Bottom Line: Friendly and helpful staff and average prices. I popped into Soma out of convenience on a quest for new bras and to feed my PJ addiction. Even though this Soma is in an outlet center I found the prices to be comparable to what I pay during a sale at my local full price store. Bras were buy one, get one 1/2 off and my PJs were full price at around $70. I also had a $20 coupon that Soma had electronically stores in their system so I appreciated the extra savings. The employees were helpful and friendly so overall a pleasant experience as far as this type of necessity shopping goes! read more

Happy this location has finally reopened, but I took a bra that had broken (one of the metal parts on the strap snapped) and they refused to stand behind it. While I like Soma's Bras, sizes offered, and generally think the quality is good, they should offer to fix, replace, or refund when one breaks. They aren't cheap! And being that their store was closed for so long due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to come in any sooner than I did to deal with the issue. The manager and one of the two associates were rude and unhelpful. Because of my chest size, I'm limited in where I can shop in-person in our area, or else I'd take my business elsewhere. Being told, "There's nothing I can do." is unacceptable...I work retail and know this is never the case. read more

I don't even know where to start. After wandering around the store a bit, I was greeted and offered a fitting, and I gladly accepted. A friend had recently said she found a few great bras at this store. They measured me at a band size 2 sizes too big, and a cup size 2 too small. But, I figured I would give it a shot... maybe I've been measured wrong in the past... they're professionals, right? I will admit that I voiced my skepticism, and the lady was not friendly about it. Tried on the bra size suggested, and as I figured, it was too big around the band, and too small in the cup. The lady was acting like I offended her greatly when I told her the size suggested did not fit. Tried to find something not old-ladyish, not Madonna-ish, and not a push-up in my normal size, but nothing fit right, and everything was super uncomfortable. I will not be back here. read more

Ladies: This is a really good shop. It is a bit expensive, but is there really a price tag for quality? They will fit you on any day (which is hard to find now days). I find you get the best deals at the outlet store verses the actual store. The outlet store is still expensive, but not out of the world prices. They have some great products for the Bar lines that you will not find elsewhere. The underwear is the same. I dare you to try the underwear and then go back to your old brand......they will have you hooked. At the time of writing his review, you will likely pay $65 - $70 for 3 pairs of underwear. But they are worth every Penny! Happy Shopping!!!!! read more

We had only left the store a few minutes earlier before noticing that it had a hole in it, so we returned to ask if we could exchange it for one that wasn't damaged. Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive and repeatedly squeezed the NeeDoh right in our faces while saying, "There is nothing wrong with it." He was practically yelling at us, even though the toy clearly had a hole. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
