And if Victoria has a pet rat, and the rat has the Rat Flu, then it's Victoria's Sick Rat. And I hope the rat gets better. This VS is conveniently (or inconveniently?) located at Stonebriar, and it is an excellent location of Victoria's Secret from which Barbie got quite a few things after a very long walk through Stonebriar Mall (or Centre, as they call it, and how European of them), where we went in almost every store. She probably spent as much in this store as she did at all the others combined. Or rather she made me spend as much. She loves the store and all their products, and they had a huge sale at the time which is why we went to so many malls on this trip. To hit all the sales at all the Vickie's stores. She got several pairs of leggings and a bunch of other good stuff and it was a good location with some very beautiful customers. read more

Store Manager should be fired. She makes up her own rules. To return something with no receipt she changed the policy to no store credit. The other employee was shocked as this "policy" was new to her as well. Will be taking my business to a different Victoria secret. read more

I've been to this location 4 times in one week because i was looking for clothes in my size during their semi-annual sale. While looking through the bins, i could not find the bin with my size. I asked a worker where i could find it, only to be met with a half-assed response. She said "I guess we dont have it." Like...you really just "ran out" of an entire bra size? Ok...just tell me you're lazy. So i go to the counter to order a bra in my size. The lady behind the counter takes a solid 15 mins to order me ONE item. During this process...she asks me to tell her my size about 10 times. After answering every time with the same bra size...i GOT THE WRONG SIZE IN THE MAIL A WEEK LATER. How tf are you gonna ask me what size i am 10 times and STILL order me the wrong size?? Don't fucking ask if you aren't gonna listen. Returning the bra right now...hopefully someone competent is working so i can finally get what i need after 2 weeks of worthless customer service and lazy crap. read more

Laura (I think she has a pretty awesome name) was the salesperson on the floor during our visit yesterday. She went above and beyond for us and was super friendly! It was my first time shopping for a bra here and it was a wonderful experience! I walked in feeling a bit lost and Laura immediately greeted me and helped me out. She was amazing and really just made my experience from helping me find my size to suggesting some fantastic and really pretty bras that fit perfectly. They have the best customer service. The lady tried to help me to measure my correct sizes for my bras. She also recommended the best style that fit my best. Finally, i found the best bras that i need. They also had the best specials. It was $25 each which was supposed to be $50. Love it! I have a little complaint about their way to organize products. They have some shady practices at this location!! SO.. I went in one day and purchased a few bras, at full price. Well, I decided against them so I decided to return. I was in the Watters Creek area a few days later so I figured I'd see what that store had to offer. I picked out some other styles, which were the same price.. so I figured it'd be an easy exchange. Well not so much. The gal at the Allen location began my return, then went to summon the store manager for some odd reason. The manager came out and asked me if those were the original bras I had purchased. I said yes.. ? Confused of course. She then proceeded to inform me that those bras I had purchased at full price were actually old styles from last year and were clearanced out in the previous semi-annual sale. They were basically $14 bras, that I had spent $50 each for. She even showed me the tag on the bras, and how the style numbers did not match the tags on them. WHAT?! She believed me that I did not pull a switcheroo on the bras.. but she was livid that that other store tried to do that! Sell old, previous clearanced styles at full price! So shady! She returned them for me, but she said she was going to forward that info to corporate. I sure hope she did. SHADY INCIDENT # 2: I avoid this store for months after this incident.. but after receiving a gift card, and being too lazy to drive to Allen, I came back to this location. I selected my items and went up to make the purchase. When I stepped out of the store, I happened to glance at my receipt and saw that my sales tax rate was 10.5%!! WHAT? Did I miss something? Nope, I don't think so. I think they are just a shady store that does dirty things. So of course, I went back in and pointed this out. All the employees were dumbfounded. Yeah, yeah.. after my previous experience with this store.. I'm sure they somehow set it that way. Probably charging everyone that extra 2 something percent. Hmmm... Right off I have a ton of questions and I'm calling into the store. I would rather not make a trip out there just to find out they don't have what I am looking for so I take a chance and call the store to see if they could help me find the item. Yes!! This lady with this sweet British-like accent didn't just help me but she didn't make me feel like the biggest pain in the butt for calling and asking about what they carry compared to what is online. I think I'll be making my trip to visit the store to make a purchase instead of making an online transaction. read more

I was returning a bra for $29.50 because the strap kept falling off my right shoulder. I was presented with different bras to try by both a floor and a fitting room associate. I liked the fit of one bra in particular but it was $42.50 and I did not want to pay that much for a bra so I decided to get a refund vs. an exchange. That's when a cashier named Nina came in to play. She offered a $10 discount on the bra which I refused because it would still meant I had to pay more for the bra. Well, in my return bag she found the VS reward card (that I didn't even know was there) from my previous purchase and scanned it. She offered to honor the $10 off discount in addition to the $10 reward card. Nina saved the sale. I walked out of VS with a better bra AND panty for only $2.45 more. She was so friendly and helpful. I am super satisfied with the service and my new bra. The floor and fitting room associates that assisted me were also very helpful but Nina made a deal that was hard to refuse. I visit this store often until i experienced terrible customer service. I took my business to Legacy West instead. I had to exchange a few things and since it was raining outside i decided to just bite the bullet and go to the stonebriar location again. Laquze (I hope that's correct, cashier 1773755) was doing my exchange and she made the whole process so simple. Her customer service was excellent, she went above and beyond to make sure my exchange was done correctly and to find me what I needed. She's the only reason why I will be giving VS Stonebriar another chance. read more

On a Monday evening when the store wasn't busy, I was led to the dressing room and had to wait a few minutes to be attended. After try on, I walked to the register to buy, and the lines are set up weird. There were just a couple people being helped. I walked up behind one, and after the cashier finished with the current customer, she saw me waiting (eye contact made) and walked away and started tidying up the counter. I waited. This went on for a few minutes until I asked what the deal was, why she walked off. Another cashier told me she was due to leave 10 mins ago. (So why would she be doing everything behind the counter besides helping me?) By now a long line behind the other cashier had formed. They told me to get in line there, and I told them to forget it. This was not a case where I'd been rude or done something offensive before this happened. I had quietly shopped, tried on a bra; and tried to buy it. I will not return to this store. As any other girl, I absolutely love Victoria Secret. This location is pretty cramped it seems as is the mall. I rarely find good clearance rack deals, which are my favorite, but the new PINK section of the mall was nice. The staff here is also very nice. On a side note, I saw a few young girls shoplifting here (shoving thongs in pockets) and I told one of the workers at this store who then took care of it. I recently went to Victoria's Secret Pink store in Stonebriar. Spent a ton of money on 2 bras and 5 pairs of undies. The only girl who said hi to me was so busy that I didn't get to ask any of the questions I had. I had gotten an email about a free gift with purchase but couldn't find anyone to ask. So i grabbed my items and headed to check out. The girl at the check out needed a snickers or something. She was rude and barely spoke. Didn't ask me who helped or seem like she wanted to be there. This was not the first time I have been unhappy going into this location. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on. read more

I don't really understand the fact that you only have size extra large in your downstairs portion of the store, but when you go down stairs there's only extra large underwear in maybe 3 types of underwear not all of them. The whole point of going downstairs is to find these underwear and when you find some you like they don't have your size, you should fix that because it's very disappointing. read more

I was at PINK (Stonebriar location) during the holiday rush. On a very busy day after I had stood in line for well over 35-40 mins I finally made it to the register and they checked me out. Upon exit, the alarm that goes off due to sensors being on items went off, and I didn't understand why, but I still politely handed my bags to the lady in the front of the store. My purchase was $240 so I figured they just forgot to take a sensor off, wrong! There was a cellphone case THEY forgot to ring up, I walk up back to the counter to inform them they had made a mistake and would like to pay for the item they didn't ring up, and that's when their "supposably superb service" went up trash. They asked ME to go back to the end of the line if I wanted to purchase the item. As if I forgot to ring it up!! I was mad, but asked to speak to a manager, manager comes and says the same. Yes ma'am it is store policy and we can not just allow you to move in front of others (the line was out the door) just because you'd like to rung up for that one item. Now other customers around me started offering me their place in line, and my face started to turn red so the manager says "Fine" in a stern tone "we will ring you out!" She hurriedly rings the case up, says the amount, I pay and leave, head straight to the waters creek location and return my entire purchase! I will not allow treatment like this to myself or anyone else. These girls here are beyond rude and have been for the past year or so, this used to be one of my favorite stores to visit, it is NOT anymore, I am no longer a fan and I am sad they have turned into what they have! read more

I came here last month 3/19 to make a purchase and I ask the register to see if I had any money left in my gift card and she ran it stating that I have nothing left so she said she will toss it in the trash. So I paid with my credit card. After leaving the place I recall I should have a balance left on my gift card and thank GOD I still had my recent old receipt that showed my gift card balance on it so I came back to get my card and told the girls there. The original white girl who ran my first transaction seem clueless but the 2nd girl who is African American dug out of the trash for my gift card and had this ugly attitude move my hand out of the way to swipe on the machine to check my balance. After she reveal that I had $16.92 I told her that I want my difference back how I paid originally. So she said she has to return everything first which was only 3 roller perfume....smh and re-scan again. She was throwing my stuff back in the bag to show me her frustration and I hope the glass broke the way she tossed it but she's lucky it didn't! Then when I tried to swipe the gift card on the machine and it didn't go through she took it from me and swiped it hard! If your not happy with your job then quit! No need to show signs of stinking attitude to your customers! If the first girl knew what she was doing than I wouldn't deal with this nonsense! The trans# 3701 Register #002 cashier: 3307684 was the first girl. The rude one was same register #002 but transaction #3728! Not ever coming back here and I will report to the company! read more
