however this branch manager was so rude. Accused me of lying because they seem more worn out "can't just walk in and get a fresh pair anytime you like, I'm the manager here and I'm not taking these back, you can buy a new one" very rudely he said. She even had to call security to come to the store because he made her so nervous. Later that night, he also found her on social media and attempted to add her. Really bad customer service. I was trying on items and I needed a new size... they have sign posted in the dressing room to let an employee know if you need a new size. I asked the employee and he told me I could go look for the new size (even though I had no shoes on and was wearing a dress I was trying on). I asked that they go look for me... an employee came back and said they did not have the size I asked for. But after I was done trying on my remaining items, I FOUND the size I was looking for out on the floor. I returned to the store today to return an item I had bought. They had many huge signs set up front stating if you buy 3 items you will receive 20% off your next purchase, so I bought three items. When I asked about receiving my coupon at the checkout, the employee told me they were not starting that promotion until tomorrow. I asked why the signs were up then? and he did not answer me. The 2 times I have been in this location, employees have been standing around talking, bad mouthing other employees, while I see plenty of work needing to be done around the store. I find this location rather disappointing in comparison to the Willow Bend location. I was super excited to see that they were opening in Stonebriar and was pretty much counting down the days. When they finally opened, I went to check it out... I was met with unfriendly and unhelpful employees in a store that pretty much has no selection. OH and also... they were promoting a deal where you sign up for text and email alerts and they will give you 10% off of your purchase that day. So I signed up and brought my measly selections to the cashier and was told I couldn't use the 10% off text coupon in conjunction with a gift card! WHAT?! That totally does not sound right...but she told me her system simply would not allow it. So to sum it up, I didn't get 10% off that day..but I'm stuck with the annoying emails and text alerts. How awesome. This location is still new, but so far they are seriously lacking. I'll just stick to the Willow Bend location, thank you very much. read more

bad services when it comes to refunds and being accused of trashing mannequins. story is when i went to shop with my mom and sisters, a child threw a purse at a mannequin and ran around it and then later just bragged about it. An employee saw a trashed mannequin and the child, and thought my mom was the responsible because she was the closest woman to the child and so instead of asking if it was your child or seeing what actually happened, they casually assumed it was my mom's child and the employee instead of telling my mom, told someone else, probably the associate manager to tell my mom that she would be fined for the charges of damaging a mannequin. so in conclusion, they really care about getting their 9 to 5 job finished to just make money and get out alive and go on with their lives with no worries or problems or anyone asking questions. so overall experience? not. even. okay. do i recommend? for the prices that's it. no customer service or if you wanna refund something. :) read more

The staff here are so gracious about answering questions, and they try their best to help you find items and accommodate your requests. Shout-outs to all the kind and cheerful cashiers who still smile even with a packed checkout lane (you know who you are!) I checked my receipts and couldn't find names, but please don't think it goes unnoticed! Also, this location is always very organized, and they have a great selection when it comes to the sizes of new collections. The folks in control of the dressing-rooms manage to elegantly wrangle even the largest groups. This is probably the nicest H&M I have ever been to! read more
