Some of those ingredients I definitely did not know what they were but overall, it sounded good and because unless you ask for this specifically it's a special. It was great, a lot of flavors going on and the bartender made it pretty much right there as we're seated at the counter this visit. For bites the "chip spiced chicken wings", another special was ordered. Very good, nice presentation and along with that was some hummus and chips. All these items were gluten free. The ambience here was nice and is behind the main Sabine front for a nice evening loungey atmosphere.

This kicked off what looked like a huge dance party which is a definite paradigm shift as far lounging and listening to music with drinks. Dance party may be a bit generous. There was a guy and girl "dancing" if you call that what they were doing.... Let's just say if they weren't wearing clothes I'd have mistaken it for a porno shoot. The music quality wasn't great - I don't mean the song selection; I mean the actual sound. I got a drink at I guess the "Cottontail" bar. $16 and it wasn't great. Also $5 cover to get in? We have used the RC for two client appreciation/business development events and not only do we love it, our clients do too! The food is always great (a highlight is the appetizer bacon wrapped dates), the drinks are tasty and the bartenders are pleasant, and as an organizer I think the spaces are beautiful and perfectly decorated. One member offered to give us a tour of the building. The building is gorgeous, and I love the enormous fireplace!! We were able to book some time playing darts and they have various different games you can play so you're not just playing standard darts only. We rented the entire space and had our ceremony / reception upstairs with a cocktail hour downstairs (along with laser tag during the reception) for a wedding of about 200 guests. The event was seamless. We worked with Heli and she is a true professional and absolute delight. She was responsive throughout our planning process and helped us immensely in making our dream wedding a reality. We'd highly recommend, without hesitation, Block 41 to anyone considering! Also there wasn't enough candles as it was in other states. The chair we sat was very stiff and it hurt to sit for 1 hour or maybe I am too skinny lol I guess all this imperfections is Fevers fault because Block 41 its just an event space. Good thing that we coud change seat and come closer because a lot of seats were empty. Overall was good to be out. Overall its a good event space with bathrooms and 2nd floor. We had to sit in the masks and it was hot even tho it was evening. I hope next time it will be optional to wear mask or not.

The staff was incredible and went the extra mile to accommodate us. The customer service was excellent. My friend and I ordered the vegetarian option for the Dining in the Dark experience. We had so much fun (as did the other people dining, it made for a fun group experience)! We had a pasta with fresh corn, peas and zucchini as a starter course. Our main dish was a vegetarian sausage jambalaya with okra. We both ordered non-alcoholic drinks, my friend got a Golden Hour non-alcoholic mixed drink and I had a NA Fremont IPA. We were treated like family and my friend messaged me the next day to say how much fun it was. I'll return to The Collective for future events as well as co-officing in the day time!
