Omg where do I even start? Theyre all RUDE ASF in there and look tired like they just dont wanna be there. Their attitudes are the same, bored and irritated. If you dont wanna work there DONT work there? Ive been in there twice this month and both times have been so horrible. I dont know names as they dont have name tags but if they have thick black glasses on then 10/10 they DONT wanna be there lol. And will sigh everytime you need help or have a concern. When i was talking to one associate she nearly shut a drawer on my hand. And when I was checking out, one girl was rolling her eyes everytime I looked up. For no reason. I doubt they give them extra money to be acting like that at all. Smfh. I guess with all these horrible reviews, nothings changed for this location. Its a really disgusting atmosphere and I only ever came here because it was convenient for me since they were the only location that had an item I was looking for, and the time before that was because I was just in the area. My mom forgot her discount card at the house one day when shopping, we do not live anywhere near a Victoria's Secret, they told her as long as we bring it back the next day they would honor it. The closest Victoria's Secret to my work was another 20 minutes out of my way, so I called just to doublecheck before I drove all the way out there & The lady that answered the phone assured me that it was OK. After I get there the Manager comes and says they do not do that. He was honestly just super rude about it. Now I see why this store has such low reviews! read more

I appreciate being acknowledged when entering a store, but these girls take it to a whole new level. Can't a gal browse undies without bring bombarded by every employee on the floor!? A simple, "hello" will do...showing me your bra strap and telling me how great the racerbacks are after I've already politely said, "I'm just browsing" is, in my opinion, over the top. On the other hand the store is clean and orderly with decent amount of merchandise, which I do like. I suggest you prepare to chat away with every employee if you choose this location for shopping. read more

I have not been back to this location in YEARS because of a terribly annoying employee who I should have immediately complained on to the manager while I was still there. I walked in and this employee kept pushing to help me. She continued to ask if I needed anything when I had already said I was just browsing. When I attempted to walk further into the store and get away from her, she blocked me so she could continue to ask me questions! She was overly aggressive and yes I should have asked for a manager and had this employee dealt with right away! Corporate will not do anything and apologize or call you to find out what really happened. I am disappointed lately in their products anyways but will have to shop with the company until I use up my gift cards. In general, the company has made their sizes about a size smaller than they were two years ago and their products are not as good or well made as they used to be. I suggest finding another store to go to for your lingerie needs!!! read more

First impressions are lasting ones. Now, I love Victoria Secret & I am very big on customer service. However, at this location, I had completely walked through both sides of Victoria Secret before an associate greeted me & asked me if I needed any assistance. I worked at Express many many moons ago & greeting the customer upon entry was a must. I counted the associates that I passed, & I passed 4 young ladies before someone greeted me. The only reason why I gave them two stars was because someone finally asked me if I needed some assistance. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back to this location in the future unless I just have no choice. read more

So I have always loved VS. As a matter of fact I was a store manager for them for 6 yrs. But as of today they have lost my business for good. It is not the same company it was when I worked there. My parents bought me a lg bottle of Victoria splash as a gift since it is my favorite ($25). They did not give me the receipt since it was a gift and they know it is my fav. I have a new job and I travel a lot, so I wanted to exchange it for the travel size bottles. 2 of them to be exact. I would have owed VS more $. The first time I went in, the lady at the cash wrap said she would give me a $6.00 credit for it. I took it and left. I expressed my disappointment on my FB page and some of my fellow VS managers saw it. They gave me a name and said she would take care of me. When I went back, she was not there. Even though I told the other manager on duty what was going on, she refused to give me the credit towards the travel size bottles. At this point I am DONE. I will keep my big bottle and use it eventually, but now I have to find another favorite perfume that is not from VS. This really makes my heart hurt because I have been loyal to this brand even after leaving the company. This is not how we treated people when I worked there. I could not be more let down and disappointed in a brand. You just lost me forever Victoria's Secret. read more

I have always been a loyal VS customer but their products in general lately are poor in quality compared to what they use to be. 90% of the time this store doesn't have my size anymore, which is a common size. Then they have changed the styles up so much and so often you don't know if ordering online will work as far as sizing and comfort of the item. Hard to win when the store rarely has your size in the style you want. There was a time I had my favorite style and could just order online knowing it would fit and be comfortable. Sadly that no longer applies. Time to find another place to buy my lingerie. read more

Worst store I have ever been in. Waiting in one of the three lines made already for all three clerks. One clerk says there is only one line in the middle so everyone moves over. Then a few minutes later another clerk come out an moves everyone to the left and right after they had all formed like they were supposed too. It pissed me off enough I was done and left with out a purchase and will not be coming back. read more

I hate the lines at this store and the young girls employed at PINK are very rude. I shop a lot here, but there's always a problem. One time there was 5 employees in the store and 3 of them were just chatting in a corner while the line was backed up. Another time, I needed to exchange the size of a bra and the young female at the counter proceeded to call another employee (which took 10-15 min) just to ask if my bra looked used... the tags were on... and i had a receipt from yesterday... wtf. I would rather drive to VS in the Parks Mall where the employees are well trained. read more

I love Victoria's Secret. I hate this location. The service is ALWAYS terribly rude, and inconsiderate. I have no idea who hires the women that work here, because they are the woman that would not get hired to work customer service ANYWHERE else. Be prepared to get looked down upon during the following events, and expect a condescending and outright rude remark: making a return, using any form of coupon for a free item, asking any questions, asking the location of a specific item, returning a damaged item you ordered online, or returning a damaged item you received as a gift. I have always provided all receipts, and they still look at me like I am some form of criminal for returning a product I just decided I did not want. In the past 8 years of shopping at VS I have returned 3 items. 2 of these items were damaged. They cannot figure out what they are trying to do, and be prepared to have them make 5 copies of your drivers license, even though you are returning something you purchased with your VS credit card, so they already have all of your information. I am a very frequent shopper. I go at least 30 times in a year, and spend a fair amount of money on each trip. I love Victoria's Secret, I HATE this Victoria's Secret. The women that work here speak little English and are UNBEARABLE. Will never make a purchase from this location again, no matter how convenient. read more
