Told us to contact the manufacturer directly. She refused to stand behind the product that was clearly defective and said that it's not her problem and couldn't care less if we took our business elsewhere. Side note, when I went to the manufacturers website (VeDO Toys, Ltd), I saw that the item we paid $81 for in this store was only $69.99 and has free shipping. Save money and avoid her bad attitude and buy directly from the manufacturer!

Even though this Soma is in an outlet center I found the prices to be comparable to what I pay during a sale at my local full price store. Bras were buy one, get one 1/2 off and my PJs were full price at around $70. I also had a $20 coupon that Soma had electronically stores in their system so I appreciated the extra savings. The employees were helpful and friendly so overall a pleasant experience as far as this type of necessity shopping goes!

The manager and one of the two associates were rude and unhelpful. Because of my chest size, I'm limited in where I can shop in-person in our area, or else I'd take my business elsewhere. I won a gift card to this store probably a year or two years ago and completely forgot about it until I was doing some cleaning and organizing and came across it. Since I had to go to Annapolis for a doctor's appointment, I decided to stop by to see if there was anything I wanted. I arrived shortly after they opened for the day so I was the only person there. The employee was very helpful as I was looking around and she even directed me to the fitting rooms and checked on me as I was trying things on. They even have infused water for you to drink while in the fitting room area. Even the fitting rooms were sexy in this place with their big curtains as doors. A La Mode offers bra fittings. I didn't ask for one during this visit because I wasn't looking for a bra at the time but I would like to come back and take advantage of this service. In addition to lingerie, they also sell products to help clean and maintain your lingerie and they even sell a few adult toys. Their products are on the pricey side of things but they are high quality.
