Who ever this girl is she made me feel like she actually cared about my child and I. She my day ten times better. I hope my baby girl grows up to be like this amazing young lady! But with this good news there is some bad news. As I was checking out a heavier set women was working the till and she was grumpy,impatient, she made me feel as if all the clothes I picked were ugly, and I could see that she was treating other employees as if they were always doing things wrong. This made my daughter cry as she's very sensitive, the worker rolled her eyes. We left and took a break and went in, another employee greeted us and was very kind, and struck up conversation with my daughter which made our day, this employee was wonderful. When we checked out another employee came over and I noticed that the employee was in the same exact spot drawing hatsune miku on a receipt! This experience wasn't great, but the employee who helped her pick out her shoes and talked to her made it all a bit better.

When we asked if this store had a certain size in Hey Dude shoes for toddlers, she was very snarky and snippy. She didn't listen to what we said when rudely asked what size after being told more than once. When she brought out the shoe boxes, she rudely and aggressively handed them to us. I understand it's the holiday season and working in retail can be crazy and stressful, but don't work in retail if you have a nasty attitude and can't be nice to your customers.

They lied me and representative that sold the phone to me had to have a meeting in the back were they inspired and went with the story that they told me it was prepaid when it was the only thing I said when I went in that I did not want to prepaid phone I wanted to buy one outright. He would not tell me the owner's name so that I could rectify the situation. The absolute worst the employee sold me the phone does not know his job and is going to lie to customers to cover that fact.
