The owners gave me a fair deal on it, I was able to pick it up at 4:45 PM and be off the lot by 5 PM with the keys in hand. If you want a painless purchasing experience, I would highly recommend coming here. Salvage titles can be hit or miss, but not when you deal with a reputable business. It gets no simpler. Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later,after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. I frankly think this dealer is running a scam as well because they said they need at least a $10,000 down payment on a $13,000 car and my interest rate would still be 19.5%. I wouldn't ever come to this dealer again nor would I ever recommend anyone waste their time at this dealer.
