We got estimates from five different companies, we selected Victors. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Derek our estimator was spent the time to review our entire roof structure and understand the full extent of our need. Derek not only looked at the roof, he asked questions and listened to the answers. What really tipped us in the direction of Victors was the fact that Derek actually listened to my explanation of what I thought I needed and developed a package to address everyone of my concerns and problems. Every other company offered me what they were interested in doing, leaving me a list to-do items. Derek noted everything that I would like and provided a package that addressed every point in one easy solution. This is truly the sign of customer focused service. Derek took the time to do an outstanding job and was head and shoulders above the other estimators we met with. The outstanding service continued with the scheduler, the finance team, and the crews that came out to do the work. They were fast, accurate and so respectful of our time and our property. No project goes 100% to plan, and Victors again demonstrated their professionalism and respect, as they came upon the enviable issues. The crew chief, Enrique, brought issues to me as they ran into them (we have a flat roof section that was done poorly in the past), he provided several solutions, walked through both cost and pro/con of each option. He involved me in the problem solving, education me quickly and made sure I understood the options. He was engaged, thoughtful, patient, and a true professional. His team did an excellent job. The gutter crew was also great, timely, professional and respectful. They really nice work and the fine details were so well done. After the work was done, Victors sent out an inspector who walked the property with me and reviewed all the work, the roofing, did the gutters have enough pitch and flow correctly (they do on both counts), he did another pass for debris, and talked about the project, what was done, what changed due to unforeseeable issues, and over job. He spent a good amount of time with me, and I felt truly heard. In summery, it was an excellent experience, top notch work. We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship. read more

I highly recommend 'Victors Roofing' for all your roof, gutter and insulation needs. They are a great company to deal with from start to finish. Brennan our sales rep was the only estimator of several we spoke to that took the time to venture into our crawl space and inspect the roof from the bottom side. His efforts (captured on video) gave us great insight into the state of the sheathing, the insulation condition, the problematic airflow through clogged soffits as well as improperly installed bathroom vents. Victors Roofing was interested in addressing the entire roof system not just replacing shingles. Coming from an Engineering background, I was impressed with their methodology. Their pricing is competitive and offer great financing if required. The scope of the job was documented in a detailed work order, which protects Victor's and the consumer. From here we were able to schedule our new roof installation very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the ability to work while the temperature was hovering in the mid 40's. On the day of installation, the roofing supplies were delivered directly to the top of the house. Victor's crew arrived shortly thereafter. Each crewmember was very professional in appearance and work ethic. They worked as a well-oiled machine each with a specific job to do removing the old shingles and replacing any damaged sheathing. By lunch time they were ready to start with the new underlayment and shingles. I was very impressed with the extra mile they go with the way they install flashing around the chimney. The entire roof was complete well before dark. As the roof work was winding down Victor's crew took extra care to sweep the yard around the house with magnets for stray nails and debris. We also had new gutters installed a few days later as part of our contract. They turned out awesome as well! Additionally I had Victors install a flue cap on my chimney which they made a special trip to install! In conclusion, I am very happy with my experience with Victors Roofing. Anyone looking for a reputable company this is it. This company was recommended to me by my dad and I knew it was a great Christian company. They did a sunlight replacement with some shingle repairs. I was out of town getting my son who graduated Marine bootcamp when the work was done. When I came home I was at first really upset. The next morning I contacted Victors roofing and spoke to Ashley who was amazing. I was than contacted by Curtis who personally came right out and listened to my concerns. The gentleman who did the work made a slight mistake and misunderstood what I wanted. He thought that instead of leaving just the tarp I wanted him to leave the old skylight and other items. Curtis immediately had the gentleman come out and pick up the old skylight and address all my issues. All companies make mistakes but it's how they handle them that sets them apart. They didnt make excuses Curtis came out that day and stayed pretty much the entire time to make sure we were happy. The young gentleman who made the mistake kept apologizing. He didnt make excuses he actually apologized and corrected his mistake. I told my dad he was right this company is top notch. They back their work and if they do make a mistake they take ownership and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix it. In this day and age many companies just make excuses and never fix anything leaving the consumer to pick up after them and hope that their work actually holds up. I have listen to Paul W. Smith on WJR 760 all of last summer bragging on what a great job Victors Roofing did on both of His homes, you might think that he was building them up because they advertise on his show. Well I decided to give them a shot to see if they could live up to the hype, well I was not disappointed the crew arrived at 8:15 am and did a complete removal of the old roof, replaced 300 ft. of bad boards, did the entire roof with ice shield " not just the first 3 ft."installed vented drip edge all the way around. installed a solar roof vent, did new flashing on both my chimney's and installed 9 new attic vents, and Roof Replacement With Storm Master Cool Deck 3M shingles with a 20yr. NO LEAK warranty, The crew was great no one smoked while working, each man had his task to do and all went very smooth, the Forman, Omar explained every thing and asked me if I had any particular concerns that he might not be aware of. I stayed out side the entire day watching them work, I'm a very finicky person and I've watched roofing crews on other jobs and always felt that most of the other roofers ware a bunch of cowboys! load music, profanity and cigarettes butts being flick every where! Chad, I cannot say enough about you and your crew. You had sent out a guy to help patch the roof temporarily because of the thaw and freezing conditions. He explained and showed me the issues he found. He explained the actual work will be done when the weather allows for better conditions. I was impressed with this. Most companies would not care and just wait until they do the actual work of the roof. About a week or so later, Theresa told me your crew was going to be there to do the roof. It was a beautiful day to do it. I expected to see your crew still there and to see a mess from the project. When I arrived at the house that afternoon. I saw no evidence of your crew being there. I pulled out a ladder to check the roof myself. Sure enough, I saw the new shingles in place. I was surprised on how fast and how clean your crew were on this project. Yesterday night, we received a heavy down pour of rain. I was nervous to see how the roof faired. There was not a drop in the room where the leaks happened before. I just finished insulating, dry-walling and mudding in this room. It would have been disastrous if the roof leaked. I like how tight the flashings are between the addition's roof and the house. It is so much better. The valley looks better, too. Again, I cannot say enough praise about you and your crew. I am so excited to write this review!!! 1 and 1/2 weeks ago I was in the process of trying to get my roof and gutters done. And now? Both projects are completely done and look great! I called Victor's because I found their reviews here on Yelp and was so impressed with the feedback. Initially I signed a contract with Hanson's...and stupidly read reviews after. I was able to cancel that contract with Hanson's and hired Victor's for $6,000 less!!!! It was night and day between the presentations from Hanson's vs. Victor's. The Victor's rep came and showed an incredible level of knowledge, and actually crawled up on my roof, explained everything he found....no pressure. The Hanson's rep didn't even talk to us at first, he just rolled a measuring thing around our house and even gave me a dirty look when I got in his way and he never went up on the roof. The sales pitch from Hanson's was high pressure....and somewhat inappropriate. I caved because I was convinced it was reputable....but again, I didn't read the reviews until after. I am so impressed with Victor's at how fast they were able to start the job, finished the roof in one day, and completed the gutters the next day:). And...they called me at various times to let me know how the job was going. And best of all, they had quality control follow the installation to make sure we were satisfied and did not request payment until they were assured we were satisfied. Whhooooo, hoooo!!! I am very disappointed by Victor Roofing and their service. I hired them to fix a problematic leak around my 10 year old chimney. They did reflash it, but after the first heavy rain, the leak was still there. I called them and one guy came out and put some more calking around the flashing. But the leak did not go away. I called again, and this time a different guy came out around sunset time, and told me that for another $3000, he can replace a slop around the chimney and that should take care of the leak for good. I told him there is no evidence that the water is coming from somewhere else when I inspected the attic and that I would not pay for a guess work and insisted that they isolate where the leak is coming from. Few days later two guys show up and did a water test ( which should have done initially), and told me that the leak is from microscopic cracks in cement joint (this a 10 year chimney that has not been used much) and that I needed to hire somebody that does tuck-pointing, so I did but the leak did not go away and now 5 months later I still have the leak that is damaging my bedroom ceiling and two contractors that are pointing the fingers at each other.. The second company did a leak test and said that the water is coming where the flashing was done. I asked Victor roofing multiple time to call the other company and have their techs sort it out, but they have not done so and avoiding this all together. Be careful when dealing with this company....They will answer your calls and pretend to be helpful but won't do anything... read more

I called Victors Roofing to come provide a quote. I was impressed from the initial phone call, and every step of the process thereafter. Chad from Victors Roofing came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. I felt at all times like he, and Victors Roofing where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to Victors Roofing, solely based on our interactions with Chad and the company he represented. On the day the work began, the large crew were there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest - I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash the blew into the neighbors yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn't tell they were even there!!! If anyone has a small or large roofing project, for me there is only one company they should consider: Victors Roofing. Great Job Guys! We just had our roof completed by Victors Roofing and could not be happier. We researched and got estimates from other companies and chose Victors because we felt they were the best company for the job. Our sales guy, Bill, didn't oversell or overpromise anything. In fact, he got on our roof and told us we had more life left in our roof and said we could just repair it instead of replace. He was friendly, upfront and we appreciated that. Vlad arranged and scheduled the project and kept us informed of every detail during the day and how it was progressing. When a hiccup happened we didn't expect on our roof, he honored our contract agreement and there were no unexpected extra costs. The crew, run by Rene, showed up early, told me they were here and they never stopped working. They were friendly, they cleaned up their mess and were done in a day. Their work was beautiful! The next day, a quality control person, Bill came over to inspect the the roof, took pics and ran a magnet around the yard for 20 minutes to make sure there wasn't any leftover metal or scraps. On top of that, a couple weeks later, I received a letter in mail from Victor and a care package was with some gifts thanking me for my business. Very thoughtful. Not only do we LOVE our roof, but the customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Our house was recently re-roofed and the gutters replaced by Victor's Roofing of Canton. We were very satisfied and would recommend Victor's to others based on the quality of their work on our home. Our experience was that they acted with honesty and professionalism. Their analysis of the work order was very promptly and competently performed with discussion of costs and options. Their process, expectations, timelines, and work product were also reviewed. The service was very timely provided (within 1 week). In addition, when we emailed with a question about the color of the gutters, this was timely answered (and the correct color was used). As they informed us, the roofing work crew showed up with their supplies at 7:30 am and commenced work immediately. These 5 men were the hardest working people one could imagine! They took no breaks and worked with alacrity! They refused to take a mid-morning break and labored away till lunch. Their lunch hour was brief and they set back to work again, intent to get this job done in one day (we doubt that others could have finished, since these guys worked till 7 pm to complete it and continued till a downpour stopped them!). My husband and I heard of Victors Home Solutions after we met Joe Gilliam. We spoke with him about the concerns that we had with our roof. It was only 10 years old however, we began noticing minor issues back in 2017. We had a few repairs and a couple different roofing companies that come and inspected our roof. When we purchased our home a few years back, we knew we would need to purchase a new roof sooner than later. We had numerous contractors come out and give us a quote. They tried selling us every other option they offer and before we knew it, they wanted us to spend over $100k with their company when all we wanted was a roof. My husband found Victors Roofing online and read nothing but fabulous reviews. We decided to give them a shot. Our salesman came out and quoted us for the roof which was reasonable compared to other quotes. In addition, he suggested a new roof color and offered us addresses of other homes they had completed work at to take a look at. We spent time driving around and saw the quality of work with our very eyes. We decided to go with Victors Roofing. Within a short time, they had their crew come out to our home to complete our roof. They did an excellent job from start to finish and we are very happy with not only the color of our roof but the quality of the work they performed. We had an awful wind storm in March 2017 that blew damaged our roof and many businesses in the city. We had 2 estimates, one from Victors Roofing and one from another company, both were very competitive. My husband wanted to go with the other company on recommendation from his buddies that used them before. We were told by both companies that there was an 8 week back up in repairs due to the whole area being damaged. After 11 weeks we still hadn't heard back from the other company and when we contacted them they said they're having a hard time hiring enough help. That's when I told my husband we're going with Victors Roofing, they don't hire day laborers, their roofers are employees with no less than 7 years experience on the roof. We called Victors back and they moved us the top of the job sheet and our roof was installed within 2 weeks. I was out of town when the roof went on (my husband was home). When I got back I couldn't tell that even one flower in my yard been damaged, and my home has been on numerous garden tours, so it was a concern for me that they not damage my landscaping, especially the flowers around the foundation of the house. Edit: I added two stars to my review because Victor called my husband regarding our concerns with clean up and customer service. He sent the quality control guy back out to our house and made every effort to make the situation right. Although I wish we would have had the best customer service from the beginning it is clear that Victor really cares about his business and customers and does his best to make everything right. Original Review: 3 Stars We just recently had our roof and gutters done by Victors. While the roof and gutters look great, the customer service and clean up left much to be desired. We were also told that someone would be coming out to our house to make sure the clean up was done right and check the roof, a big part of the sales pitch was the clean up and how they go through multiple times with a magnet to get the screws. I'm not sure if anyone came to our house but my husband and myself have found at least 8-10 large screws (which is not awesome considering we have a child and a dog). They also left pop bottles and cans in our yard. Overall, the roof looks wonderful, the gutters look great but the customer service and lack of clean up was annoying. I think next time we need a roofing job we will go with another company. read more

I had a tree from a Neigbors home fell into my roof. I contacted insurance and they had no companies in my area to respond. I had rain falling into my bedroom for over a month. (Yes I did tarp it off but it was still getting through). I called multiple roofing companies but they were all months out for appts for even a quote. I called victors having seen a Neigbors roof be replaced. They were able to get out to me in one day. The inspector told me I had structural damage as well as roof. He quoted me both repair and replacing. l sent the info to my insurance who still waited 2 weeks to respond to me. I was so upset as it was raining all week. I talked to Victors and they drove out from 30 miles to tarp and tack a new tarp for me. It was at that point that I accepted their proposal and gave the ok to begin. They are the best company I have ever worked with. They legitimately care about the customer. They worked with me on price because of my insurance issues. I would highly recommend them to my best friends. Following the completion they even sent a thank you gift to me. Cookies in a special package. It was unexpected but so appreciated. Easy 5 star review- Blake (I think it was) came out and did a very thorough inspection and quote which accommodated my late schedule. He addressed all my concerns, and I think the quote was reasonably priced. He took video and pictures of the roof, and went into the attic to identify any other problem areas that may come up. He promised to help with insurance company if I needed any other repairs. They then followed up and communicated with me about my experience, and let me know when they might come out to replace roof. I was moved up very quickly in line because I had requested it despite the holiday and I was going to be listing home soon. They completed project in 6 hours, and the roof looks great. The guys worked hard and they patched up the garage for me too. I really have no complaints, and they completed the job 100$ within the budget, but he also negotiated the initial price which made up for the extra wood. Def worth the extra money because some parts of the roof were just damaged beyond repair. Roof looks great! i'd post pictures but the shingles haven't settled in yet because the weather is cold and I think some others wouldn't understand. read more

I would like to join the chorus and praise Victor's Roofing. The prices beat the other estimates we received by a few hundred dollars for comparable shingles (we selected Atlas Pinnacle Pristine because of the Scotchguard algae resistance; their prices were even lower for CertainTeed and somewhat higher for Atlas StormMaster Shake Class 4 Impact Resistance shingles). Also, the crew arrived on time, worked diligently, were extremely polite, and did a good job cleaning up. But I would like to give a particular shout out to the salesman Vitaliy, who was extremely patient in explaining, re-explaining, and answering all our questions, and who provided superior customer service on two occasions. First, he did a bit of extra sealing on our roof, free of charge, when he came to do the estimate (before we had decided whether to replace the whole roof), and second, after the work was done, which included replacing some soffit wood, he came back to paint the new wood for us (again, at no extra cost).
