Absolutely love the comfort along with the touch of glam that Victoria's Secret and Pink provides for their panties and bras and when they have their sale it's even better 10/$31 especially since you can mix and match styles but what makes it even better is that I had coupons for an additional discount making it a great deal. Since I was in the Waikiki area I decided to browse the store and it was nice since it wasn't too crowded versus the mall location so I was able to shop the drawers at my leisure and not politely wait while others shop is more than great and I absolutely love it here as it's so nice and spacious with the escalator access to Pink is upstairs is so cool. Had this chunky Asian girl with tattoos help me. She was rude and looked more into her phone and TikTok's rather than helping me. My daughter seen her making TikTok's when she was supposed to be grabbing a size for us. She seemed nice at first but was just too rude to deal with. We ended up leaving and going to Ala Moana and they were way more helpful. Really disappointed that this is what it has come too. I've been to the Victoria secret many times and never had a problem. This definitely tops the cake. I would recommend Ala Moana they are way more helpful and open. They value customer service and it shows! read more

Where are my fellow VS pipz here? Sometimes when I feel a little extra I came here to buy lingeries or most especially my brassieres. I find it cute and I save some bucks especially when they're having a sale. Also this location in Waikiki is twice as big as the one in Ala Moana and I love roaming around checking each of their products. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they're a lil bit cranky but others were super friendly & helpful. I must've love the location wise as this is just a 15mins. walk from where I live. Let me first start off by saying this Victoria's Secret has a great selection. However, my experience was ruined this evening thanks to one of the sales associates. I'm here in town visiting my college best friend and wanted to get us Christmas pjs so we could watch movies tonight, celebrate and reunite. I quickly found one pair of pjs in our size, but needed another in the same size for both of us to try on and the sales associate (not sure her name) was quickly to reply, "oh I can find you guys samples so I don't have to refold those." So unprofessional and lazy. Like girl if you don't let us try these different colors and pairs of pjs on so we can see if we like the fitting and colors. Never in my life. We ( girls) can never have enough bras and panties!! For me that is.... I usually shop at the Ala Moana VS, Since the hubby and I was in the area for dinner, I might as well shop here. This VS store has 2 floors, is bigger than the other 2 stores, and more nice/clean. I noticed every time I shop here, there is no clearance items. I love to score me some deals. Another reason I had to shop here, I had to use my Secret rewards card, before card expires. ( in 3days) I grabbed my bras, which was on special, 2/42.00. Used my Secret rewards card which was a reward of 10.00. I paid 32.00 +tax. Victoria is smart for sending me back here to shop, earning the secret reward card requires spending a certain amount of money. After getting that card, I went back to redeem the card but end up spending more than the card is worth. Thats ok. I really like the 2 colors, which I don't have. Worked out!! The cashier that helped me was friendly. You can check out on both levels. I also love VS's body wash and Pink line of clothing. Pink clothing are not cheap!! I'd like to give 5 stars to the size and how very organized it was; they carry both Hawaii Pink & Hawaii University gear, man I wish I'd gotten that cute HU cap I saw for myself :( My youngest scored on a pink colored PINK Hawaiin top. Lines were always long if you came in the evening. I can't imagine it being empty when they open, since it's on the strip along with all the other high end shops. With that said, you are in the tourist trap. If you are for some stupid reason homesick, you should just walk along Kalakaua Ave from the Hyatt to where it ends (or begins) and go into each store, you'll get a slap of reality check and the same attitude you get from home...if you live in a populated state like I do. Thank God I only had to go in there to get that one item and get out, it was just clustered with young people and tourists and women as well as the young girls constantly taking selfies with the underwears or by the Maholo sign (so cool) but you never get an opportunity to take a picture of it - just alone, not even with my daughter or myself...there were people there sitting and photo bombing or hogging it up and never leave. After a few years since stepping into a Victoria Secret store I received an email enticing me to go back with $10 off your purchase. Ok, well I can get a free panty so sure, why not. As soon as I stepped into the store I was reminded of why I stopped shipping here to begin with. Things were everywhere and it was chaos. I quickly grab a panty from the pink section and head over to the line. I grab my phone to get the coupon code. Crap, I only have 4% juice and I need to use my phone to get the discount. Great! Line was short! I quickly let the cashier know the phone was going to die, can she scan my code so I can use the coupon. I swear she was as slow as a snail, and finally scanned the phone. but code wasn't scanning- so I tried grabbing the code again through my email and of course the phone dies. What can I say? My wife can be eccentric. We're thousands of miles away from Houston, TX, and she wants to swing by a store she can go to any time at home to check it out. My boyfriend and I stopped into this store on a Makiki-to-Waikiki walk (you know, for exercise with good company). I decided to make a quick stop at VS to grab some panties while we were nearby. This VS location is laid out in a way that makes it very difficult to locate things if you actually enter the store knowing what you would like to buy. It is just not organized in a way that makes sense. Lines are long, and the sales staff is awkward. I was sorting through the selection of underwear and glanced around just in time to find a very pretty oompa-loompa rushing towards my chest with a measuring tape, muttering under her breath. No warning, no "Would you like for me to check your size?" Just a boob-centric bum-rush. Alarmed, I stepped back and warded off her attempts to string me up. You probably wouldn't have guessed that the VSX line is good, but compared to my lululemon clothing, I might like VSX more. It's really good quality and the pants are never see through! Hahaaaa. I also refuse to buy things in this store unless they're on sale. So I wait or their sales that happen two times a year to buy everything I need. Fragrances, beauty products and clothing are pretty expensive here if you think about the fact that $50 bra you just bought cost only a couple dollars to make in Sri Lanka or Vietnam or whatever third world country VS make their products in. This store is much slower than the ala moana location, but it's almost twice as big (2 stories!). There are hardly ever lines when I shop here, although there are a bunch of workers. You'd think that with fewer customers, the people working would have time to clean up the displays a little. The last time I went, I noticed pens and bra fitting cards scattered on the counter top displays. The displays and drawers were also messy and no one was doing anything about it. I'm a little OCD, so I was bothered. The people working here are not very friendly. I can only think of one person who greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. He even offered to find something for me before I even asked. Other than that one guy, I was ignored. I walked by a worker who was chatting with his friend and giving him a musubi from his pocket. Located in the heart of Waikiki, this store is impressive; state-of-the-art, with huge tv's- two level (escalators), something I would expect in New York, but this is in Oahu! The same merchandise is available here: bras, underwear, lingerie, lounge wear, and bath/body goods. The employees are nice and helpful. The set-up is obviously very different than any other store (2 stories), I've been to, which sets it apart from the rest. The shopping experience is going to be different here. It's almost like a state of sensory overload, but in a good way. There were lots of customers here. Being that V-Day fell the week that we were there (we always plan it that way), that only made sense. I did notice lots of ladies walking down the street (tourists) carrying a little pink bag, during the entire week. I know where they went! Would I come here again? Yes, it's a pretty store. Of course most of everyone who reviews this place is going to be female because all the products are geared for this demographic. But let me give you an observation from a male's point-of-view.....without sounding perverse of course. As a heterosexual male the first thing that occurs when I walk into this store is panic. I say that because if you're not accompanied by a female the last thing you want the patrons in the store to think is that you're some peeping tom only there to catch cheap thrills with a lingerie fetish. I've come here solo before to buy gifts for ex's so what I would recommend to the fellas is that if you're here alone and you're not here to creep on women, head straight for the first sale person you see and ask them for help. They'll help you get in and get out with what you need. The staff is always friendly and no worries... they are use to guys like us panicking to find the perfect sensual gift w/o coming off as a pervert. But maybe you are....either way they will still help you get what you need. In the second scenario, fellas if you're coming here with your girl or a friend who is a girl, tag along but give her some space. You want her to enjoy her shopping experience while you're there just for support. I mean in the long run if you're there with your girlfriend....you both win out if you know what I mean. Remember to tell her she looks good....no matter what she's looking for...she will always look good in something Victoria Secrets provides. The lotions and scents that this store gives off also have some kind of mental power over the male sex so be warned. While I love this store and think it's beautiful inside the staff needs a make-over. The Waikiki Store brought back the semi-annual sale which was a nice thing the staff not knowing what the hell is going on is totally another thing. The sale items are on the second floor where the swimsuits usually are. I double checked with a worker near by that all the underwear was $2.99 and it was. I over heard one girls tell a customer that the VSX stuff is take an additional 50% off. I love the VSX stuff but as we all know it's soooooo expensive. at 50% off it's more worth it. We were ready to pay and looked at the long lines upstairs and decided to go downstairs instead, thinking it would be faster. BIG MISTAKE. I was really disappointed with the service by the cashier. She was sweet but didn't know what the hell she was doing. It's not that hard let me explain it to you. Bras are $15.99 and panties are $2.99. She almost charged us $32 for the bra and regular price for the underwear. What the hell is the point of the sale if you're going to do that? I might as well get 5 for $26 GEEZ. Then the VSX stuff I pulled she was going to charge me regular price on. I told her there is a sign that says take an additional 50% off and over heard one of the workers telling a customer yes it's additional 50% off. Turns out it's only on select items. WTF move the sign. It's not that hard. Since it was regular price I decided not to get it and the awesome cashier forgot to remove one item and almost charged me for it. Thanks to my friend she caught it and saved me a whole lot of grief. To top it off the cashier asks if I have any other coupons. I got $10 off for my birthday and she took it only to tell me I can't use it. OMG just tell me upfront that I can't use it. I think they need to train their cashiers better. 30 minutes later I'm still with the cashier. There goes my lunch break. GREAT!!! HEADACHE. The store is nicely set up, etc, the usual VS items, with the younger PINK items upstairs, it's laid out nicely like a VS in California or Vegas. Employees were kinda scarce, but so were shoppers, so there was no line at the register. When walking up to the register, with a shirt in hand, I asked first if they validate for that building, holding up my ticket. The girl reached out and took the shirt from my hand, so I assumed it was a yes, and I put the ticket down on the counter in front of her so she could stamp it. She rings me up, and the whole time, I pushed the ticket closer to her a few times and looked at her, and she ignored it. I asked, "Are you gonna validate it?" and she said "$56.43" so I was disgruntled but I paid and assumed she was waiting for me to seal the purchase before stamping it which I thought was kinda stingy. She packaged my item and gave me the bag, and I said "Are you going to validate it or not?" and she replied "we don't do that here." I was LIVID. "EXCUSE ME?" another worker came over and looked at the ticket and said, "yeah not every place validates." and the other girl look at me and says "Yeah you should shop elsewhere." SHOP ELSEWHERE?! How rude! My mother was there to hear it and she looked at me so fast, I'm sure she got whiplash. I said "I wouldn't have bought the shirt if I knew that, that's why I ASKED YOU FIRST." and stormed out. I couldn't believe how rude they'd been ! Later I realized that she knew she wasn't going to validate and purposely WAITED until she made the sale to tell me, she probably knew I only was shopping for the validation. I have never felt so cheated and tricked and I will never be returning to this store. I also am calling the shop to complain, with my receipt in hand, and cashier number, and I will be returning the shirt, but definitely not to this store. read more

I was in dire need of a new bra so I decided to pop into Victoria Secrets to buy my typical 34b push-up. After shopping around I took myself and the bag full of bras I selected to the fitting room to try on. I was immediately greeted by a nice women named Elle who assisted me to my room and asked if I'd be interested in a fitting. I'd never been bra fitted before so I figured what the hell, it's Friday let's get weird! Elle asked me some questions about the current bra size I was wearing and suggested I go up 1-2 cup sizes and down a strap size to a 32. I'm not going to lie, I had doubts about her suggestions. I thought to myself "there is no way a C let alone D is going to fit my small chest." To my surprise when I tried the C on the cup fit perfectly. I brought Elle back into the room and she showed me the proper positioning of how the bra should lay on the front and back as well as helped adjust the straps. She also reassured me that the strap (that felt a little tight) would loosen up after 1-2 wears. She explained that was the reason my other bras were gapping because the 34 was too large for me. I also want to mention that I was not the only person Elle was helping. She was working with about 4 other people at the same time. I was amazed at her ability to remember all of us by name, and her devotion to giving us all 100% of her attention. When I finally decided on two bras she noticed one of the bras I choose had a small stain on it and immediately searched the entire store and stock room to find a replacement without me even asking. She also informed me that I get a third bra for free and a tote bag with their current promotion, whose winning now!! I walked out of Victoria secret feeling confident with my purchase because of the time Elle took to educate me and help me find the perfect fit for my body. Ive worked in the retail and fashion industry for 10+ years and have very high expectations when it comes to servicing standards. I can honestly say shopping with Elle has been one of the best retail experiences I've ever had! Victoria secret is very lucky to have such a passionate and dedicated person working for their company. She truly cares about the customers needs and creates a wonderful shopping experience that no online store could ever replicate. I don't ever write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. I think this is one of my favorite VS stores. They usually do not have long lines like Ala Moana (which seems to always have long lines). Their selection is pretty decent. They do seem smaller than Ala Moana, but I rather shop here because it's not mad house. Especially if you go at the right times, when it's not crowded. Their apparel isn't super messed up from hordes of tourists. I feel sorry for the girls here because I work in Waikiki and tourists are amazing when it comes to messing up my store.
