I purchased a used 2022 GMC Terrain (24,576 miles) from The Nice Car Company on December 30, 2025…read more The vehicle was advertised as having passed a "100-point inspection." Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

This was most likely causing the balding of my rear tires. I made an appointment with the Taylor Kia service department because it said it was covered under my warranty. We dropped my car off Wednesday night for the appointment on Thursday at 7:30am. We received a call Thursday asking what needed looked at and they said they would let us know what was going on when looked at. We called multiple times and left multiple voicemails but no one responded for 4 days. I reached out to my customer service rep and was told they would find out but after I texted back I didn't hear anything more. They finally called today and said we could pick it up and that the part wasn't covered because it didn't fail but was user fault so I would be required to pay the diag fee($234). Absolutely do not recommend getting anything done here ever!!

Taylor Kia I brought my vehicle to this dealership on a tow…read moretruck after driving nearly 16 hours from Florida when it began having intermittent shifting issues. Before arrival, I identified an active recall for the clutch actuator, which directly matched the symptoms. I clearly explained the issue and specifically requested the recall be addressed. From the start, communication was extremely poor, despite the dealership knowing I was traveling from out of state and planned to leave Saturday. I was told the vehicle was not shifting properly through gears and was then presented with an estimate for a full transmission replacement, along with claims of dual clutch/DCT codes. I explained that these same codes are known to appear intermittently and falsely when a clutch actuator is failing, since the actuator controls multiple transmission functions. Eventually, I was told the recall was "complete." I repeatedly asked whether the vehicle was drivable so I could arrange transport back to Florida. I spent hours getting transport quotes and even began the process of purchasing another vehicle because of the uncertainty. On Saturday morning--during their limited hours--I again messaged that I was en route and asked if the car could be driven. I was told the recall was complete and the vehicle had been driven into a parking space. When I arrived, I was charged a $250 diagnostic fee, despite the vehicle being under recall and arriving by tow. I was then told by Dave that the vehicle would not go into reverse. After disputing the diagnostic fee (which should not apply under these circumstances), I ultimately paid it in cash just to retrieve my vehicle. I requested documentation showing when the diagnostic codes were pulled (before and after service) and asked for something signed or dated. This information was refused. I was then handed a stack of paperwork claiming what had been done. Upon leaving the dealership, the vehicle was still shifting abnormally from first to second, and it does not go into reverse. Most concerning: the paperwork--read aloud to me by my daughter--showed that the clutch actuator was NOT replaced. Only a fuse was addressed. A basic search confirms the clutch actuator's role and the fact that replacing a fuse is often only a first step, not a resolution, when symptoms persist. Once the vehicle continued malfunctioning, the actuator itself should have been replaced under the recall. Instead, the dealership chose not to proceed, failed to communicate this clearly, and released a vehicle they knew would need to be transported or driven across state lines in an unsafe condition. I will be contacting Kia corporate and escalating this as far as necessary. I do not recommend this dealership due to lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable handling of a recall repair. I traveled through the holidays for a meaningful family trip, and financially and emotionally, this experience was devastating. This situation was avoidable, and the stress quite literally left me with a headache. Do better. Dec 20th 2025

It wasn't such a big deal because I knew that buying a used vehicle i would have to put some work into it but after I got the car back it broke down again. Dropped it off at the shop and now it needs another couple thousand dollars of work....mind you I've only had the car for 4 months and its already cost me 5000 in repairs. At this point I was trying to get an extended insurance policy or some type of warranty that would help me out with repairs and wasn't getting anywhere....5 months later the car broke down again and I was fed up and decided to just get rid of it. Upon trying to do that I discovered that First Class Auto sold me a car that was totaled out two times by an insurance company already, and this dealership never disclosed that OR disclosed the fact that the car had a salvage title. Dean even went so far as to sign clean title on the application for the finance company. When I reached back out to him he said that the title was a rebuilt title not a salvage....Dean still never disclosed this to me the day I purchased the car. As of today the car is sitting in my driveway and I refuse to make another payment on it and im waiting on my lawyer to tell me what to do....please if you are interested in buying a vehicle from this place get a CarFax report on it before you buy..take it to a mechanic as well...don't let him dictate the test drive as well....I wish I had never bought from this company
