If there was a way to leave ZERO stars for this place, I would have! I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your car here to be worked on mechanically. If you want to go for the car wash, go for it, but I suggest not even giving this business any of your hard earned money. About a year or so ago, I brought my car here to get a routine oil change. It was a holiday and they were packed. That, however, isnt my issue. That statement is just to preface the fact that they did a rush job on my car and I suffered greatly because of it. When my oil change was complete, I was told that my steering wheel fluid was leaking and that I would need to get it repaired. As I couldn't that day, I asked if it was an immediate issue or could I bring it back in a few days. He assured me that it wasnt a big deal and to bring it back over the weekend. About 4 days later while in another state, my previously great conditioned,never had any real problems other than a flat tire, car was making this violently loud sound. There was a truck next to me and at first, I thought it was him. I realized it wasnt and as I drove to a gas station that was in eyes sight, my check oil light came on my dash. I made it to the gas station, shut the car off and called a tow truck. I had no idea what was going on but new I couldnt drive on it. I got the car towed to my home so I could take pics and videos BEFORE giving it back to the shop because honestly, I dont trust all mechanics to be honest. While parked in front of my home, I checked my oil level (since my oil light had come on right before I pulled over). The stick came out DRY...like, bone dry. There was not a stitch of oil on the stick. How was it that 4 days prior I take a perfectly good car to get an oil change and then a few days later there is no oil left in the car? My dad looked under the car and it looked as though something was obviously not put back on securely which resulted in my oil leaking out during the days before. I guess the "steering wheel fluid" leak wasnt really the issue and had I known I was leaking oil and not the other, I wouldnt have driven on it those 4 days and got the car fixed! I called Victory Auto Spa and spoke with the manager who basically told me I was shit out of luck and that they didnt do anything wrong. I proceeded to add oil to the car to at least fill some of it back up so it wasnt dry because afterall, now I needed to get it back to the shop for them to look it over, even though they already stated its not their problem. After much thought I decided, no, they need to come get this car because I'm not risking driving on it. I called them and told them they needed to come with their own tow truck and pick up my car. After much argument, they did so. When they got there, I started the car so they could hear the sound and then I shut the car back down. About 2 hours later when they had, had the car, they call me and said that when they started the car, it started smoking and the engine basically seized and Id need a new one. No apologies, no sympathies, no nothing! I felt helpless. What am I supposed to do now? I didnt trust them and told them to stop working on my car and i was taking it else where. I towed it to a new mechanic to look over and to my surprise I was told that he found ANTIFREEZE IN THE ENGINE. What?! I asked if that's common or something and he said, no...the only way it gets i there is if it was put there on purpose. Maybe thats why my engine seized! It felt like one big coverup. They didnt intend on making anything right, and I truly believe they sabotaged my car when they realized they were negligant. If I could truly get across to you all how much I despise this establishment, it wouldnt be enough. Words cannot express how I feel about the owners and the workers. Go find someone more reputable, like ZALOOMS. I love them. Genuine and honest. Thats what its about. read more

$8+tax basic exterior wash, I splurged for the $12 (inc. tax) one with some autowash "wax" and tire shine. I would only come here again if they cared to wash the 1/4 of the car with some consistency. They first power rinse the car for a few seconds, which is nice to help get the salt off, but they are inconsistent with each side of the car. One staff will do the wheel wells properly on his side of the car, the other staff won't, meanwhile the manager is directing staff here, there, faster, come on let's go, it's no wonder there isn't a lot of consistency; it's a frantic work space and the customer's car is not consistently cleaned of winter debris/salt. You get a basic wash, but you will have water spots on your mirrors, caked white salt on your stainless mufflers, exhaust tips, and 2/4 of your wheel wells just like when you came in. If you have nice, larger wheels be careful because they have to fit your tires into the auto wash rails which if they're not careful they could get scratched. I suppose there's no substitute for the pricier car wash in Stapleton, on Front Street, if you want it done by hand with care to all areas of your car. Here it feels more like a volume business, but not a thorough one with quality control. read more

Short story is that Victory ruined my leather seats. I paid for a shampoo of the carpets, but they took it upon themselves to attempt to repair damaged spots on my leather seats without consulting me and spilled a leather hardener which turned large portions of the seat to a rock-like substance which rapidly tore upon use. Thank You Victory! Oh, and thank you Jack for denying you did this to my face after I watched it happen. read more

Got "The Works" and the car is still dirty and didn't get the service I paid for. So much for "The works"! I came in today with my car and purchased "the works" which includes polish, wax, shampoo carpet, interior clean with leather conditioning ect. I got a car back with no shampooed carpets, filthy car, and garbage left in cup holders. I told two employees that had dried my car and showed them after touching my bumper my hand was black with dirt and they spot cleaned it. Checked it again and still filthy smh. My carpet was dry and still dirty. When I asked them why, they spot cleaned one part of the carpet - never shampooed it. I asked them to wash it again the right way and they declined. They also use dirty towels that leave a residue on your car (defeats the purpose). They did however do a good job on the wheels but that was it. After numerous attempts to get the car cleaned right I gave up and left. read more

This is my go to car wash on Staten Island. The staff is all very friendly and attentive, they always do a great job, and prices are very reasonable. In addition Victory offers more than just car washes. Great place to go for oil changes or mechanical work as well. Here on Staten Island my truck is a magnet for getting bumped in the parking lot and recently got keyed. The owner worked with me to get it fixed much cheaper than the dealer which saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend this car wash and the location is super convenient, it's right off the si expwy so I usually stop in on my drive home from work. read more

Will never come back here, total waste of money and horrible customer service from a particular gentleman (tall/thin man with a cap on). This place is terrible they offer 1/2 price during the week and you 1/2 the service I was in line with cars in front of me and 20 minutes later I was still on line with one car in front of me. Biggest problem no employees they had 2 one take the money fills the orders and starts hosing the cars the other cleaning mats wiping cars at the other end and helping down cars. So if you have 40 minutes-to an hour for a car wash this is the place for you. Over all basically the place sucks. read more

Very poor body work. Never seen such a bad quality. Detailing as well. A lot of promises , enticement of good price and quality. All falsehood. At the end you get unprofessional body work and detailing. Asking to fix , get refusal. When I was looking at my car and visibly being upset, one the worker parked another car in front of mine not to be driven without payment probably and that car was removed when I paid. I was really surprise of this action. Never had anything like that, not paying a bill, in my mind. Looks like they have it as a study practice when they screw up customers.I have 2016 car with 15K and after this work my car value got down probably $2000. Found another , trustable body shop to fix this mess. Another estimate to correct is $800. As of my experience, to be honest with all of you, I had some suspicions in the beginning discussing this job and price. But decided to try and my feelings where right. Made a mistake. Trust yourself I said or pay more. For my opinion , the owner is dishonor, a money maker man not trying to provide good quality of his job. I nave pictures of all my disappointed repair but decided not to posted because it probably can not describe such a bad quality as it seen in real. I had never put any comments before on any service. Today, I really pissed off and do it. Even poor job is not the reason, it Coudle be fixed but the owner response is the reason. Finally I found a place that I can trust I have a brand new 2016 rouge and a jerk decided to back up into me I meet the manager her while I was getting a car wash I had a lot of people stop me and ask to fix it but when the insurance took over the claim I decided to bring it to him and what a fantastic job he did it was a 3 day process and he worked a nice price out for me forever will do. This has been my go-to for everything to do with my car for the past 3 years! They have been so helpful every time I have had any issue with my car, including 2 accidents. Each time my car comes out looking brand new and they even add a lot of complimentary stuff, like cleaning up the entire interior and fixing up minor scratches. They also do an incredibly fast job with the repairs. They have really gone the extra mile every time, that's why this is still my go-to even though I've moved out of Staten Island! I stopped here to get my car washed, the owner was yelling at his workers in front of me and my kids I felt really bad for them. He was degrading them and gave me an attitude. I never seen anything like this before, he didn't care about customer satisfaction he just rushed the employees to get the car done didn't care if they did a good job or not, everyone was all frazzled leaving my car no better then when I showed up. I wasn't even out of the car yet and he was yelling at the poor kid to vacuum my car. I could tell the kid was embarrassed. Then he kept trying to upsell me with some ridiculous prices even though I said no, he already was charging me extra for having an SUV. He wasn't any nicer to me when I went to pay. This isn't the first time I've been here but it will be the last. I own a business and would never tolerate anyone treating my employees so terribly and definitely would never talk down to them in front of customers. read more

I've been to every other car wash on this island - literally and have left dissatisfied. Like I paid too much for a mediocre job. I have beige cloth interior on my 2006 Highlander and it gets dirty VERY quickly. The first 2 times I got it shampoo'd at VIP and Touchless, they left the soap in my seats. I spilled water on my seat shortly after and i was left with huge disgusting stains. I gave my car in by 1 pm for full detail, interior and exterior, shampoo and all. After I gave my car - I read these reviews and let me tell you - I was terrified. However, when I got my car back by 6pm. i was very pleasantly surprised. They did a greattttt job, customer service was amazing as well. my car looks brand new and it has had its fair share of volatile treatment (passed down from my brother to me). I am definitely more than satisfied, even though it was a little pricey, it was worth it.. every crevice in my car was cleaned. thanks victory auto! read more

I brought my car here for a detail last month and hung around for awhile to watch the job. The guys working on my car were totally dedicated to making it spotless, even going so far as to use special spray for removing the seemingly permanent stains on my rims, which was a job in and of itself. I was thrilled- my car is about 8 years old and it came out looking at least 5 years younger. They waxed and compounded the exterior, steam-cleaned the engine, gave my tires a generous armor-all coat, and at one point used the ends of paintbrushes covered in cloth to clean hard-to-reach crannies around my windows. They shampooed the stains out of my seats and mats and carefully cleaned my dash, console, and doors. The whole job took about 5 hours, and by that time my seats had dried well. It was honestly more than I could ask for and the guys were very kind. I'll be back soon! read more

I have been coming to this carwash for many years and I have always had great service. Recently they switched over to a hand wash and my car is looking squeaky clean. I usually get my oil change done here so I get a free wash with it. Good service, good price. I've been to Scottie's across the street but I was always treated very poorly by the management when I had an issue with them.Just goes to show you should stick with who you know! read more

I came here for the first time the other day for an interior/exterior wash. Really impressed with the ease of service. The crew was right on my car, paid close attention to spots that other washes sometimes miss like the door jams, side mirrors and rims. My rubber mats came out spotless and my whole dash was wiped free of dust. They even cleaned my cup holders. The price was right. I was bringing my car there regularly and noticed I had to tell them to paint the tires with the shine solution. Last time I was there they told me the Armourall was frozen so I paid regular price got no shine. Brought the car in yesterday and agin no tire shine until I told them to do so. The man i pointed it out to said the other worker does it, who was busy tlking to someone and completly ignored me. When I talked about the "Frozen" armourall he told me "it is included in the price" what does that mean "no shine but the same charges" From now on I bring my car to Scotties Atuo Spa on Richmond next to the BP station they may charge a little more but their service is always excellent and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. read more

I have seen this place many times and finally decided to try it. The initial prices and procedures are the same as others, you pick the service and they start to prep your car (which resulted poorly). The machines inside look poorly put together and proved to be as good as they looked. The water barely washed away the soap on my car. the the dryer failed to do anything. The young adults drying my car looked like they couldn't be bothered. When they finished attempting to complete a simple task, I had to have one of them walk around the car with me. I pointed out many spots that they failed to dry (obvious ones like a line of water on my door). The worst part was the soap that they put on was never washed off by their machines, so all they were doing was rubbing the soap in to my car paint. After leaving the establishment, I noticed they barely even cleaned the inside. They failed at giving the car a basic vacuuming. I drove 5 mins away, parked my car and it looked terrible.
