Tried on a bra and needed a size bigger. Was told they only carry up to 38 in store (which I needed a 40, absolute slap in the face because I wasn't able to try on the side I needed) they said they can order it in the color I wanted - then get to the register they say they can't order from their warehouse it and I have to go online. They were doing 40% off in store and online is full price, so I go back to ask if they can order in a different color - then they say that there is a shipping error to ship to my home? Victoria's Secret is no longer my place to buy bras and I have always bought bras there. The 'manager' looked like she was in high school and none of the girls could come up with solutions to problems. Not a good experience and will never be back. read more

The managers lie. I purchased something less than two months ago, and I was told that I had to only exchange it was not allowed to even have a credit put on their card to come back. Two hours, wasted, trying to take care of it only to have people that I called from the receipt issue a refund. I have to be honest - I am used to the Belmar Victoria's Secret, so I always had very low standards. I can walk around that location for 90 minutes looking for a bra before someone asks me if I need help. Today I went into the Cherry Creek location when I saw a sale on bras - I wasn't expecting much, due to it being the weekend before Christmas and it being Victoria's Secret ... But, much to my surprise, in the 10 minutes I was there for, three associates asked me if I needed help. They were all so polite and sweet! The first associate (I forget her name), was in the middle of something and told me the area I would be able to find the bra I needed. Another associate, named Claudia, found me and took me to the exact location. There was a bit of a line to check out, but what can you expect? The woman who rung me up was also very nice. On my way out, the first associate who helped me made sure I found what I needed and sounded very relieved that Claudia helped me - it was very refreshing! I'm not crazy about the pay-to-park rates for this mall, but this is an excellent Victoria Secret! read more

I have come back 3x now to get the right bra and have been left disappointed. I am an almost 20 year customer and i'm now done. I brought in a sample of the bra I wanted, knowing that I wouldn't buy the right one if not. I was given a bra in my size that looked right so I bought it and left. When I got home I realized it was not right and I came back again, spending another $2 to park, and the woman told me that they didn't have my size but I could do a push up version. I asked if I needed a bigger cup size, she said no so I exchanged it and I left. When I got home the bra was obviously not the one I had tried on in the dressing room but a different one so I had to go back yet again. I brought my old bra and my new one and explained the dilemma only to find out the bra I liked has been discontinued. I went to return it and because I had used a coupon they couldn't refund my card. Now I am stuck with a gift card for $44 to a company I would not do business with again. So disappointed. And I had to pay $6 to park for the 3x it took to end up buying a bra somewhere else. read more

I took my daughter to VS yesterday to be fitted properly for a bra. I'm a die-hard VS customer and always see their associates walking around with tape measures around their necks so I figured that was as good a place as any to go. The store was mostly empty and there were two associates stocking the stinky stuff on the shelves by the demi cups so I kept giving them *the* look. You know - the, "Ummm, hi - I'm standing here not moving and staring at you because I need your assistance" look. We must have forgotten to take our cloaks of invisibility off or something... My daughter wanted to just leave but I had a total Fatal Attraction moment ("I will not be ignored, Dan.") and found someone who would help us. We were sent to the dressing rooms where an overly-caffeinated associate proceeded to measure my daughter over her massive sweatshirt. What?!? Also - they're having a big sale right now. As I mentioned before, I shop at VS pretty regularly and the bras and panties they put in their sales bins look nothing like anything they sell on a regular basis. I think they must go to Target or Ross, buy up all of their hideous $4.99 merchandise, bring it back to VS and sell it to unsuspecting customers for $26.99. I'm not kidding. So, I digressed. I ended up taking over the fitting and picking out a bra for her myself so we could get out of there as soon as possible. Why didn't we leave and go somewhere else? Good question. read more

This store in particular is closest to my house, but my review is for the dozen or so stores throughout the chain I have visited, and their online service. Consistency is a great thing. Knowing your size is always the same, no matter what store...this means I can comfortably order bras, panties, swimwear and even dresses online and know I am getting the size I know I wear at this store. This is my favorite thing about V.S. My second favorite thing is if I order something and it doesn't quite look like the photo, I can run it over to this store and exchange it...OR put it in one of the handy envelopes/ return pouches they provide. Whatever suits my fancy. The staff is always welcoming and smiley and they don't have to oversell the product, because it's a good product. It seems like when you want to just walk around and browse, there are 389275 sales associates asking if you're okay or need help, but when you actually need help, you can't find anyone if your life depended on it. Usually when I walk in this store, I'm either ignored or overwhelmed with employees looking for something to do. I was able to hit up the mall in the late afternoon, but before the after work/school madness began, my experience was way better than usual. This store is not a normal small store, it's bigger and better, definitely outfitted to be in the Cherry Creek mall. Not only do the have the usual bras/panties/ and lingerie, they also have workout gear, cosmetics and seasonally swim wear. I always thought this was normal, but then I went to a different store and realized I'm spoiled and have been fortunate to live by bigger stores. Even though I usually just stick to undergarments here, it's nice knowing it's conveniently there if I ever did want it. I was on a mission for a new strapless bra and an associate named Steph was amazingly helpful. Not only did she grab several different styles, she changed out sizes for me and when I still wasn't completely happy she thought of one more casual they had just gotten in. It was great, the right amount of encouragement without the overwhelming pushiness. Yes, VS is overpriced, and I usually try to score stuff during their Semi-Annual sale (which I feel like happens every other week), but in the end it's worth the few extra bucks to be comfortable, and their stuff last longer. After working in one of the smaller Victoria's Secrets across town for a year, my eyes are always glazed over when I come to the Cherry Creek location. It's BIG. Really BIG! And it can be overwhelming, even for a seasoned VS shopper like me. I've found that the store associates here seem to be pulled in many directions, so you may not receive exceptional service, but they do their best with the friendliest of attitudes. What I love most about this store is the selection of items and specific VS lines. Need some awesome new workout gear? It's here. Need that super cute VS Supermodel Essentials hoodie? It's here. Need that extended size in the Very Sexy? It's here. I love to pop into VS whenever I pass by, just to see what's new. And I promise you, there's always something new! I guess since I am currently the "Duke" of this location I should say a word or two especially since I'm not shall we say... their "target demographic" being a rather lumbering male who harbors a mild aversion to pink. I am however a fan of the lasses and I have to say for the ladies in my life I have never gone wrong in this store. It smells nice and seems to be laid out well as the girls never have trouble finding piles of sexy sultry soft lacy stringy things. I can also say I've never seen a situation where assistance wasn't immediate when requested and competent in execution and the times I have had to venture in alone for surprise gifting I have always been made to feel welcome and again the assistance offered was professional and competent and allowed me to walk out with that perfect bag full of sparkly fluffy things. Although my Wife adores the free panty-a-month program I do have to say the final star isn't lit up because well let's face it being the cat who usually pays whenever I enter the store the prices can be a bit brutal for products that on average takes a month to fall apart. read more

I must be losing it to write a review about the store I buy underwear at, but yesterday was a good experience. I had 3 coupons in hand. 1 free panty and 2 $10 off a purchase of $10. So essentially I had $28 of free money. I was able to get 6 pairs of underwear, which normally are $8.50 each or 5 for $25, for only $6 with tax. That is a steal for VS. read more

This company shipped my package by mistake (I assume) to a grocery store called Safeway in a town 1 hour away from me. They made a horrible mistake and did not ship to my home address as was noted on my order. I do not have the package and I am unable to get it. I asked them to pick it up and please send to the correct address since this is an extremely unprofessional and horrible error on there part. After multiple calls with multiple people they have done nothing and they are not refunding me. I have lost several hundreds of dollars because of them and will no longer trust them in any regard. They have charged me for merchandise that I will not get. I could care less about the money at this point, however there unethical business practices need to be reported! read more

I recently went shopping the other day at the VS in the Cherry Creek Mall at their temporary store location until the new one is done being renovated. I used to work in retail for a larger corporation and I must say I had the best customer service I have ever had, not just in VS, but in any store I have ever been to. That is not always the case when shopping at VS stores, but even though there was an unusually large amount of people shopping, all of the salesgirls were extremely friendly and offered extensive assistance to everyone. If one girl was tied up with someone, the other would see from across the store and swoop in to help them. They were extremely knowledgeable about every product, helped every person and offered advice (and compliments!) and were fantastic all the way around. The manager (blonde hair) and the girl helping the dressing rooms (brunette) were especially amazing and I think they delivered amazing guest service. The manager definitely trains her staff well to be genuinely friendly, and it makes a huge difference. Great job- I'll be back! read more

I had a great experience at Victoria Secrets today! Granted, this comes after a horrible experience at another lingerie store, but it was 5:30 on a Saturday! I was greeting upon entering, the wonderful lady took my measurements right there and then sent me back to a fitting room. The ladies in the back were wonderful! I dread coming to this store. The line is always huge, there are never enough cashiers, and for some reason every transaction takes forever. Recently I got fitted here and was iffy on a particular bra. The employee encouraged me "just try it for a few days, you'll love it." Well, after a week I hate it, but they don't accept returns after the tags are removed. I wish their return policy was designed to stand behind their products more like Nordstrom. This store is absolutely my favorite. I had an online return as I ordered some clearance bras, but the size was incorrect. Normally my cup and band size are difficult to find so I called ahead to be sure it was available in store, not only was my size in store but in multiple styles as well. The ladies went one step above and held the colors I wanted in my size behind the counter for me. As a mom with a sometimes mercurial baby, this extra effort made my night! I am a long time fan of VS but this particular branch is awful. The customer service is awful. A friend of mine was trying to ask about thongs the associate didn't even know what she was talking about she had said "You mean what strippers wear?" Totally inappropriate! The other day I was in there trying to find a little something and this associate with glasses was absolutely short with me; absolutely rude. She knew very little about sports bras and insinuated that I was fat. I am 5'5 and 124! I took a look at her name tag, so make sure to avoid Samantha. I recommend to just go over to the branch on the 16th Street Mall. It's a much more pleasant environment. read more
