The manager was an absolute cunt. I have been shopping here for about a decade and every single time without fail, the manager acts like it is her worst day on earth. I had went to try on some items and no one helped me. I waited for 10 minutes until I went to get someone. I had tried the items on and there was no place to put them back, I went to leave them in the room (as most stores do without someone running the fitting rooms and no put-backs rack), and as I walked out she asked if the items were mine, I said "Yes" and offered to bring them out and she promptly responded with "Yea I'm not a slave." She proceeded to yell at a worker about 2 minutes later. I hate that woman more than anyone and there's a reason her wrinkles are so deep in her forehead. Total bitch. read more

I went to this particular location , excited to see what they had to offer in the swimwear section and I went in with a group of friends , myself and three others. We are young and it was busy so I know some workers already set a prejudice against us because they assume we're gonna be disrespectful but we were nothing of the sort. We went in quietly greeted the workers and went right to hr bathing suits. That's when my friend went to grab a bathing suit next to a mannequin and the arm fell of. She grabbed it and before she could even say anything a worker, rushed through us yelling "give it to me" "I got it" over and over for a minute straight in he nastiest tone of voice I have heard in a while. We all stopped and looked at each other as she rolled her eyes at us. I was very disrespected and hurt that a worker thought she had the right to treat us that way. I took a lap to calm down and went to find the manager and explained the situation and left. My friends went back in without me because they wanted to see something and over heard her saying " they were being rude" which was so far from the truth. I love their clothing , bras, and underwear and am always willing to spend the money in the quality but I do not foresee myself going back there because this woman has completely ruined the experience and if I do plan to shop it will in fact be online. If anyone who's reading this goes there, I hope you have a better experience. read more

I received a coupon for free pantry also included $10 off bras. Great, I thought I'm in need of a few undergarments. I get there and pick out some lingerie in various sizes. I go into the fitting room and the lady who works in the back directs me into a fitting room and asks me, "if you need any other sizes or if you need to be measured let me know." I tell her "yes, it's been a while since my last fitting. I do need one." She replies "okay sweetie" and leaves. I'm thinking ok is she coming back? Needless to say she never came back leaving me to thinking she works on autopilot. She says what sounds good and that's it. I don't think I'll be spending my hard earned $$ over there anytime soon. I'll take my business elsewhere where I'll be treated with more courtesy. read more

Love this store because it's big (compared to the one I have locally); they have more selections. However, they don't have the best customer service. A few times I came in, I wasn't greeted nor offered any assistance. It didn't matter too much, anyway, bc I generally know what I'm getting and where. But, my biggest issue is when I'm carrying a million things and there's no bags to be found (except for the ones the staff would be carrying supposedly for the customers), I don't get any help. I do like the cashiers, though. They always seem to be very courteous... BUT I'd already be done with my shopping ;) Seems the VS around me are not that courteous. I also had the same experience elsewhere. The company should definitely invest in training the staff to be courteous and helpful. read more

I very rarely go into one of the stores because well quite frankly I'm single so don't have much need for frilly Lingerie. If you do have the need for it though this is a great place for it. They have such pretty lacy frilly things. All different colors of the rainbow. They have some really beautiful perfumes and some cool makeup in the store too. Sadly my favorite one was discontinued. ( very sexy 2). However they have so many different kinds your sure to find one that will tickle your nose. I went in today because I have a great coupon for a free pair of panties. Awesome. It's great to be on the mailing list because they send these out all the time. It's some really great stuff. The ladies who work there are helpful and friendly. My only reason for four stars is the line .... Omg the lines. There were literally 24 people in line. Two registers open. Whoa. After waiting for literally fifteen minutes they called for backup and we got out quick. If you count twenty minutes quick. I think next time I will skip the free panty and order what I want online. It's so important in the world of retail to get people in and out as quick as possible. No one wants to wait in line for that long. read more

This past year I have started shopping again at Victoria's Secret. I have to say that the Freehold location is such a nice store. As busy as that store gets they always keep it neat and in order. I have never had a problem trying to find what I need. The ladies in the dressing room are kind and helpful and exemplify good customer service skills. I started bringing my ten-year-old daughter in there for her bras and they all treated her with such care that I couldn't be happier. The one thing that I think they may need is a little bit more training in sizing their customer. One sales person measured my daughter at one size and the same day another salesperson measured her at a different size which can be frustrating. I just know that more training could be benefit both the employee and the customer. The ladies behind the counter have always greeted me with a smile and a polite word. Most of all I have to give props to the manager Emily! She is so incredibly kind, extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and keeps her store in shape. I noticed that Emily does make time for her customers and is extremely personable. My wish for Emily is that she continues to move up in the company because it is employees like her that keep customers like me coming back! read more

Kenya is amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, extremely kind, outgoing and just what you would want for a retail worker. She deserves a raise for all she does. She was assisting me and helped me find a new bra collection to wear (Dream Angels, as opposed to my regular go to that all the other victorias secret stores told me to stick too and never showed me the Dream Angels) And I am in love with the bras. They are sooo cute and so fashionable especially for my size. I wear a 38 DDD so plain bras are usually what's left for me and that can be really disheartening especially since I can't even shop in VS Pink. They only go up to D/DD. She made me feel pretty and my boyfriend also loves the new ones. She also told me about the BOGO Bra deal which ultimately led me to buy, also that I needed new ones. Unlike most Victoria's Secret workers that size people, she wasn't bullshi**ing And actually knew what she was talking about. She is so professional. Thank you so much Kenya I can't explain enough how thankful I am. Amanda the floors lady, was really really nice and helpful. She helped me my entire time I was there and brought me to Kendra to be resized and made sure I was still the same and to hopefully try new bras. She also told me about Pink sales and the coupons I could and couldn't use: she let me use both my free panty and $10 off (for some reason I thought I couldn't) and also helped me figure out how to get the free tote the best way. I walked out with 6 things for only $100. Two bras, a free panty, a new tote bag, and sweatpants. Shady business practices, and the employees are not the friendliest or nicest. The semi-annual sale boasts 70% off of redlines. There was maybe one sign that listed 60% off some redlines. Confusing. Okay...so why not organize and sort the items that are 70% off in one area by size and sort the 60% off items in another area? I get up to the register and I'm told the item that I thought was 70% off is actually 60% off. Okay..why wasn't that made explicit to the public? Plus, there was no prices marked on the tag other than the original price. So you never really know how much sale items are unless you ask one of the few employees on the floor or until you wait on a long line and get up to the register. Also, the 2.99 panties were not priced as advertised either. I picked a pair of panties from one of the 2.99 bins, bear in mind there were several other of the same style in that bin, so I'm thinking...these definitely gotta be 2.99. Get up to the register, nope. They ring up as 5.99. What the hell? Someone in this store is not doing their job correctly. I was reminded as to why I haven't shopped here in over a year and my angel card collecting dust. That, along with the surly, unfriendly, and unprofessional employees. L Brands sits there and wonders why their brand is dying and why retail is dying altogether. Things like this are the prime reason. People want upfront pricing and they want to get a good deal. Spending a ton of money on lingerie and clothes plastered with "PINK" on it marked up by 80% isn't the thing anymore. That's precisely why I always waited till the semi annual sales to shop, but now I don't even want to do that anymore. I would rather go a little out of my way to come to this location just because the pink store is connected with Victoria's Secret unlike the ocean county mall that you have to go one direction for pink and the opposite direction for VS. Plus one of the ladies that works there was my lucky charm for when I got my secret rewards and won $100 on one of the secret rewards cards and she knows me by name whenever I come in. This store is always insanely busy and they have some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered anywhere. To give you an example, I was shopping there on Sunday when it was crazy busy with a line halfway out of the store. As I was looking in a drawer, one of the employees literally started reaching over me and made it so that I couldn't look though the merchandise. At one point this employee was standing in my way trying to sell another customer some underwear and she was blocking the entire aisle so that I couldn't move around. When I finally joined the line, that same employee was next to me telling some customers to go ahead to the front of the line and give her name so that they didn't have to wait. The customers even asked "is it okay for us to cut the line?" And she was clearly just trying to get her commission and was afraid that the women would leave if they had to wait like the rest of us. I was shocked and immediately put my merchandise down. I would rather drive to eatontown than give this store my business. read more

I honestly used to love this place. It was the only store I would buy all my bras and underwear from so I figured I would go there for Black Friday to get the things I needed a little cheaper. I had purchased the embelished black lace bra and got it for 40% off. I came back the next day because I heard they were still doing the sale so I went to get the same bra in a different color without the lace and was charged full price. I confronted a sales lady and she first told me it was due to the fact that it was push-up, then was told it didn't meet the price limit and then was told it's because it is embelished even though I had informed her I bought the same bra the other day and it was discounted. On top of being charged full price on a sale, my total was higher than $100 and I did not receive a free tote nor the blanket. I am not one to take time out of my day to write a yelp review but I do not think it was professional to ignore the issue I had addressed to them and instead just saying "I'm sorry I don't know." read more
