She indicated that I was too late to return or exchange. She could even get up off her perch to see if their was one that I could buy (and sell the other one on Posh Mark). Unbelievable! It's not like I've waited until February to bring something back. Koo De Ker should mark on their labels their return policy on gifts! As I left I said, "I guess I won't be back, but you don't even care". Her response was "no I don't". I get it! It's a small boutique store but SERIOUSLY! I would suggest to the owner to do a little training. But then again, perhaps she doesn't CARE either.

The interior is pretty: all high ceilinged with a giant mirror in the center, exuding luxury. They've also got that boutique store thing going on with like max six pieces of each style of clothing. And not just women's, they had a cute little section of children's, too! Brands are higher end and priced as such: Wildfox, Free People, BB Dakota, ASTR, MinkPink, etc. Lots that I like, but that I can find priced lower elsewhere (though, on my most recent visit, they had a small rack of sales goods). Of course, there is something to be said for shopping local. The dressing rooms were especially attractive. There was just one girl working, and she wasn't overly helpful, but friendly enough. It truly is a pretty store, and while I would not seek it out as a particular destination, would be worth stopping by now and then when in the area.
