Do you also teach manual transmission?

Unfortunately, we don't have manual vehicle yet.

Hello, I have a learning permit. I need to practice using car for the road test. What is the cost for one hour? And what is the cost for sponsoring during the road test?

    They have competitive price.

What does the Victory Driving School test you on when taking the road test ? I'm extremely nervous for my road test

Things should be tested in our state. They mentioned about try to show them how sade you are. Good luck.

I'm going to be be the first one to call this place out on their false advertising! Driving school?…read moreHa! This place sells miracles! I have always been Terrified (with a capital T, mind you) of driving and got my permit a good five times before actually taking the plunge. Do that math. That's 10+ years! I researched driving schools in my area and happened upon QADS. I was skeptical because that's just my nature and my confidence was in the dumps, but I figured ONE LESSON WOULDN'T HURT ME. Hopefully. At least not too much. I'm so glad I did. My first time behind the wheel, Andrea was very patient with me and gave me tips. She was also very friendly and made me feel at ease, which was very important because let's not forget that Terrified bit. As I got more and more comfortable behind the wheel with both Andrea and Ray, my confidence level was given a boost. Then came the actual road test. Yeah, I figured that would come eventually. These instructors know the ins and outs of the road test and will prepare you to the best of their ability. Oh, and they're not shy to let you know whether you are ready or not. Why would you want to waste your money? You just have to trust them. I was soooo nervous the day of my test and Ray assured me I would be fine. The kicker was the car full of students just before me who had all failed (from another school, of course). I passed on the first try and was completely stunned, to tell you the truth. I never thought it would have been possible. Look, I got my license in December. It is now May. I suppose I waited to write the review just to make sure it would stick LOL. I am ever-grateful to QADS. I highly recommend them to anyone who is overly anxious and/or nervous. I would imagine they are a great resource for younger drivers as well. Their prices are very reasonable and staff are caring as all hell. Can I say that? Also, does anyone take lessons AFTER they've already gotten their license? I kinda just wanna hang out. :)

They patiently go through most of what you need to know as a new driver, and they are nice people that won't stress you out or be too strict on you.

Their lessons were worlds apart from my initial lesson. I took 5 lessons with these guys and I got my license this morning! I booked the test through the school and it went *chef's kiss* so smooth and stress-free. Shout out to the receptionist as well for being super informative about what to expect/bring for the test. This rating would be 5 stars if not for my initial experience. My advice to potential students - and this honestly goes against my own ethos: if you're not vibing with one of the instructors, try another! Though a business really only gets one chance to make a first impression - there are some really good instructors at this school. Don't let one experience stop you from your endgame.

Inconsistent, Unprofessional, and Ultimately a Waste of Time & Money…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my father, a retired military Veteran from India, who just completed 7 lessons with Brookline Driving School. Unfortunately, his experience was overwhelmingly disappointing and I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Our primary issue was the complete lack of consistency between instructors. He had at least three different teachers, primarily switching between Ervin and Vitaly. While Ervin was patient and seemed to genuinely enjoy teaching, the same cannot be said for his counterpart. Vitaly was, frankly, obnoxious. He lacked basic respect for his students, was often loud and visibly frustrated, creating an environment where my father felt intimidated and unable to ask questions. If you don't have the patience for this job, why are you in it? To make matters worse, he made uncalled-for and stereotypical "jokes" about Indians being bad drivers, which was completely unprofessional and offensive. The biggest practical problem arose from this inconsistency. Ervin and Vitaly taught completely different techniques for parallel parking. One would say to do it one way, and the next lesson, the other would contradict it. This constant change in instruction confused my father daily and shattered his confidence. The culmination of this failure was on his road test. He failed specifically because of the parallel parking maneuver. The conflicting advice from his own instructors left him unsure of the correct method, leading to a critical error. I hold Brookline Driving School 100% responsible for this. We are cutting our losses and heeding our neighbors' recommendation to try Waltham Driving School instead. Save your time, your money, and your sanity--go somewhere else. This school is unorganized and employs instructors who are not aligned, with at least one who lacks the basic demeanor required to teach.

Following next lessons, I specifically asked how he was doing with parking and his overall driving skills because I wanted an honest assessment of whether he was truly prepared. I was not given accurate or detailed feedback about areas where he still needed improvement. I directly asked if my son was ready for his road test, and the instructor said yes. I trusted that professional judgment and moved forward with scheduling the test and paying $175 through the driving school for transportation and participation plus $80 per lesson. Unfortunately, it became very clear that my son was not actually ready for the road test. Had I been given an honest and accurate assessment, I would have invested in additional lessons instead of spending money on a test that he was not adequately prepared for. As a parent, I relied on the instructor's expertise and expected truthful guidance, especially when making decisions that involve both my child's progress and additional expenses. Based on my experience, the situation left me feeling like the focus was more on collecting additional money than on honestly preparing students for success. The experience felt more like a money grab than genuine guidance and support. I hope the school improves the way instructors communicate with parents and provide realistic assessments so families can make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary costs.

When my daughter told me that her friends wanted to sign up with a group discount, I did a quick…read moresearch on Yelp and didn't see anything concerning so I thought, "how much different could another driving school be???" Let's start off that this school was originally named RANDOLPH Driving School which had more telling reviews... The classroom time is the classroom time. There are certain things they need to cover so I would consider it to be adequate. For the parent class I learned somethings that I may have forgotten and "interesting" ways to avoid insurance hikes. The issue really starts with the availability of driving times. There is one owner who is also the only instructor and driving times are only available 10am and 12pm Monday through Saturday. So if you have a high school age student you options are limited and it took us over 6 months to have 6 road classes. Then our first session had some angst because of the owner's tardiness policy. While the instructor did arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, he also left 7 minutes before the scheduled time and didn't bother to pick up my daughter when she immediately called him. So that's probably a good reason for the instructor to be consistently late for every schedule road class we scheduled there after. The icing on the cake was when we finally finished the road classes and we needed to pay for the certificate release to the DMV which was an additional charge of $15. We asked who to make the check payable to and he said it was "cash only". So we requested to have a receipt which his response was he only does that at the office which we would have to wait 2 weeks for. When I showed up for the receipt, he showed me an error screen on his computer that the receipt can't be printed. I asked for a hand written receipt and he decided to print off the completion of the course which only showed the cost of the course but not the cost for the certificate release. When I asked him to hand write on the printout for the $15 he adamantly refused and said he "doesn't give receipts." So I found the sign on the front of his desk mildly amusing. So after 9 months, the only reason I could find to rate this school more than 1 star was I learned it's better for me to take a head on collision when someone is driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid insurance rate hikes...
