Very similar to other Victoria's Secret locations in terms of layout and product selection. The staff here felt a bit more present and visible compared to some other stores, which was appreciated, even though there weren't many special offers or promotions at the time of my visit. One downside was finding the store -- Google Maps was quite confusing inside the mall. I ended up walking almost the entire mall before realizing the store is located just to the left of Entrance/Door 2. Unfortunately, I initially went right following the map directions, which led me in circle. Overall, a standard Victoria's Secret experience with helpful staff, but finding the store could be much easier with better in-mall navigation or clearer directions. read more

Loved the cute selections of PINK merchandise here. The pup dog key chain is adorable. I really loved the stretchy pink shirts and going to go back to look for my size or try to order. The VS culture is so different than it was years ago. Employees have NO clue of what ongoing promotions are despite the signs they put up. There was a sign outside the store for 10$ panties. I was interested because I recently bought a bra and wanted my panties to match but it wasn't included in the 5 for 30$. I asked the employee in the front & she proceeded to asked me where did I hear about it. I pointed to the sign and she replied that she had no idea which panties but the table for 5 for 30 is in the back. I LOL'ed and left. That's why the VS business is declining. You keep hiring people who don't care versus taking care of the ones who were passionate about the brand. read more

Great selection of bras and underwear as well as workout clothes, perfume, and sleepwear. Great quality and last a long time, unlike other brands. Prices are a little expensive but always have a sale and worth the money.They have people who can fit you and help you find the perfect fit and bra. The associates take their time with you to make sure you are taken care of and don't rush you or treat you like a number. I definitely would recommend that anyone looking for a decent bra and great experience come here. read more

Literally the worst Victoria secret I've been to and I'm cancelling my credit card I have with them after this experience. Waited forever in line just to be told the line starts elsewhere despite an employee grabbing someone out of the line I was in to check them out. The associate that was to ring me up just stood there looking around for help. No one to assist. I ended up just putting the things in my hand down. I'll never be back. With all these other brands taking over and giving better deals, like fenty beauty it's easy to not go back into Victoria's Secret when their customer service sucks like that. read more

I didn't understand the sister size, so I asked again and she walked me through the store to help me understand better, by comparing bras for me to help me. I've just purchased a couple hoodies and shirts at the Victoria's Secret Pink side at Grapevine, TX and I just like to say that the experience was more than awesome and I'm very glad I came to PINK for the first time. I will have to admit I don't shop at VS often, well sometimes for that special someone depending on month or day. I am joking, kidding. I have shop at this store on occasion (more than 3 times). There is a nice older lady always super friendly in helping me pick out an outfit for a friend of mine. I think her name is Bertha not positive but there in the weekdays am. You will know her because she is the 1st to greet you and help out. The customer service from her is exceptional and selecting some cool outfits. This time we went with something bridal for fun and as usual she picked out something matching for my friend and she loved it! I would say this VS location's customer service is excellent! So when I checked out with the bridal outfit..the cashier asked if this was for my future bride. She walked into my reply which I said nope..we are just role playing marriage right now. The look on that VS lady was priceless. I did tell my pal this later on and she died laughing while we were eating lunch. Aside from the remarks I made. Came to grapevine mills after work specifically to shop at Victoria secret and when I arrived the associate at the entrance told me they weren't allowing anyone in and that they were closed. Although the sign on the door said they wouldnt be closing for another 37 minutes... I called and spoke to another associate named Rosie who confirmed they were open until 7 but still wouldn't allow us to come in and shop? What a joke. It was great shopping at a different Victoria's for a change. When shopping around I was greeted by Juan Coronado and he was amazing. So friendly and informative I always have so many questions and he had answers for me. I was able to look around for awhile and he returned to see if I needed anymore help, which of course I did and he was able to help me decide on what items to get. This particular location located in the outlets has a good selection! I enjoy coming here to peep their lotions, perfumes and see what sales are running on bras and etc. You can't go wrong with the semi-annual sale and the 5 for $25!! It's nice if you need to give yourself a little pick me up. And I like to reward myself with some sweet, decadent retail therapy from time to time. I had the most fantastic experience here today! Courtney told me that no way was I a 36 B as I was too thin to be 36 then went on to educate that I needed to go down in band with and up a cup size. She was correct 34 C is my new perfect fit. I was embarrassed when she came in to measure me and saw my 3 + year old oil stained Victoria Secret bra that I had held onto so long because it was so comfy. She immediately recognized the style so she got me that one plus 4 others to try on. I went with the same style. Fifty five dollars for a bra is totally worth it when they last that long! read more

I Love Victoria's Secret... They are a little pricey, But you get what you pay for... I was in Need of some Nice Under garments.. Had the day off so went to this location.. The girls working there were super nice and very helpful... I chose a couple of items to try on than headed to the fitting room... I asked one of the girls if she could check and see if I had the right size... (you never know... Maybe my tata's decided to grow a little bit).. she did some measuring and got me into the fitting room she came to check up on me every 5 minutes. and she also brought a couple of different choices to try out... I love Victoria's Secret. This store at Grapevine Mills Mall is a typical VS store with a huge selection of their designs (it seems the same in all their stores), the same prices and the same friendly attitude of their staff. I do think the staff at this particular store's extra attentive and service minded though - always in a good mood, very helpful and even accommodated me and let me shop at closed off parts so I could get a bunch of last minute gifts for friends abroad prior to a trip of mine. Customer service is always great on the floor , the girls are always wanting to help . Especially the lady named Raven so nice and helpful ! Horrible customer service! I've been to several Victoria's Secrets around the metroplex and it's always a quick in and out if needed. But this location in Grapevine is not like the others. I went in, got what I wanted, and started searching for a place to check out. Finally, I found a place in the Pink section to check out. After standing in line for quite some time, I went looking for another register. I asked an associate, and she sent me back to the same place in Pink. I informed her that I was already there and the line wasn't moving. She says "It's only 3 people." And walks off. What she failed to realize was that the customers had coupons and were separating their purchase. It was taking quite a while. There were associates just standing around chatting with each other. Why couldn't they open up a register? I waited another 15 minutes and decided I didn't want the items that bad, so I left them there and left. At this point, line was super long. Still only one line! One star is too much, stopped in for a gift card for a present and they ended up double charging me, it froze that money up and I checked my bank info before I left my store and the payment went through twice, after the amount of days they said it would be reversed, it cleared. When I saw the double charge I instantly went back to the counter and told them and they pulled the dumb card and said uhhhh I don't know. Well here I am 6 days later and I had to call my bank to refund me the money they said was just a pending charge. The dang holiday seasonal employees are absolutely garbage. This location is with in walking distance from my apartment so this Victoria's Secret gets lots of my money. My wife shops here about once a week and comes back with great looking undies. I have never heard a complaint and she is always happy with her purchase. My bank account is usually a hundred short but like they say happy wife happy life. read more

Parking was a nightmare, it was a Saturday. I didn't get any help while I was in the store... They were all standing around chatting with each other. I needed to exchange a bra, again no help. I went to check out and stood there for 10 minutes while two different managers told me "someone will be right with you." Finally one of the managers decided there was not a cashier to help me or the other three people in line.... She checked me out, that was about the extent of the interaction. Worst store I've been to in a long time. This was my last trip ever to VS. I waited in line for 20 minutes to return a small item, had my receipt and credit card but store demanded an Id to return to my credit card. I've never heard of this but no exceptions were made. I had to go back to my car In Pouring rain and get Id- the girl and manager never even looked at it- what a bad policy and in this day and age- a receipt and the exact credit card should do it for a $20 return- get with it VS. read more

I had an unforgettable experience at Victoria Secrets Store (51390 Grapevine, TX) today. I went in for a quick bra grab. While there I wanted to double check my bra size before purchasing one. A lady by the name of MJ measured me. I was so shocked by the size that I asked her if she was sure. MJ told me that I should try the size on. She brought the bras to the dressing room and they fit perfectly. She even showed me the correct way to wear them. Yes, after all of these years I was still wearing them incorrectly. She was so helpful. For the first time ever I allowed a store associate completely into my dressing room. She showed me how the bra was supposed to be worn and how I was supposed to look in a perfectly sized bra. I left with four new bras. I am truly a happy customer. The staff was wonderful. Another lady went to the back to retrieve the colors I was asking for. The teamwork at this place was nice to see. The store was clean. Most associates were stocking or helping customers. I prefer to shop online but this experience makes me want to visit the store more often. Keep up the great work. read more
