They were hyper-conscientious about my security, safety, and comfort every step of the way. After spending the entire day at UCSF for testing, I needed a ride home and didn't hesitate to call them again. He was dismissive, offered no apology, and deflected responsibility rather than acknowledging a serious lapse in care. When asked directly about their standards for safe assistance, he confirmed they provide it, yet seemed more focused on irrelevant details--such as whether stairs were involved--when my father's fall occurred on a flat surface.
