Let's be honest, Victoria Secret is everywhere! They have stores in every mall, on just about every corner of America, and they have a few different stores located here at Easton Town Center. This one in particular is the VS I visit on a reoccurring basis, about two to three times a year. There is a parking lot directly behind it so it's easy to get in and out of. It's also separate from the PINK store, which is around the corner. It's a big store and they typically have a lot of staff available. Everyone is usually super friendly, offering to help you find something, give a suggestion, a sizing, etc. I tend to visit for their cheap deals on panties. Five for under thirty bucks, I'll take it! They always have my size and I really enjoy the variety in designs and fabrics. I even found some last year for my mom for Christmas. She's really picky and has never really liked VS... until now! Now while I've don't tend to leave empty handed, that is about all I get. I've never been a big fan of their bras, body and makeup products, and all the other crap they have in there. It's too overpriced and gimmicky in my opinion but you do you boo! Pro tip - visit during their semi-annual sale and find more affordable items... if you can find your size. Lastly, this VS is pretty clean and they do an ok job at keeping the fitting rooms organized and the check-out lines down. Overall, five stars in the panty department but I gotta dock a few given that my experiences have been a wee bit in consistent and I'm not a big fan anything but the undies. If you're in the area in need, surely pay them a visit. Unless it's the holidays. Then run - run far, far away. read more

Queen Victoria would never have been caught dead in these undergarments. Largely because they weren't around when she was alive, but even if they were, she didn't seem like the sort. But what would I know about women and their undergarments. Ahem. These are some of the sexiest clothes imaginable. I still can't decide whether the clothes make the girls more sexy or whether the fact that really really sexy girls wear them is what makes the clothes really sexy. The worst thing about them are the insane prices. The other bad thing about them is the fact that they use extremely skinny models and almost no models with actual curves. Also they sell out of their best stuff pretty quickly and it's hard to get which makes it very expensive online to get the few that are available. And I buy these things all the time, so I'm a customer, in case you were wondering. I'd like to wear them myself to be honest. They're that sexy. But they're usually for the heels girl. I have done laundry wearing VS Pink a few times. Hoping my redneck neighbours see me and try and beat me up. Good luck with that boys. Actually they'd probably hit on me. Horrible Customer Service experience and false advertising. Let me say, I used to love VS but haven't frequented them much recently. Went into VS during the semi annual sale and picked out some 8/25 panties. Went to check out and a few rang up as full price. I asked the cashier about the panties and she indicated that they weren't included in the sale. I mentioned that they were all from the 8/$25 bin, but she stated that someone must have accidentally placed a few in there and the sale was not for those particular panties, that they were only panties up to $12.50. So I went back to the bin - and lo and behold, almost all the panties in the bin were above $12.50. While it's certainly plausible that a few were mistakenly placed in the bin, it's not entirely plausible that most of bin was placed by a customer. It seems like a pretty clear bait and switch. I also read the sign and nowhere on it does it state that the sale only went up to $12.50. I went back up to the register and let her know that they should be aware that most of the panties in the bin are above $12.50 and that there were a significant amount of panties over that amount in the bin and this was likely going to lead to issues for many customers. The cashier next to her chimed in that those clearly don't have slashes on the tag so they aren't part of the sale...they did have slashes and this was clearly their mistake but they didn't hesitate to put the blame on me. The employees clearly didn't care and the customer service was non existent in this situation. My friend overheard the same conversation as were we're leaving with another person checking out, so this is a common occurrence it seems. This felt very much like an intentional misplacement of products by the store. At the end of the day, it's just panties, but it was an extremely frustrating experience. Huge location and tons of employees but none were helpful. Two offered me a bag, two greeted me and another asked if I needed help. I'm not only a VIP cardholder but a former employee of a different location and I remember having to introduce myself, advising of the promotions, etc.. most of them were busy carrying on personal conversations with each other than assisting guests. I've been a loyal VS. com customer for many years since 2008 mainly for clothing... Yes, VS actually carry pants, tees, tops, dresses in addition to lingerie, but 2012 budget restraints stagnant to stall my purchase pattern unlike past years which was more frequent. I've only made one or two returns out of the many since 2008. The site is somewhat easy to navigate but the product descriptions are not full detailed. Very little petite sizes are available which is problematic for my body type. I like their semiannual sales and constantly receive their printed catalogues to see what new clothing is in the market to upkeep my wardrobe. Pricey but girl, you're worth it! Fast forward. I LOVE my new Faux-Fur Collar Coat by Michael Kors as it channels glamorous. Shipping originates from Columbus, OH. It's become more of a hassle, maybe "annoyance" is a better word, for me to physically go to VS, these past years. Like today, I'm always asked - over and over by multiple associates - if I need/would like to be measured, even after I decline several times (I know what size I'm at, thank you very much). I'm sorry to say, but this company has changed over the many years, and it's no longer a relaxing trip to browse; instead it's all about pressured sales and buying more, more, more. I'm very - VERY - frustrated with their website, as pictures do NOT match descriptions. I got bras during their Black Friday B2G2 sale, but only two of the four where what I ordered; the other two were back-closures, which, according to the website pictures, they should have been front-clasp racer-backs. Totally pizzzzz me off. Luckily, this stop at the store, I was able to dodge all but one sales associate, whom I declined on the measuring, and she got me 4 of the bras I originally wanted to swap at the register quite efficiently. read more

File this under "Above & Beyond." Everything I like gets discontinued. I contacted Victoria's Secret last week and learned the cotton lingerie was discontinued at the end of 2016. The live chat rep, Julie, did detective work to find unsold stock for me even though I could not buy them online when I asked her if she could find any for sale. That means whatever random inventory is left in the distribution center was fair game. I called, and the customer service rep, Amia, on the phone patiently looked up item numbers, sizes, colors, and prices so I could order the "hidden" stock before nothing is left, and shipped them to me for free. Even though they are discontinued, I could return them for a full refund if I didn't want to keep them. When I got my e-receipt after ordering, I realized I ordered 8 racerback bras. I hunted in my previous online order receipts and found another item number for a normal back-closure bra, and called again. I got the same rep and she remembered helping me. I ordered 7 more bras and also received free shipping. I received all 15 cotton bras today, a week after I placed my order (which was late at night) and given the terrible weather, that is commendable! It was guaranteed by two days from now so I am impressed. Amia actually looked up how long it took previous online orders to get to me to assure that I would receive this before the guarantee date. I am so impressed with this customer service experience. Everyone with sensitive skin like me might understand why I panicked when I realized I would lose my main source for cotton comfort. She told me I can still call back and order more until they run out. I ended up trying on everything and since the average cost was around $10 per bra, I will just keep them all. While I am devastated that I cannot buy cotton from VS anymore, at least I have a lot of stock to keep so I will not have any issues for several years. Part I: Boobs. I love boobs. I cover my boobs with only the most comfortable pieces of over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders... and since I collected a bunch of Victoria's Secret gift cards... I cover them up with pretty ones as well. Unfortunately... that's all these bras are... Pretty... because in a few months, the underwires started busting through the seams, digging into my skin, even breaking skin and making me bleed! And not just 1 pair either. And being that these pretty bras run about $50 each, I wanted to voice my opinion. I wrote to their Corporate Office via email on the advice of a friend and told them my experience. After about 72 hours, I received a reply from them (letter posted below), not offering an apology or any kind of compensation... but a total cop-out saying that their bras are only supposed to last about 3-6 months depending on how you care for them. 3-6 MONTHS? Really? Who knew bras had an "expiration date"! This note definitely changed my mind about ever shopping here for bras again, especially considering how much they cost. Not cool. So... this is just a warning for any woman that's about to fork up $50 to cover their tatas and actually have them last longer than just a few months... take your money elsewhere... and if you don't care about premature sagging... go commando. ********************************************************************************************* Part II: The Letter Here's the letter I copy and pasted (pls note that I edited my original review because I had initially stated that they said the bras are supposed to last 2-4 months... it's actually 3-6, but still not long enough.) More than just women shop here, guys do too. That's right, guys! I love Victoria's Secret. If you run into me on the street, there's a very good chance I'm wearing a pair of their panties, and I wear their Miracle Bras regularly in the privacy of my home. I've tried some of their sleepwear, but that's one area where their cut is CERTAINLY for women alone. Their stores have a very liberal policy towards guys like me who enjoy lingerie, and I got this from the corporate office: "The Victoria's Secret retail stores can measure men for bras and clothing and are allowed in the dressing rooms. However, because our primary target customers are female and because of the sensitive nature of our products, there are specific guidelines for males in the dressing room areas. If a male customer requests a dressing room at a busy time of the day or there are female customers in the dressing room area, we ask him to come back at a time when the shop is less busy. " How great is that???? Of course, I wouldn't have the courage to buy for myself in the store, so I stick to online. And for that VS is hard to beat. I don't recommend ordering anything from VS on line. I am really frustrated with their incompetent service and customer care. First, I ordered a bathing suit on line at the end of May. I really liked the suit, as it was pictured on line. At the time I had ordered it, I was excitedly waiting to receive it. Then about mid-June, I got an e-mail message that they had "processed my return." What? I had not even received the bathing suit, let alone return it! I then called my credit care company and was told that they did not see a credit from Victoria's secret. Due to my busy schedule, I had to delay calling Victoria's secret to straighten this out. Also, after a few weeks passed, I lost interest in the bathing suit. However, I wanted to call them and explain that I never got the swim suit. I also wanted to make sure that my credit card was given proper credit for the return. First, getting through the phone tree took way too long. When I finally got someone on the phone, she sounded like a tape recording. I also don't think she knew what she was doing. All she did was look up the order, and then read it back to me. I explained to her, THREE times, that I knew what the order said. After all, I was the one who had given her the order number! I had the e-mail message right in front of me. I knew the dollar amount of the order, and the description of the item. I told her that repeating that information to me, did not answer my question as to whether or not my credit card was given proper credit. She also did not answer the question as to why the bathing was marked as returned, when I never even received it!!! Needless to say, that conversation was very frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. I wound up having to call my credit card company, again, to get this problem ironed out. Calling VS customer service was of no help. Then I called VS back about another order. I had ordered two pairs of floppy sandals. I had only worn one pair. I was injured wearing that pair of shoes. The heels of the floppy curled up under my feet when I was outside. I fell forward and smashed my toe on the cement. Needless to say, I was in pain. I explained that to the sales rep and asked if, under the circumstances, I could return both pairs of floppies. That sales rep told me that I could return both pairs of shoes, but that the warehouse would have to make a determination as to whether the first pair was too worn to return. What??? I had just told this woman that I was injured wearing those shoes! That apparently went over her head!! I even asked her if she was aware that the cost of my injury amounts to more money than the value of this pair of floppies? That question went also over her head. VS should have happily refunded the money for the shoes. They should also have expressed regret over the fact I was injured. During that second call, I was told a supervisor was not available. I gave them my phone number and asked that they have a supervisor call me. I also asked them to tell the supervisor to leave a number where I can call her back directly if she cannot reach me. I asked them to read back the message. As expected, they also screwed up that message. I did get a call back from a supervisor. She left me a voice mail message with the telephone number of customer service. Yeah, I really want to call customer service go through the above drill all over again. In sum, the ordering and return process is way too slow. Calling customer service takes way too long. Then, once you get someone on the phone, they are not competent enough to help or to answer straight forward questions. I am sure there are other companies from which one can order swim suits and summer shoes online. I don't recommend this one!! Unless, of course, you have lots of time on your hands. read more

My main complaint here is that the service was awful. The employees were rude and they didn't have anything in stock. At one point I left the dressing room for another look around, the employee asked me what I was looking for, I explained what I needed and she said that I interrupted her and that I could look because she couldn't help me. read more

Easton is a flagship store and tends to have test items along with an overall better select. Typically they have what I'm looking for and the service is always pleasant. If the registers are super busy they open up their satellite stations. This is one of the cleanest and most well-kept stores I have been to. My only wish is that they didn't thin down on the fitness wear department however I assume that took over for the discontinued swim line. read more

I had gotten a swimsuit that was over 80$ wore it one time in Hawaii and swimsuit fell apart. I sent back since it was a gift and I didn't have all persons info they told me they could not replace or credit. They offered $15 really? I turned in to BBB and they sent my bathing suit back stating because tags were off they could not replace or refund. I am very dissatisfied with this multi million dollar company. I received the Victoria's Secret catalog in the mail yesterday and like a woman in a lingerie store I flipped every page and I know exactly what I want. I also see that the prices are good til August. yee hoo.... So I place my order online and my total is $56. Then I click checkout and my total is $73. I thought I must have included something by accident. But no.... it was $10.99 for shipping. I thought HUH? WHY? So I called VS and I asked if there was a mistake. Tierra, the customer service representative I spoke to, told me no, free shipping is valid on purchases over $100. I said WHAT? And of course I explained how I am a repeat customer, I shop online and I don't mind a small charge like $4 but really $11 was an outrageous amount to ask for shipping on $56. I asked nicely if there was any way to waive the shipping. Tierra said she would waive the shipping on this order for me. Is your mouth open? Mine was and I was SPEECHLESS. Hard to imagine I know.... So the bottom line is this; 5 years ago that most likely would never have happened. But... you really won't know unless you ask. I don't think I got lucky. I think VS has a customer service representative who sees the value in a potential, repeat customer and that a satisfied customer will return.
