That really meant a lot and showed they care about their customers. When it came time for routine maintenance, Greg also helped me out with a loaner vehicle, which made everything easy. I'd also like to thank Steve Stockhouse in the service department. He was friendly, straightforward, and honest about what maintenance I should prioritize and what could wait. Not only could they never figure out the problem, they charged us again for more work AND for the tow! Two years later, my hubby's other car began running rough. He dropped it off at Earnie's again. For the third time in two years, they changed the spark plugs and the initial coil. Before he could get off Owen Drive, the check engine light came on and it began running rough. Being non confrontational and a loyal customer, hubby wouldn't call to let them know they did unnecessary work, charged him, and didn't solve the problem. Instead, he is now taking it to the dealer. I couldn't stand the thought of them taking advantage of him (again) so I called and spoke to Sandy who relayed the information to Warren. When she returned to the phone she said, "If he wants to take it to the dealer, he can. We can go our separate ways.".
