The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

What I was rather disappointed in was I guess I'm a little but old fashion but when I go to an oil place I want to get the multi check. They didn't check my filters. They did off at least I hope they did my fluids, but I'm accustomed to making sure the lights work that no bulbs need to be replaced, that they spray your door hinges, check your tires. Make sure they don't need air. None of that was done so I was a little disappointed over that. If I'm gonna pay good money to get my oil changed. They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.

It used to be run by some scary people doing sketchy things. Once I pulled in for an oil change and they informed me that they didn't have any oil or any oil filters (?!). That was then, this is now. Open for ~2 years now, family owned and operated it is clean, friendly, efficient and reliable. Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful and polite and they seem to actually care about the customer's satisfaction.
